So, searching on Google Maps, we found "ESTOY," a celiac-friendly restaurant located at Av. Rafael Nuñez 5520, Córdoba City. Their food is abundant and exquisite, and their entire menu is gluten-free. They have two kitchens, so the preparation is completely safe to eat. They provide a starter of sauce and bread while you wait for the main course, which takes no time at all. Excellent service, and they answer all your questions. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and mushroom sorrentinos. The carbonara sauce was very poorly made, it had no cheese flavor, and the bacon was very burnt. It's a shame to waste money like that. On the other hand, the mushroom sorrentinos were excellent, but the room they came in wasn't very good. If you order gluten-free, the pasta here really isn't worth it. Plus, it took an hour to bring the dishes!
I appreciate that they give you delicious bread and a nice spread, but at least what we ordered was pretty bad considering the price and the wait.

The best pizza I've ever had in my sad life with celiac disease is the caprese here. I think all their options are available gluten-free, which is amazing. The lemonade is delicious. In general, all their dishes live up to their promise and deliver.
