Bida Manda is amazing. I go there regularly and it’s always a good experience. They have a lot of gluten free options and the menu is well marked for gluten.

I have had Celiac disease for 20 years, since before I could drink alcohol. I thought I hated beer BUT THEN I HAD ARMORED COW GLUTEN FREE BEER! My favorite so far is Hell Yeah but Miss Rosie is good too. I can’t wait to try all they offer gluten free. Thanks for making beer I can drink and enjoy!

Their gluten free pizza was bad!! The crust was so hard & crunchy and the sauce & cheese didn't have much taste at all. Then they charge a 10% take out fee! My husband got a regular pizza and he was not impressed either. There are a lot better gluten free pizza places around that we'll be going to.
This spot offers a fun, family-friendly vibe in a revamped power plant, serving up delicious burgers and tasty fries in a laid-back atmosphere.

Burger was just adequate. Tomato was underripe. Bun was dry. Service/ friendliness was absent. They don’t ask for tips that may be why. Fries were good. I had a gluten allergic reaction after 30 minutes even though it’s reportedly a dedicated frier. Parking in the area is a nightmare… we wouldn’t come back.
With a vibrant atmosphere and an easily navigable menu, this spot offers tasty dishes that cater to all sorts of dietary needs.

Honestly, if you don't need gluten free then the food tastes good. But gluten sensitive and celiac please stay away. I got gluten and so so sick. The dish I had ordered was naturally "gluten free" and dairy free. Marked on the menu. The waitress seemed to acknowledge and act like they would be careful. Unfortunately, cross contamination happens here.

Great first experience a the SaltBox. Our server Brandy was very helpful and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, we both had the crab cakes and split the java chip pie for dessert. I am gluten free so having this many options was a nice surprise. The live music was a pleasant touch. We will definitely be back next time we are back in the area. 10/10
Stylish spot with beautifully cooked dishes that impresses both locals and visitors alike, making every meal a memorable experience.

More like Miss the Point. So my partner has celiac/gluten free, which is why we came here. First off the guy who brought us our water was the best part of our evening, he was really friendly. A bit later our actual waiter came and told us “Everything” on the menu can be made gluten free, multiple times and that the chef was celiac. He then went on to describe the menu to us for quite a while, like 5-10 min a while. Cool so we picked the beet salad to split and chicken wings to start with. Well the chicken wings are not gluten free, so we went with the pickled vegetables instead. And we ordered the Mahi fish, which also has a $5 charge for splitting as noted on the daily printed menu we were informed about. First they gave us “vegetables” instead of bread. It was dry carrots, purple cauliflower, and uncooked fennel, no dipping sauce , yum. Then our salad came out split on two plates, and I’m not kidding it was about 7 pieces of lettuce and one beat (split) between us. And the dressing was a spicy buffalo sauce. It was weird. Then the pickled vegetables came out, well they weren’t pickled, but they definitely had been sitting in some vinegar somewhere, my guess is about 10 min before they came. A bit later the waiter came back and said the Mahi was out and they could substitute scallops, and also substitute the white chocolate mole sauce for butternut squash. At this point we had no idea what we were about to consume. We gladly said no and skipped the main course. The drinks came and were “fine”, nothing bad nor special. The waiter knew something was wrong; so he offered to take the pickled vegetables off the ticket - thanks I guess… it was still $60 too much. We instead went to the corner market and got some Ruffles and Onion dip - it cost about $6 and was better than anything PinPoint had to offer and was actually gluten free, the guys (locals) behind the counter never heard of the PinPoint. It’s a tourist trap, don’t go here.

A lucky horse shoe find!
Cognative Café!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff who truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it’s clear that this place is run with heart and intention as a community favorite.
The coffee options are incredible, espresso, cortado, lattes, or prefer a simple drip, they’ve got something for everyone. They proudly brew Cooperative Coffee, which makes it even better knowing your cup supports ethical sourcing. If coffee isn’t your thing, no worries—the fridge is fully stocked with a wide variety of non-coffee beverages, and their tea selection is just as impressive.
Their food menu is impressive, hearty sandwiches to fresh baked goods, there’s a wide selection to choose from, and they even offer plenty of gluten-free options, which is a huge plus.
You can tell the staff is creative, and they’ve put a lot of thought into their offerings.
The space itself is clean, bright, and completely handicap accessible, which I truly appreciate. The restrooms are spotless, and there’s fast, reliable WiFi, making it the perfect spot to work or relax.
Overall, Cognative Café is so much more than a coffee shop, it’s a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant space with top-notch service and quality in every detail.
I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee, a bite to eat, or a cozy place to hang out. Whether you’re meeting a friend, working remotely, or just stopping by for a quick pick-me-up, this place is a five-star experience all the way!
Vibrant atmosphere with customizable tacos and great drinks, making it a fun spot that everyone enjoys returning to!

The service here was the absolute worst. We ordered chips and queso and it went to the wrong table and when we asked they said it was coming. We literally never got them in spite of asking another time. Then we got a taco with a flour tortilla in spite of telling them it was needed to be gluten free and specifying only corn tortillas. It was sent back and then 10 min later it came back with 2 flour tortillas. My poor daughter had no meal since they couldn’t get it right. I never got my tea drink as well. We’ve never had such slow and poor service. We asked for the manager and she never came over to see us. The waiter apologized and said the food items were taken off the bill to which we said that’s good since they either never came to the table or were inedible. Will never go here again!!!

If you’re on the hunt for the ultimate pizza experience, look no further than V Pizza in Brier Creek, Raleigh, NC! This place is a slice of heaven that has taken my taste buds on a thrilling ride, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
Let’s start with the pizza. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? Tastes like it was made with love in a secret Italian kitchen. Each bite is a celebration of flavor that had me dancing on the table. And for gluten-free friends, fear not! They’ve got gluten-free options that are so good, you might find yourself questioning your commitment to gluten altogether!
V Pizza has this cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. It’s the kind of place where you can kick back, let your hair down, and indulge in some serious pizza bliss.
But wait! The adventure doesn’t end with the pizza. Right next door is Flask, the cocktail lounge that’s basically the cherry on top of this pizza sundae. After savoring every cheesy bite, I strolled over to Flask, and let me tell you, it’s like stepping into a chic speakeasy! The cocktail menu is impressive, with inventive drinks that are as delicious as they are stunning. Every drink is rich, flavorful, and sophisticated. The bartenders are true mixologists who pour their heart and soul into every drink.
The best part? You can order from Flask and enjoy your cocktails right at V Pizza! Or vice versa! So, if you’re feeling fancy, you can sip on a delightful cocktail while devouring your pizza. Talk about a winning combination!
In conclusion, V Pizza in Brier Creek is an absolute must-visit for anyone in the Raleigh area. With amazing pizza, a fabulous cocktail lounge next door, and a vibe that makes you feel like family, it’s the perfect spot for date nights, family outings, or just treating yourself. I can’t wait to go back for more pizza and cocktails! 🍕🍹✨

This is a wonderful Brewery with lots of gluten free options from nachos to quesadillas to wraps to wings! They offer ciders, wine and cocktails. Such a fun environment for friends and family!
Great service with delicious food and cocktails! I am very sensitive to gluten and did not have any issues eating here ❤️. The jailhouse next door has delicious cocktails in an awesome atmosphere but food comes from the Old Stone kitchen. Between the two, I've managed to have four meals without getting poisoned with gluten contamination. THANK YOU!

Three10 is located in a lovely house with an open kitchen and a large outdoor space. The tables are well spaced so you never feel hemmed in. The staff is professional and attentive. The menu includes imaginative preparations for their dishes, one of my favorites is the black garlic Caesar salad. The special of the day was a striped bass over polenta with guanciale and puttanesca which my husband loved. The roasted oysters prepared with bacon, collards and cornbread crumbs are wonderful. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and most dishes can be prepared gluten free. Highly recommend!
Enjoy vibrant murals and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed time, though parking can be a bit tricky.

The brisket is to die for it. On their sign they specifically state that they are gluten free with their meats and sauces. Absolutely love that. The brisket was smokey, not too fatty and so tender. I really also liked their coleslaw. It is the only gluten free side, wish they had other options but I'm happy they have something.

Phenomenal food and cocktails. It's not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, but Emmett's has consistently taken great care of my wife who is celiac. We have never been disappointed in ANY aspect of dining here, and it stands as one of our favorite restaurants in spite of being a 30 minute trip for us to get there!
Perched next to a bustling creek in the Smokies, it's a must-stop spot for a magical atmosphere, ideal for patio lounging and break times.

Food is great! Lots of options for anyone with dietary restrictions. The best Gluten Free burger bun I have ever had! There tends to be a wait for a table (I'm always there while an event is going on, and with a large group) but it is worth the wait!

One of my favorite places in the country on a warm and sunny evening. The perfect spot to let your kids run around in a field and have some chill parent time while sipping on some good beers and canned rosé. The food is solid for adults and the kids menu covers the essentials (burgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, mac n cheese, fries). +++Huge bonus for the celiac friendly burger for my daughter ❤️

Best beef burger flavor wise I’ve had in avl. I am a fan of another top burger joint Juicy Lucy’s, but honestly I’d rather come here. Food is fresh, hot, and flavorful. They have gluten free options that amazed me-still wish they wouldn’t charge for a change of bun, however you can get it lettuce wrapped for free.
A discovered gem loved for its fast service and high-quality experience, along with an atmosphere that brings locals back for more.

The food is amazing, staff are friendly and wait times (in my experience) are never horrible. Even during peak dinner hour, it never takes long to get a table or get your food. There are a few gluten free options (which I have to eat because I have Celiac) and those options are divine and haven’t made me sick. Very satisfied with the service I’ve had there, yesterday made it my second visit!

We love that this restaurant is locally owned.
Very comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Great service. Delicious food! Reasonable prices.
I had half a sprout sandwich and a bowl of French onion soup for lunch and it was amazing! Perfect portion and loaded with veggies! Our waitress was super sweet and so nice.
And the best part for us are the gluten free options! My husband usually gets stuck with a salad or a bun-less burger, but Peppers has gluten free buns and gluten free sliced bread. He had over half the menu to choose from!
Settle into a shady spot, relax in rocking chairs, and soak up the chill vibes after a hike - pricey, but heavenly, delights included!

I've had more than my fair share of cider due to a gluten allergy, and Bull City Ciderworks makes some of the best tasting cider that I've tried. We are lucky in general that they are in the Triangle, but it's really awesome that they recently opened a location in downtown Cary! The space is awesome and I highly recommend stopping by for a flight.
