I love Explorado! A cozy place to read, story or work and delicious gluten free selection. It’s celiac friendly, everything is gluten free. I like to get the cake slices from the fridge and a few cookies!
Expect a delightful breakfast experience with a focus on crepes and an impressive bakery that’ll keep you coming back for more.

Delicious and plenty of GF + vegetarian options. I had a buckwheat crepe and that was perfectly done, and no symptoms of being glutened later on (celiac).
A charming spot with a variety of unique sauce options and a delightful macadamia coffee that keeps flowing.

Check your receipts carefully. I ordered a Monterey scramble ($13.70) with extra veggies and gluten free bread. "Gluten Free Avail" clearly stated on the menu. Yet, $2 more was a surprise. Also, I was charged for a BYO omelet ($15.70) and an additional $6 for those extra veggies that at best were a tablespoon added into the scramble. The BYO comes with four choices/ ingredients. There was no way I received that amount of veggies - the four in the BYO and 3 additional charged to justify these extra charges. In fact, my friend's BYO was larger than my 'scramble' aka BYO. No pictures of the actual order as why would I think I would be charged $10 more ($2 more for the BYO, $2 bread, and $6 for the veggies). I know charges include labor. These are beyond reasonable, however.
And, unfortunately, I was needing to hurry out and failed to catch this awful practice. Usually like this place. However, this leaves a huge reason never to come back. You have to wonder about a place where you can't trust their charges.
A must-visit for fans of unique and refreshing meals, offering a cozy vibe and a solid lineup of tasty vegetarian choices.

Many items on their menu are labeled gluten free but are not gluten free. Items are in a shared fryer with gluten. For some people this matters a whole lot, for others not at all, but it is misleading. This is like calling Brussels sprouts cooked in bacon grease vegetarian.
Cozy spot with unique, flavorful coffee and a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a quick break.

Wonderful spot for incredible coffee and food. Bindle has THE best gluten-free biscuit breakfast sandwich, and their scramble is gluten-free, dairy-free, and divine. Staff are quick and welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Chill vibes meet a cozy atmosphere with tasty options and plenty of drinks, but the wifi can be a bit tricky in some spots.

Gluten and Dairy free:Yes. They have a few selections of gelato that are dairy free. The coconut is amazing, though I am still hoping that they will make their pistachio in a vegan version (fingers crossed).
The polenta and caponata is expensive but very tasty and safe for the wheat and dairy challenged.
Service is usually pretty good the staff is friendly, but it does depend on who's working as to whether you get friendly and enthusiastic or lack luster but efficient.
All in all this place is great, we come for gelato 2-3 times a month,
While I couldn't eat it my wife says the lasagna was excellent and she says the mint chocolate gelato is the best dairy version.
Coconut is the most amazing according to both of us though. If you are in city park stop by this little place. It's a delicious choice.
A spot with a cool patio, fantastic drinks, and a unique option to create your own wine flight, but can get a bit loud due to passing cars.

Really excellent service and atmosphere, and I always love their wine flight options, with the choice to make your own flight!
We arrived shortly before the kitchen and bar were closing, so we had limited food choices on this particular visit. Overall, I have always found their food to be good, but the gluten-free crackers are why I gave the food 4 stars from this visit.
There are a LOT of good gluten-free cracker options out there these days, but these were really quite bland, dry, and unappetizing. I couldn't even finish one of them. I found it startlingly out of line from their otherwise high-end, tastey food menu. (If I was giving stars on just the crackers alone, I don't think I could have even given them one star.)
I frequent this coffee shop that is close to my house. The staff is always calm and inviting and the food is just delicious. They have gluten free options too .
A beloved local gem known for its amazing sandwiches, fresh-baked cookies, and refreshing drinks, making it a must-visit spot.

Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.
Charming historic spot with a cozy vibe and a diverse menu; it's a must-visit for unique eats and a laid-back atmosphere.

This is the spot for true craft coffee lovers! Perfectly roasted beans, brewed at exactly the right temperatures that exudes the baristas love for coffee. For the Starbucks fans reading this review who love ordering "skinny" lattes... stick to Starbucks. But for those of you who truly appreciate the art of coffee making, this is the place.
My husband got a hot oatmilk latte and I got an iced honey oatmilk latte, both of which were made to perfection with the perfect balance of espresso to milk. I also ordered two vegan GF donuts--YES! I said vegan AND GF! As someone with a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity, I greatly appreciated the fact that they had baked good that I could eat! We also bought a bag of beans to go as we love collecting beans from smaller roasters.
The energy in the space is awesome! A perfect spot to hang out, work on your laptop, meet with friends or co-workers, or even meet new friends. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffee.
Ignore the bad reviews here and treat yourself to REAL coffee!
Recently revamped with a vibrant atmosphere and affordable prices, it's a spot you'll want to return to often for an enjoyable experience.

I have celiac. They have good gluten free toast. The owner’s son has celiac so the owner came over to me to make sure I know they take it seriously. Food tasted good, cozy atmosphere.
I love that there are hearty gluten free options for breakfast and double punch Wednesdays are the best. I have always had amazingly friendly service at The Human Bean!
Great local coffee shop centrally located. Locally roasted delicious coffee (Jackie's Java). Also has local Colorado tea. My favorite is the iced coffee that uses frozen coffee iced cubes to not water down the coffee.
The snacks and breakfasts are also mostly local Colorado snacks from burritos, to bread, to salsa and chili. They cater to variety of diets such as gluten free and vegan.

Just love brings such a unique food and drink option to Fort Collins! The way they navigate business is impressive, as I know they have not been open long, and were extremely busy when I went in. I ordered the iced matcha and also a cold brew so I could try both. The matcha is the best I've ever had, and that left a lasting impression. I am gluten-free, and they were able to accommodate me perfectly. I got the waffle omlette, which was delicious and filling. I was even informed by the owner that they have a gluten-free waffle iron to prevent any cross contamination. I can say this is not an option every restaurant offers for people who are gluten-free. I will be trying the gluten-free waffles next time! Just love is definitely a great spot to grab a quick bite or to sit down and study. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable breakfast or lunch spot!
