They didn’t earn the title of the best gluten free pizza in the world by accident — they truly do have some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Plus they can also make all their dishes lactose free. I ordered a gf and lactose free pizza and it was fantastic. They even had gluten free bread for an appetizer. Will be going back any chance we get!

A 100% dedicated GF restaurant as well as a grab and go window available next to the restaurant! I got a turkey, brie, arugula and tomato sandwich on focaccia at the take away window and it was so delicious!! And huge!!!

We came to this restaurant because they have a separate gluten free menu. The options are quite extensive, from gluten free spaghetti and pici to Tuscan beef tripe. They don't make the pasta themselves though. You do need to reserve in advance because the place is quite touristy and we found the atmosphere to be quite hectic.

A decent spot for a celiac trying to navigate eating out while traveling. Being handed an entirely separate and gluten free menu felt comforting after walking out of a restaurant who wouldn’t indicate which, if any, dishes were safe. The meal itself was good for being gluten free. I’m only a few months in to my diagnosis so I still compare to regular pastas and dishes which can be tough. I ordered the ravioli which was semi-bland but I still enjoyed it.

An absolute recommendation from me! I have never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza in a restaurant. The spaghetti carbonara was also incredible! Plus a gluten-free beer... what more could you want ?

Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC application, but I would say a great surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say that it is one of the best pizzas ever. Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, extremely competent owners, unbeatable value for money (pizzas generously seasoned). After traveling 200km I finally found a pizza worthy of the name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

I have been celiac since birth, I ate a gluten-free focaccia with stracchino and sausage yesterday and I feel terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone with celiac disease. Cozy place and friendly staff.

The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

My girlfriend and I came to Pietrasanta for a 3-day getaway, the choice of destination was also influenced by the curiosity to try Sementis. We are both vegetarians, with the impulse to become vegan and despite being in 2024 we struggle to find restaurants that offer vegetarian options, let alone vegan ones, so we often cook at home. From the moment you enter Sementis you are greeted by the smile, the passion and the splendid synergy that exists between the owner and all the wonderful staff, all friendly and attentive to the customer. But the gem comes when you sit down and open the menu, if you are vegetarian, vegan and celiac you can eat every single dish you find on the menu without any inconvenience or worries related to what you would like to eat but unfortunately you can't... What we witnessed was a rewarding experience, which made our taste buds explode with the goodness of the dishes we tasted. The service was impeccable, the dishes arrive with little waiting and during the evening the owner and the staff are present, pampering every customer with joy and friendliness. If we lived here, we would come every day😂 What Sementis does is a big step for all of us and for the protection of this planet. In the eyes of a few it might seem like a simple vegan restaurant, but in our eyes these guys are writing the future. Excellent food! Courtesy and kindness! Lots of choices for those with celiac disease. For the first time I felt like I was on an equal footing, as if my celiac disease wasn't a problem! I found options on everything, even desserts, spoiled for choice! I had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, falafel, wild boar and a delicious chocolate dessert (mollone). But I also got to taste my husband's tiramisu! Great! I will definitely be back as soon as possible!

It offers what practically no one offers in Grosseto. The pizzas are good. Over time the service has expired and not by a little with the continuous change of operators. Those who review criticizing the prices do not have celiac disease problems but follow fashion otherwise they would know the costs of the raw materials (to which to add all the other monstrous expenses)
