Evolution is a true gem for anyone seeking exceptional plant-based cuisine. As someone who values both vegan and gluten-free options, I was glad to discover this restaurant that offers both. The kitchen clearly takes pride in making everything fresh from scratch, and you can absolutely taste the difference in every bite. While the interior seating is limited, the atmosphere actually adds to the charm of the dining experience. The staff are knowledgeable about the ingredients and care about ensuring every guest has a great meal. Don’t skip dessert! Their gluten-free vegan desserts are absolutely divine and prove that dietary restrictions don’t mean sacrificing your indulgences. Evolution has mastered the art of creating delicious, wholesome food that happens to be vegan. Highly recommend for vegans, those with gluten sensitivities, and really anyone who appreciates freshly prepared food. Gluten free items on menu. Staff great. Service on the slow side. Staff very good regarding Celiac diet for gluten free items. Presentation nice. Prices are decent. Food was good but ordinary. Casual decor. We enjoyed it. Would go back.

The food here was amazing! From the fruit water they spend hours making to the in house gluten free bread (you'd never know) and the in house made fermented mock meats this was such a good meal. We had the fish balls and two classic banh mi sandwiches.

This is a really solid happy hour spot in the neighborhood! If you’re looking to stay gluten-free or are hanging with somebody who is GF, I’d recommend Bivouac. The space is really cool; feels like a camping lodge! Lots of warm wood, climbing ropes, etc. The meatballs and polenta bites were flavorful, delicious, reasonably priced and portioned, & had strong sauce/dip-pairings. Service was okay. Not super attentive, and the flight took over 10 minutes to come out, which was weird, since the place wasn’t that busy. They ignored us a bit once some influencers showed up, meh. Watch out for the pricing on the cider flights! (Meaning, there IS no listed price… think it was like $18 each? For 3 tasters.) The hummus/crudites appetizer is underwhelming, as the veggies could be cut less coarsely, and the hummus was disarmingly minty (and not enough for all the dipping objects).

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I have celiacs disease (gluten free) and they go above and beyond to ensure there is no cross contamination. The food is amazing and the service is awesome. We had Hailey as our server and she was kind, sweet, and attentive. We come from Phoenix a few times a year just to eat here. Love it!

Pleasantly surprised when we picked this place last minute. Food was DELICIOUS (gluten free brisket sandwhich and a burger) and to top it off we didnt know there was a small little outdoor play area for the kiddos!!! Saving this location for the couple times a year we are in the area!!

We had an incredible experience with Sydney as our server and recently also had Marni - both were amazing. Fern who seems to be the manager here was so accommodating with our gluten and dairy restrictions, and even gave us a table outside after we decided to try sitting inside, where it ended up being a little too loud. It’s always great done somewhere, where you don’t feel like a burden for speaking up for what you need and they were stellar in enhancing our experience. Can’t wait to come back 🙏🏼

You got to love in n out. And you can get a Gluten free version. They use crisp lettuce in place of the bun. It’s a fast food place like McDonalds, busy, loud, but the food is 5x better.

The food was wonderful. It's hard to find a restaurant that has good gluten free options that the kids and adults will all like. Our waiter wasn't the friendliest, but when there was an issue with some chicken that had been ordered, handled it quickly and notified the manager who was very quick to resolve this issue. Would definitely recommend.

The food is luxurious! I got the Veggie Smash Burger, Smashtots and PB Cookie Shake. Tater tots are tossed in olive oil and rosemary! Perfectly crispy with soft center. The Veggie Smash was delicious. The gluten free bun I requested had nice flavor, body and texture. The requested toppings were customized to my request. The shake came in a frosted sundae glass with extra! I was fortunate to meet George, the manager. He was informative, kind and professional. The team member who brought my food was upbeat and professional. Overall, this Smashburger location was consistently high quality. I’ll be back.

This is a great spot for fast, tasty food—whether you’re craving a burger, chicken sandwich, or even a veggie option. They’ve also got gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, which is always a plus. Since it’s Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈, they’re offering colorful rainbow sprinkles on your shake to support GLAAD, which we love! I tried the Banana Pudding shake, and it was pretty good—loaded with crumbled vanilla wafers and fresh bananas. Other limited-time shakes include the Oreo Cookie Funnel Cake and Campfire S’mores—definitely worth stopping in while they’re still available! Ordering is quick and easy—they have kiosks inside, or you can order ahead online or through the app. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and out, and they even have a parking lot (a rare find in Little Italy!) It’s a solid stop for a quick, satisfying meal—and now’s a great time to go grab a shake and show some Pride! 🌈🥤💛

A nice bit of indoor and outdoor seating, everything was clean and well-kept. All the staff were very helpful and generally friendly and attentive. The burgers were all very good and the fries got rave reviews. It is nice having a place with legitimately good gluten-free offerings, and even vegan cheese for those that avoid dairy. Parking is street parking but there’s plenty of small side streets nearby. Prices were very good when compared to more mainline burger places.

The burgers are stacked high with goodness. There was one person working who took our order and made the food. They have a gluten free bun which is cool. The burgers were good. The indoor seating is actually cool (5 total, 2 four tops, 3 two tops) They Smell canned and bottled beverages and have shakes. We did not try them though.

Actually came here for Yelp event and took an order to go. It was just the plain Buttermilk Pancakes and Whipped Mascarpone topping. I actually wanted the red velvet pancakes but they don't have those to go to avoid any cross-contamination on their griddles at the back. The custom flavors are only available for stove top. To go orders were for gluten-free or buttermilk pancakes only. That said I actually really loved even those buttermilk pancakes so I can only imagine how good the red velvet must be! Just the right amount of sweet and I didn't even need to add any toppings on it. Mascarpone was perfectly smooth and delicious on its own as well. Really looking forward to coming here and making my own pancakes sometime soon.

Corvette diner was a unexpected surprise after a day at Sea World. The atmosphere was exciting and the food was great. They had a completely separate gluten free menu that we really appreciated. We will be coming back whenever we’re in the area!

This visit today was no different than any other visit I have had at this location every time my family and I come here. It was such an excellent experience!! The place is so clean. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Today my daughter and I dined in and I had mistakenly ordered my burger without a gluten-free bun and they were so kind and just immediately made me one with a gluten-free bun and brought it to our table. I didn’t have to leave the table and I sat with my daughter. I was also given a free refill with my root beer and I didn’t even have to go up and ask for the refill. They did that for me from my table. Ron was such a helpful person today as were two other employees, but I did not catch their names. Again every time we have visited this location they give us top-tier service and it is a wonderful location to eat at. We will keep coming back. Thank you!

Found this place on a whim and it was a good find! The burgers and fries are delicious, they had games for my kids to play while waiting for the food. We have come back a few times since finding it! I am gluten free and they have GF buns.
