I have been coming here for years. Even after I moved away, if I was in town visiting, I would make sure I got to go there. The gluten free bagels are excellent! I finally got a chance to try the gluten free pizza and I was definitely not disappointed! Great flavor and texture! Don't sleep on it like I did. It's awesome!

This local eatery is definitely a go-to for outstanding and flavorful vegan/vegetarian cuisine!! The staff are so friendly and chill. My order, no matter how many customers are in house, is always ready in a timely manner and if there’s even the slightest delay they apologize. I usually call ahead on weekends, and mid-morning on weekdays when it is SUPER busy. One thing I have noticed is that customers tend to hang out and chat at the tables on weekends and there is limited seating (except for at the coffee bar) so it’s difficult to stay and eat at certain times. They do have some outdoor seating that is not often occupied. Anything on the menu can be customized which is so convenient! The smoothies are delicious any time of day but I stop there almost every morning for my Tropical Greens smoothie with an added protein. More energizing than coffee and has helped me reduce my big time coffee habit without feeling deprived. Highly recommend Troy’s as a fresh, delicious, healthy but TASTY option! They even have a point system that builds up quickly for discounts and free food. Try one of the huge gluten free muffins! Delish! The coffee bar is outstanding as well. We have tried everything they have to offer; gluten free, vegan, etc., and we have always been impressed. The doughnuts are always fresh and the staff is always friendly. I ordered gluten free cupcakes for a gender reveal from Southern Girl Bakery. I was not only pleased with how beautiful all of the cupcakes looked but I have never had such a good gluten free cupcake before! I had to triple check to make sure they were actually gluten free (they 100% were). Communication regarding what I wanted and the turn around time after giving them the gender information was quick and seamless. I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone in need of a custom order!

We had a great experience here! Areas of improvement: sandwiches would be better if they came with a pickle or chips on the side. The chilli could use more beans. All food is served in take away containers even if you get it for here, and the containers all have plastic tops. Also, utensils and cups are plastic. The plastic is excessive. Good things: the regular bread is fantastic, as well as the gf bread. This is the best gluten free bread I had since going gluten free. The vegan and gf options on the menu are great. Overall, we will likely come back but with reusable water bottles and possibly plates.

Gluten free options for breakfast! This place is amazing. I loved the regional sourcing for many od their food items. The ambiance was wonderful and service excellent! The menu is quite extensive. Coffee was very good. A top choice if you are in Keene especially for breakfast.

We have been regulars at Bonhoeffer's over the last two years. Being able to order gluten free crepes and bagels is really a treat. Their drinks are delicious. 5 meals and we went back another day because it was so good. It's very busy as the food is excellent but the staff work extremely well together. Line looked long but we maybe waited 10 minutes for the best crepes and smoothies in town. The homemade gingerade is delicious! One had gluten free crepes and the others regular and all were fantastic. The staff was kind and thoughtful and we were impressed with the entire group getting orders out. Love this place and still talk about how good it was!

Few GF (Celiac Disease) Options: They offer GF wraps. I made a Cesar bowl into a Cesar wrap and it was yummy! It came with popcorn which was a surprise. The staff was nice but space inside is limited. The water station is underwhelming. The water does not taste good. Also the location in Manchester is not great....plus only on street parking.

Great place, we ate outside on a beautiful Saturday morning. I need to eat gluten free and they easily accommodated me. I had the everything biscuit without the biscuit and it was amazing! Treat yourself and stop by you will be glad you did!

If you haven't tried 48 Main yet you are missing out. The staff and owner are so friendly. Food is fantastic. My husband and I have several allergies (Gluten, Beef and Pork!) and they are always able to accommodate us. I always look forward to see what the tips jars will say. A must try. First, the wonderful aroma of whatever was being made when I first walked in. The sushi 🍣 counter was limited in choice, but, I saw an interesting creation of fish, pickled ginger and rice styled rolls combined in a salad style ready to go meal. The bulk of the groceries are aimed at the health conscious or those looking for gluten free 🆓. Local goods and produce section available. There was even a honey 🍯 dispenser. Don't tell Winnie the Pooh! There are 🥪 sandwiches and heat and eat meals to go. There is a dining area available. The prices are a little high, but, that's not uncommon for health food stores. I will stop by again when I'm in the area. The sushi bowl has my interest.

Every single time I stop in for either takeout or dining in I always have a positive experience! The staff is always very personable and polite, everything from the decadent pastries to the well crafted coffees is always done SO well. Some of the best gluten free options I’ve ever tried! Can’t recommend this hidden gem enough in downtown Dover!

My absolute favorite cafe in the area. A staff member recommended me the blood orange hazelnut latte and now I'm addicted. It tastes like a chocolate orange. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends or sit and do some work in a cozy atmosphere. I have also experienced a custom cake by them (lemon & blueberry AND gluten free AND custom decorated) and it was spectacular.

A bit loud inside, but it is a testament to how great the service is. Great cold pressed juice that’s dated and restocked regularly, great baked goods, and my wife was able to get gluten free muffins which was a huge win.

Get lunch here about once a week. Usually they are okay with the drive through but sometimes inconsistent in quality. Whenever I eat in it, it seems they pay more attention. Today I ordered a Francois on a gluten free wrap and asked for a bit extra mayo. I got charged for extra mayo. Ended up getting no mayo and avocado spread on it?? Made zero sense. Should have brought it back but I was already home.
