This was lovely. As a human with gluten intolerance it gets old feeling like I have to apologize for asking what the ingredients are and explaining why and what half the time in restaurants. Here, everything is clearly marked, our waiter asked about preferences right up front and was able to say what menu items to avoid and how other menu items could be easily modified. He was fantastic. The food and cocktails were delicious as was the ambience.

Yall! This is the place! Fellow vegetarians/vegans, this is an incredible spot to check out. Blue has an extensive vegan sushi menu & it is DIVINE. I have never had any sushi I’ve enjoyed, so I was uncertain at first. I met my parents here for dinner since they are huge sushi lovers & I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was absolutely some of the best food I’ve had in a minute at a restaurant as a vegetarian. Started off with the charred edamame, bc who doesn’t love a great bowl of edamame before dinner? I use to not love sushi bc of the seaweed wrap, so I was happy to know they had alternatives, soy rice paper & cucumber. I enjoyed their Thai & Crunchy Cabbagge rolls. I was shocked at how much I loved sushi, even went back a day later lol. Everything was super tasty. The flavors & textures were everything!!! Not only was the food great, but I highly recommend sitting at the bar. Our bartender Gabrielle provided excellent service. My family & I appreciated your kindness! Gabrielle was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. My mom is gluten free & we are always grateful when our server is eager to help & knows how to accommodate. Thank you for your service, can’t wait to come back!

We love dining at Corto Lima. This place knows how to do Mexican food in a way that will surprise it's guests! Their menu is filled with an array of delicious dishes that are sure to satisfy your palate. And there are quite a few vegan and gluten free dishes for those v/gf peeps. Let's start with their guacamole because it's been our go to. It's rich and bursting with flavor. Served on a grape leaf and topped with finely chopped onions and tomatoes, you can really taste the freshness of the avocados, and it was just the right amount of tangy. Without a doubt, we're in love with their guac! The spicy margs are exceptional as well. They use a cousin to the jalapeno that gives the marg a more reddish tint and taste even fresher. Very well done. We also tried their ceviche which was good but not what you'd normally expect from a ceviche dish. It came topped with corn nuts which added an interesting twist. Definitely worth trying if you're up for something different. Among our favorites was definitely the Lomo Saltado. The flavors were bold and spicy which made it mouth-wateringly good! The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. Of course, you really can't go wrong ordering any of their tacos. Just slightly smaller portions. If you're in search of scrumptious Mexican food that stays true to its roots while offering unique twists, this place won't disappoint!

I was very disappointed with the gluten free pizzas. The crust was soggy and in general the taste of the pizza was not good. The pineapple on the pizza was hard and not ripe. I thought it was outrageously expensive as well. I paid $92 dlls for 3 pizzas, an appetizer and a small salad. No drinks. We all had water. I could have paid less money at a nicer place with much better food such as Carson’s or Bella Norte as this was a special occasion. We celebrated Mother’s Day here.

Writing this review for our server, Will. He was very attentive in our needs, especially for Carol who has a Gluten allergy. He helped her with the menu and explained everything in detail. He insured that she received what she asked for and made sure everything was not contaminated for her. He took very good care of our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Please give him a raise because you have a gold mine working for you that really cares for the customer. Please tell him thank you again from Carol, Walt, Jennie and Greg.

The food was lackluster, my tacos were dry, and the flavors were just ok. The service was absolutely minimal, a little snippy at the register and food delivery was fine. The atmosphere is loud, and kinda worn out but clean. I thought this place was great when it opened. I went every week, but I became gluten intolerant and they only have 3 tacos that I can eat, so I've only come back a couple of times. Both visits in the last year were like this so I feel fine saying that it's mediocre.

It was very busy the Sunday afternoon we were there. They need not seem prepared to have that many people there. Before lunch I went to the bathroom and immediately noticed a very strong stank, sewage smell. I looked around the bathroom was really dirty. During the meal our server was not very attentive while taking our order and it took a long time for refills and to get our check. All in all the food was pretty good. It always seems like they’re very sparing in the pizza toppings for the gluten free pizzas.

This place is AMAZING. Derek was so helpful and took great care of us. The kitchen manager has great knowledge of celiac disease and cross contamination. I had a pancake and it was prepared on its own surface/area. I hope to be back next time I’m in town.

Thr food has been good every time we have been there. The gluten free bun was decent, at least it allowed me to get a burger with a bun. Seating is almost all outside. Parking is difficult. Excellent bourbon selection. Good customer service. They have a fried bologna sandwich which isn't on their menu but it is huge and my husband loves it.

Truly can't say enough about this place. Food, cocktails, service, ambiance are all 10/10. We have a celiac/gluten free in the family and they always are very careful in food prep!! Super accommodating to all meal preferences. A spectacular meal every time you go, with an every changing list for food and cocktails, its worth a trip several times a year.

Volare is an up-scale italian restaurant. There's not much more to say! The food is great and mostly unsurprising, the bartenders serve fantastic drinks and the servers are polite and generally knowledgable. If you're looking for a night out with solid food, drink and service this is it. As a person with Celiac disease (gluten allergy) they offer a large portion of thier menu without dreaded flour and even have pasta substitutions for all but the lasagne. I've never been glutened to my knowledge and I leave feeling satisfied. Here are some of the nitpicks, the building and decor itself could use an overhaul or cleanup as particleboard ceilings and 15 year old decor dont lend itself much style. The menu itself is very standard fare as well, but perhaps the predictability is a plus for some diners.
