Such a fun burger place. I was a little skeptical at first that they could prevent cross contact here but they have an open kitchen and I watched the whole process. They changed their gloves. Cleaned off the flat grill (although they don't put any buns on it anyway). The fries are also safe and cooked in a dedicated fryer.
A spot with creamy, rich shakes and burger enthusiasts insistently coming back for more, boasting a cool 50's ambiance and speedy, quality service.

First time here, and asked for allergen information. The server was nice and accommodating, she went and showed me the packaging for their gluten free buns. But she had no idea where to get allergen information for any of their regular menu items.
I decided not to take a chance and ordered a double burger with the gluten-free buns. I wasn't warned that the gluten free buns were $2.5 extra.
When I took a bite of the burger, The buns were the worst thing I've ever had. Dry and hard and tasted just like cardboard.
I can't believe they charge $2.5 extra for this garbage.
Luckily the beef and condiments were done well, so I just treated the buns like a cardboard plate and ate the meat patties.
I then went on their website and easily found the allergen information. I think they should train their staff better.
Definitely a bad experience, and I just feel cheated to have to pay $2.5 for the privilege of eating garbage. Do not recommend anyone with allergies to eat here.
