This place is amazing! It came very highly recommended and did not disappoint! Had the summer chicken bowl with quinoa and it was phenomenal! Also had an espresso after which was a great pick me up! I will definitely come back and visit other locations. My wife has Celiac so we will try our luck with the gluten free options!!

Great place! Beautiful atmosphere!! The place was buzzing on a week day. They didn’t have a lot of gluten free choices, but I was able to find a few things on the menu.

The service was fantastic, the people are great. You really need to know what to get. Potatoes are just okay, cheesy grits are fantastic, breakfast sausage tastes like it’s made in house (SO Good), and the gluten free toast is surprisingly fluffy. The eggs Benedict is great. Chilaquiles didn’t turn out great, but it also might be a consistency issue because I was told that it was good. Juices are made fresh, and I can tell they go the extra mile to make a lot more stuff in-house than a lot of restaurants, so I appreciate that, and the attitude of the staff is really great.

Requested: -Banana/blueberry smoothie with spirulina -Veggie Burger w/ Guacamole on a gluten free bun -Vegan Blueberry Pie -Plantains Here's what happened. Veggie Burger w/ added Guacamole on a gluten free bun - The patty was lobster patty style with corn. Very nice crisp deep fry on the outside and soft middle crab cake texture and seasoned similar to crab cake taste. It comes with a side option, I chose salad. It was Cantina style with Mexican seasonings and chop. Loved the bun (gluten free) that was sort of a firm biscuit texture but still quite bun like and tasted lovely. The Pie was Vegan Blueberry Pie - Yikes! This was amazing. They had about 7 other  pie options as well such as apple pie. This and the smoothie alone is a meal in itself. If sugar intake is not a concern for you, this is a wonderful dessert large enough for two modest mouses. The smoothie was Banana/blueberry smoothie with spirulina:  Heads up - they had spirulina. They used frozen bananas I do believe but forgot to ask to confirm but it tasted like no ice filler and was delicious. Basic. Delicious. To total with a side of traditional fried plantains tasting as expected - yummy which balanced out the hearty veggie burger wonderfully. I recommend this space for anytime casual dining or any time you have appetite. We ordered our wedding cake from Earth and Sugar and are so happy with how it turned out! The team was responsive and provided all the info we needed to choose the perfect cake. The cake tasting presentation was professional and enjoyable. I'm so happy that we had a variety of gluten-free options to choose from! Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! We went with the vanilla and dulce de leche flavor which was a huge hit. We can't wait to work with Earth and Sugar again in the future :)

Love this place! The coffee is so good and the staff is always super friendly. The blonde woman working the register this morning (I feel bad I didn’t get her name) was extremely helpful and so nice in helping making sure the syrups used in the coffee I wanted were gluten free. Try the I Love you A Latte! It’s delicious!!

I've always loved Wawa, and I really like this new location. The specialty coffees and food are the best you'll find in a convenience store! I really like that their menu includes gluten-free and dairy-free options (it's pretty easy to for it to be Celiac friendly), and I noticed that they have plant-based options as well. They also offer kids meals. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a good variety to choose from for each meal. It's the only place I've been able to find a bowl that is both gluten-free and dairy-free, yet still healthy and delicious (I ordered a bowl with quinoa, black beans, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, hard boiled egg, and meat) with honey mustard dressing, and the portion was large, and tasty.

The cafe was a great find - thank you Yelpers! TASTY, plenty of gluten and dairy free options and flavors (spices and sauces) to customize. Fresh vegetables, good proteins and bases. Such a relief to have a delicious meal without feeling weighed down by preservatives or chemicals. Wish there was a location in the DC area - I'd be there 2-3 times a week!

Food is really good, what made a difference was the costumer service. I needed gluten free options for an allergy and they were very attentive and made sure we got what we needed. The manager got our order and made a new fries and the hotdog, not bun at that time. So kind and concerned people. That made a huge difference!

In today's hectic work culture it can be difficult to make time for proper nutrition. I work in the same building as The Salad Spot. I am grateful that the closest food establishment to my desk is also the healthiest and among the tastiest of options I have for breakfast and lunch. They have a buffet-style assortment of salads, vegetables, fruits, proteins, cheeses and dressings that are prepared fresh daily. There are also complex options, unique and traditional, such as chicken curry (my favorite), egg salad, guacamole, hummus, etc. The salad price is weighted, yet fair. It is reasonably priced for the quality of the ingredients; I've tried most options and they always taste fresh! They sell health-food snacks, gluten-free deserts and premium drinks from a variety of "Whole Foods" brands. These options are pricey, but this is to be expected. My only criticism is that they don't offer a wider variety of cheaper, more conventional drinks and snacks. There are alternatives to salad as well. They have an assortment of tasty soups, with specials rotating every week or so. Want crispy corn taco shells that you can fill with fresh ground beef, cheese and whatever else? You can dress up your custom taco from the salad bar! If you fill out an order form they can quickly make you a custom omelet served with fruit and toast. Their omelets taste homemade, light and delicious, without the cream-whipped eggs that you are likely to find at other establishments. They have hot dogs, burritos and other options that I have not tried because I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, but my colleagues assure me they are delicious. Which brings me to my final point: this restaurant is great for vegans and gluten intolerant people. They label which options are gluten-free or vegan and they are plenty. It can be difficult for sans-gluten types like myself to find dining options, but The Salad Spot offers me no shortage of options! Do yourself (and your body) a favor and try some of the fantastic options available at this healthy cafeteria-style eatery.

Great spot to chill, & watch the world go by! Did you know the West Palm Beach Public Library is in the same building, behind Salento, & you can order a coffee through a little window that opens up into the library! So have a read on that side of the coffee shop, or sit on the front patio for a delicious lunch with Salsa music playing! I had the Guacamole Chicken Arepas! Gluten free, naturally! The Columbian coffee really wakes up the taste buds!

Unexpected delight. We have not been to Northwood in YEARS! This Cafe was exciting, friendly, entertaining and most of all, the food was exceptional. They even had gluten free penne pasta! Drinks were generous. The live entertainment was fun and refreshing. We will be back.
