My Partner and I ordered online and upon arriving I was very impressed by the atmosphere in here. Lots of great places to sit and eat inside and outside. The aroma of food was amazing, it made my mouth water. The service was incredible, greeting every customer with a smile and took customer concerns very seriously. You can tell that the staff want the customers to have an authentic experience. I got the fried chicken sandwich and my partner got buffalo wings. Absolutely everything on the sandwich was fresh from the lettuce and tomato to the sauce. The wings here are like no other, they are practically boneless with a crispy exterior that makes them absolutely perfect. Strong hearts is also very inclusive of those with dietary restrictions, including a menu of gluten free and vegan options. Overall the entire experience here was amazing and I will definitely be a frequent customer
A lively spot with a great vibe, tasty dishes, and a solid wine list—perfect for a casual outing after a game.

Food was fresh and clean. The avocado smash toast was really good and they don’t skimp on ingredients, you can get Gluten-Free bread, and add a freshly poached egg. It’s nice there is an gf friendly omnivorous healthy option in town . This is a sweet place youthful vibe, but clean. Walk-up counter ordering and pick up.
Gf bread could have been more toasted ( that’s the gf secret) otherwise it tastes kinda ehh.
This spot is a bustling gem, known for its quick service, reasonable prices, and plenty of options that keep diners coming back for more.

We've been here several times for lunch and are never disappointed. Great food with lots of gluten-free options, large portions, and reasonable prices.
Stopped here on the way through Syracuse a few weeks ago. I got an iced oat milk latte and gluten free muffin - both which were tasty. My only complaint was the line was out the door and the organization of people was a bit chaotic. But it was also a holiday weekend right around when school resumed. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in town.
This place is not for gluten free or celiac people. Until they change their business listing about being gluten free, all Kubal locations will keep messing up your Google Maps results (I have mentioned this to staff before). They only have a small basket of packaged gluten free brownies. My oat milk latte was not to my liking (it was one of the worst I’ve had and I have tried them at every coffee place in the city), but I know many other people who enjoy their coffee beverages here. The main benefit is the ambience.
Known for delicious offerings and attentive service, this spot provides a reassuring experience for those with specific dietary preferences.

Fun little movie-themed diner with semi-cafeteria style service (order at counter, then your food comes later - "1/2 service" maybe?). They have a quinoa and kale hash that is pretty awesome. I appreciated the efficiency of the 1/2 service system, but all the disposables and lack of milk alternatives or decaf coffee left me bummed. I'd also like to have an option for extra hash/side instead of toast (gluten free sucks, sorry to everyone).
It is a very cozy coffee/Internet Cafe to visit. The service is great, the attendants always smile, and they have an assortment of snacks, baked goods for those who are Gluten Free.
What more can you ask.....
Great place, delicious treats both savory and sweet, plant based and gluten free options as well. Super clean and cozy, kind people I go often you should too.
Great experience! There are some gluten free options.
Updates - 3 months later the physical condition of the restaurant is not cleanest but the prices are still amazing.
Experience a blend of zesty and sweet vibes with standout drinks in a cozy setting that feels both inviting and upscale.

The staff are friendly and patient, the food’s more on the expensive side but are good nonetheless, I definitely recommend the strawberry lemonade since it has a zesty x sweet mix that balances each other out (be warned of dairy, nuts, and gluten on the menu but it is expected of a café)
Charming vibe with tasty options, but be aware it's not kid-friendly—tight spaces and no accommodations make it tricky for families.

Visited the cafe. Food was so good and the atmosphere is very nice!!! If you are gluten free or dairy free there are so many delicious options.
However parents young kids be warned - this is NOT a family friendly place. That's ok, not ever place has to cater to kids- but you should be aware and maybe they should let people know that on their website. No kids menu, again that's fine. But the yogurt parfait I ordered for my 3 year old came out in a GLASS CUP. So that was fun and stressful to deal with while trying to eat myself. Wait staff didn't even try to assist or offer an alternative. To be fair they seemed understaffed.
Plus the tables and chairs are small and very rickety. Plus they don't offer booster seats. Trying to eat with one hand and steadying your toddler child with the other isn't the $15/ plate experience I expected. The table decorations are very fragile and I had to move them so my kids didn't accidentally knock it over as there was barely enough room on the table for plates.
