Came here on a whim for Sunday lunch with my parents and we were super stoked with it! My partner and I are vegetarian and gluten free and there were heaps of options for us. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Service was great, $15 spritz on a Sunday, great outlook over Cotton Tree. We will definitely be back!!

Bun was cold, chicken tasted like nothing and almost threw up afterwards. My friend has a gluten intolerance and advised the cashier to tell the cook to take care about the intolerance, but his stomach went crazy afterwards, so there must have been tracks of gluten in his food.

Terrible service. Staff running around, trying to find tables and orders. Took 15 minutes to get a glass of water I placed an order at the front counter, staff missed they I asked the burger to be on Gluten Free bread. Then made me pay the $1.50 extra. No serviettes on the table Asked for the sauce that I asked for with the chips, to which they also said that I would need to pay for the sauce as it wasn’t put through the order either. Finally got my burger and had paid for cheese. Got no cheese. Asked for no onion, got onion. Staff had no care factor. Won’t be back

It's my favourite place to visit when I'm holidaying in Brisbane. I love the burgers, the hfc bites, the onion rings, and the chips! As a coeliac, I have never had issues with the gluten-free options here, and the staff are very knowledgeable in allergies.

I am celiac and this restaurant does amazing gluten free food that I can safely eat. The staff are also really friendly and understand of people who have celiac disease and the dietary limitations it has. I had the Chonky Boi burger with a gluten free bun and a chicken salad on the side. It was the best burger I've ever had. Better than anywhere else.

Slack service!!! Ordered gluten free burger for my son, the bun was served with one side burnt. Returned the burger for the bun to be changed, received with the burnt side cut and covered with sauce on the rest. Had to return it again, but now the bun was fine but all the ingredients inside cold and shattered!!! Never coming back!!!

Was a lovely experience dining at the garden city location today. Was greeted promptly by Cody and was able to explain the menu with me and what gluten free options you have. The other guy with glasses brought me my food and checked on me. They all are super lovely and I’ll definitely come back again! Great job Betty’s!

WARNING TO ALL CELIACS AND THOSE ALLERGIC TO GLUTEN AND LACTOSE!!! (Vegans too, I guess) *Next day - My gutts have reacted to my lactose allergy, and it's bad... I clearly received lactose as well as gluten in my food. This Grill'd is a joke and should be shut down. Or maybe delete all the staff and management, and replace them with a team that is trained in allergy awareness. Being vegan isn't a disease... Celiac is! And lactose and gluten allergies are serious business. I told the staff I have celiacs disease. To be fair, I am not celiac but I have severe gluten allergies. Usually when you tell the staff you have celiacs disease, they take you seriously. But these guys, they don't care... I am now suffering severe pain from gluten being in my food... The food has made a serious impact on my gluten allergy and now I'm suffering hard... This is very unacceptable and I will be contacting the necessary food authorities to inform them that you have very unsafe work methods. It's lucky I'm NOT celiac because that's a very serious auto immune disease and your company needs to take this a lot more serious. Everything I ordered was gluten free, including the sauces. Clearly I've been served food that was heavily cross contaminated. You need to train your staff about cross contamination, and the severity of celiacs disease. Pretty pathetic that I have to even tell you this, and that I need to deal with this on the first holiday I've had in over 15 years... Very sad indeed. To top it all off, they were playing really bad pop "music" and it was as loud as a night club 🤦🏿 "look at me I'm so cool brahhhh..." Pathetic... Do you not care about people with ASD either?

Bought two pizzas through Uber eats, but forgot to tick the gluten free box. I called straight away and the man that took my order made sure they were gluten free, for no surcharge. Will definitely order again. Delicious gluten free bases as well

That was absolutely a cracking burger and if you have the urge head there.. also their gluten free bun is amazing and light so it doesn’t take over the flavour of the burger and you can eat it without it falling apart. Loved it Also super clean, the store looks in good condition and the staff were great.. No photos as I was hungry but you won’t be disappointed Southern fried chicken and the peri peri one.. is what we ordered

This is THE place to catch up with friends and have a meal that is perfect every time! Staff are excellent. Always really busy so use the app if cut for time. As coeliac, regard as good to eat! Double the bacon for double the flavour!

Probably the worst Grill'd burger I've ever had. I'm coeliac and have to get the gluten free bun. Usually I can rely on Grill'd to deliver! But today the bun was so dense, stiff and just awful. I ended up not eating the bread that I paid extra for. It was terrible. Every mouthful I thought I was going to choke on the bread. If Grill'd have changed their GF buns to this then I won't be coming back.

First time at this establishment in Rockhampton. Normally as a coeliac this is the chain I like to go to for gluten free burgers. However when I got my order at this place, my meat patty, bun and chips were all overcooked to the point of almost burnt. It was very disappointing as normally I have had good experiences everywhere else with is chain. I could have asked for it to be done again, but I had already waited a long time that evening and did not want to wait the entire time again. I have heard some other reviews of this place and for the first time for a food place, I might not be back again.
