A friend of mine ordered a cake from here and it was decorated beautifully and tasted amazing. We went for coffee and breakfast everything was so delicious. The biggest compliment I have is the gluten-free cookies. Taste one of those cookies and you can never tell they are gluten-free….it’s impossible. The most delicious I’ve ever tasted great job!! I would definitely tell you to visit and enjoy the atmosphere…see what you think..
Discover a local gem with an impressive variety of hard-to-find niche items, making it a must-visit for anyone with dietary restrictions.

It’s so nice to live nearby a store where otherwise I’d be ordering online from for my niche items. My mom and I enjoy going up and down the rows, some of the best yogurt I found here that’s made it easy for my food sensitivities, amazing gluten free selection. The owners are lovely and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I discovered this store !
I really like this place. I think it is a not known gem. I discovered while looking for cafes. I first went there with my 10 years old. She loved it. It is like a warm and mistic place. From outside you wouldn't expect anything special. In a weekday when we went it was almost empty. The staff is really warm, they have vegan and gluten free cakes. I took my two kids on a weekend and it was busier. The place is not fancy at all. I found a great book from 1970s which I am very happy about. It had a note in the cover, which makes it even more special. I gave 4 stars as this place just needs more room. Or a bit more comfortable sitting options. It is very welcoming but not enough room for friends or sitting and enjoying for longer periods.
On a Friday night I placed an order for a gluten free sandwhich along with another order for take out. The cashier rang me up and I waited outside just to come back in and be told they ran out of gluten free bread which was also the only reason I went there in the first place. I was so disappointed so I canceled my whole order. As I walked out I overheard another customer ask for gluten free bread. There was another day on a weekend when I went in the afternoon. The waitress told me they already ran out. Filencino offers gluten free options and many people come for that reason. Knowing the restaurant would be very busy on a Friday night or weekend afternoon, they should make enough to accommodate their customers. Why should we have to call and ask if they have it anytime we want to give our business? HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Expect a cozy vibe filled with unique art and greenery, plus tasty margaritas and must-try homemade guacamole.

Maizal continues to be a favorite place of mine for Mexican food and drinks. The atmosphere is always comforting and homey complete with art decorating the walls, plants in the window, and little vases on the tables.
They have gluten free and vegan dishes as well as vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan if ordered without the cheese and sour cream. I had their spinach and mushroom burrito bowl and it was delicious. The vegan enchiladas verde are another go-to choice that I have gotten many times.
They also have great flavored margaritas. The hibiscus is my fav. And their homemade guacamole is a must-have to start off your meal.
The staff is also always super nice and the bathrooms are clean which we love to see.
They recently added some new menu items so I included some screenshots of the menu from their website since I forgot to take a picture in person.
Love this place!
I asked the manager about gluten free and vegan options, she explained that they're new but working on something as the owner's kids are GF or vegan.
Otherwise, they're amazing.
I had the French toast and my son has the Oreo with a sugar glaze. Truly a step above and beyond the stale factory taste from the chains.
