They have a variety of options that are extremely safe for those that have celiac disease. A majority of items are already gluten free or can be made gluten free! The fryers are 100% gluten free along with a spare pizza oven. Any of the pizzas can be made gluten free. It is prepared on cauliflower crust! All pastas can be made gluten free and are prepared in separate boiler to maintain no cross-contamination. I was there for a girls night, so we just ordered small dishes to share. I’d love to try the pasta and pizza. The restaurant in itself is extremely nice.

Staple restaurant in the SouthPark area. Always appreciate the kindness of the team throughout the dining experience. They are knowledgeable about the menu and helpful when advising about the gluten-free options. There are plenty of options — but it is best to ask for guidance/confirmation. We tried the watermelon and tomato salad this visit and it was GREAT! We also enjoyed the meat and cheese tray!

I have Celiac disease and Cancer today was a very busy day for me I had a taste for Singapore Mei Fun. The Manager came to me and noticed that I said no heat, no curry no sauce. She suggested to try one of the three sauces she put in my bag. The I used th sauce they use in Lo Mein. It was very tasty, packed with chicken etc the chicken egg roll was cooked to perfection. I am giving a 10 on a scale of five. Job well done I absolutely suggest this restaurant to anyone visiting this weekend. I got the order to go but I am enjoying it as I post this review. Should have taken a photo but it was so good I forgot to lol

Amazing service. Get to that in a moment.
Had dinner with 14 colleagues. We ordered several apps and soups. All delicious. Our dishes arranged from vegetarian to gluten-free to pad Thai to shrimp, chicken and beef. I originally ordered the firecracker shrimp. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The dish came out lukewarm, shrimp a bit tough and it lacked flavor. Our server, Upon sharing with our server, Trinity, she immediately removed the dish. I replaced it with spicy chicken. It was hot and packed with flavor.
Trinity offered exceptional service, taking care of our group. We never had to ask for refills. She was engaging and we enjoyed her wonderful personality. Well done, Trinity!

Absolutely love this bar and is one of my absolute favorites. We love their gluten-free nights and have been to every one of them. Recently, I went in for their gf night and had the lavender lemonade, I usually get it with Tito’s but since it’s no longer on their menu with the listed ingredients, I didn’t even think of it. I had one sip of their sneaky Pete house vodka, and realized immediately and asked if they could remake it with Tito’s, which they were incredibly accommodating about.
It was entirely my fault as I know my allergy and how sensitive I am, even after alcohol is distilled. Moral of the story, I did get badly glutened, should you have celiac disease, avoid their house liquor and stick to what you know! Not knocking them at all, they rock and their GF nights are awesome. I just wanted to put out a psa for those who do often attend their gluten freedom nights to avoid getting glutened! Please keep in mind, I have never gotten sick from their pizza and cheesy bread for their gluten free nights, this was solely alcohol based!
Pet-friendly spot with outdoor seating, quick service, and a variety of ciders to choose from.

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered my burger without cheese and still ended up receiving a burger with cheese on it. The burger itself was great besides the stomach pain due to the cheese. Didn't realize order was incorrect till we got back to our hotel. Despite this, I was very satisfied with the gluten free bun. The sweet potato tots were the best part of my meal by far, and I'm not even a huge fan of sweet potato. If you're on the fence about trying them, just do it!

A Colaco
A much heralded Charlotte restaurant, not sure why it took me so long to visit — truthfully, I think I was jaded as diners would typically share “must try” dishes that seemed to be delicious but not gluten-free friendly.
Well, this meal was a reminder that I should reach out to a restaurant instead of only reviewing a menu. We were impressed by the team’s awareness of the dishes — and what was (or was not) gluten-free safe. It was quite easy to order an entire meal without much change. Dessert was the least interesting for me — an adaptation to the banana pudding was offered, but dinner was so satisfying that this was not a needed cap to the night.
We started with the chips and onion dip — though the chips were very over salted —this is a must try dish for sure! We also ordered the summer salad which was a collection of endive, apples, radishes — this was fine, but nothing worth a review/recommendation. The table also ordered the bread with beet butter — not gluten-free, but the table said it was delicious. For dinner we shared many plates: roasted chicken, wagyu pot roast, mushrooms risotto, roasted broccoli, and roasted carrots. Everything was delicious—a great combination of robust flavors and fresh ingredients.
It is worth the note that this is not a reasonably priced meal — taking out the bottle of wine, this meal was easily $50-$75 a person across the split plates — but the dishes were decent sizes, the composition was memorable, and overall this is a meal that felt worth the price.
Great food, the best shrimp and grits for me! We had the gluten free chocolate cake which was small but its rich so just the right size! We had reservations and they took us immediately. We will go back!

Excited to finally try Para since following their development the last few months. Extreme ingenuity & playfulness behind a whimsical menu with service that was top notch and an ambience that's fun & inviting (albeit 2 steps shy of full "influencer" but it works). The missus has a gluten allergy and the staff was extremely accommodating, but a lot of gluten free options already there like compressed watermelon "fish" (Crudo) which is addictive. Great cocktails to boot make this a definite repeat visit in the near future and looking forward to see how this place grows and develops over time.
