I have celiac. We came here while visiting Ashland because we had heard about the fried chicken, which was really good. However, I ordered a sandwich on gluten-free bread and it came on their rye bread. I ate it without thinking about it, but partway through realized it didn't seem like gluten-free bread. The server confirmed it was rye bread and sort of apologized. He took $2.40 off the cost of the sandwich, which seems insufficient for how sick I'm going to get. The fried chicken was amazing, but now I'm wondering how careful they are with that, since they don't seem to care about the sandwiches being gluten-free.
Unique vibes and amazing options make this the go-to spot for delicious eats and a great atmosphere, perfect for catching a game.

Pizza is SO good and they have vegan and gluten free options. The JoJo's are to die for and we had no idea what a small order was going to be. Great place to watch baseball, friendly staff.
Enjoy a cozy outdoor vibe with lovely heaters, perfect for chilly nights, making it a comfy spot for a delightful family experience.

Yummy!!!! This was a lovely experience.
They were very busy on a Thursday night but we were able to sit outside. Even though it was chilly outside, they have some very nice heaters so we were very comfortable the entire time.
Our server was extremely careful of my celiac allergy and the food was absolutely delicious. She was also very kind and friendly. Though she was very busy, she remained attentive and met our needs.
It was a lovely time with the family and we truly enjoyed our experience at Kobe restaurant.
Thank you so much.
So two carnivore's, two vegan's & a celiac's walk into a bar... Stop me if you have heard this one before LOL. All joking aside, this place is no joke. For the pint sized kitchen, which reminds me of some kitchens in England, they put out some amazing food. The aromas are carried through the air to the front door by live music, where they are so sweet and strong they could grab you from the street. The Mule's are strong and all the tea I have had so far had been fresh loose leaf. Try the leather - tobacco tea if you like earthy or dark teas.. All in all they had something for everyone plus there is seating indoors or outside by the creek, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to eat on that side of town.
We are locals and this is our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Excellent service and food is consistently good every time. The steak fajitas are amazing. They are also able to make things gluten free!
