We stopped in for ice cream - my partner has celiac disease and I am lactose intolerant; we were delighted to learn everything on the menu is vegan and GF. We already had dinner otherwise we definitely would have tried their pasta and pizza. Plus - they have a bar dog!

Ate two meals here yesterday. Lunch was avocado on toast - GF bread was an option for €2 extra. For dinner I had ‘sticky fingers’ - chicken coated in cornflakes. Both were very tasty and very big portion sizes.

They have very delicious hamburgers at a reasonable price. Maybe the best buns I ever tasted. And it's a completely gluten free bar. Highly recommended. The menu is in Slovenian only, and the staff has limited English, so I recommend google translate before visiting the place if you don't speak Slovenian.

Rude and unhelpful staff. When asking which ice cream are gluten free they point out the two lactose free. When trying to help them help us they push their point with no listening .The manager cut in and went for the "traces of..."-card. When we said that traces of... Was ok the once again argued that the lactose free was the only options.

The coffee tastes alright but the service gave me an unfriendly impression. Also the chocolate cake (bonus because it was gluten free) sadly tastes more like lemon than chocolate which was very disappointing.

Wonderful place, delicious home made gluten free cake, young friendly stuff (good English), nice and calming music. Visitors of Ptuj can recharge their "batteries" and after a cup of coffee they can continue their sightseeing. Important for drivers: There is a free parking place for guests so there is no need to park your car on a paid car park.

Unlike the Life-Class Grand Hotel (which is part of it and I find it all the more bitter), here it's gluten-free without any risk of contamination. The allergen information is also correct here, which is not the case in the hotel and almost led to a bad gluten accident. The staff is friendly. There is gluten-free ice cream (some varieties available) even with gluten-free Stanitzel (extra wrapped in foil) Worked great. The portioner is carefully washed beforehand. There are also gluten-free tarts: pistachio and chocolate.
