I can't have gluten or dairy anymore and it was a big change, haven't eaten much because I'm picky and have lost so much weight. I decided to try this place and it was phenomenal! I didn't even know this kind of food could taste this good!! I was actually able to feel satisfied after eating which doesn't happen anymore. I cried, I literally cried in the middle of eating! Thanks for the delicious food and for caring about people who have to deal with this!!

In the middle of all the classic American comfort food spots, this place stands out as a healthy and flavorful alternative—and it doesn’t sacrifice taste one bit. The menu is packed with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, which is perfect for anyone with dietary preferences or restrictions. Even as someone who usually leans toward meat-heavy and indulgent meals, I was seriously impressed. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. It didn’t feel like “health food”—it just felt like great food. The atmosphere was bright, modern, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to make recommendations based on what we were in the mood for, and everything came out quickly and perfectly prepared. True Food Kitchen is a gem in Easton—whether you’re a dedicated healthy eater or just want to try something different that still hits the spot. I’ll definitely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a guilt-free but truly satisfying meal.

Is miraculous too strong a word? I’ve had a gluten allergy for a few years and gave up on finding a biscuit that is this freaking good. Perfect texture, so soft and lovely in the middle. I tried a few and the cinnamon is by far my favorite, basically a hybrid biscuit and cinnamon role. Delicious enough that’s it’s my non-GF boyfriend’s favorite biscuit too.

Went for a family dinner this past Saturday. Service was great. We made reservations and we were sat immediately even tho it was packed. Our waitress was awesome. I have Celiac disease and felt totally comfortable and safe eating there and having to be gluten free. I want to give 5 stars instead of 4 but I just can’t because of the food. It really just wasn’t very good. I got a vegetable and rice dish with chicken that was lacking flavor majorly. Our appetizer was the “spicy” pimento dip that was hard and not spicy. It just didn’t fair well. My mom got shrimp pasta and said it was underwhelming. Daughter got chicken fingers and said the same thing . I’m going to go back and try again, maybe it’ll be better next time. I really want to like it since the rest of the experience was so good.

This restaurant is fantastic. There are endless options for gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and keto diets. We were visiting Ohio for a short period and came for dinner and ended up returning a different day for brunch. The lattes here are made perfect. Highly recommend the chicken wings and quesabirra tacos. If we ever make it back to Cleveland we will definitely be coming back here. The ambiance is awesome. Our server, Serena, was knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming; she made our visit perfect.

The options for Vegan and Gluten Free is amazing! First time here and we will definitely be back. So many more items on the menu to try. Get the Bang Bang sauce to substitute the sauce on the TownHall veggie burger if you are making it vegan. Worth a stop especially since they are attentive to your food requests for allergies.

My wife and I will be making this a goto when we are in Columbus, which is several times a year. We were here for the weekend and had dinner on Friday. It was soo good and the atmosphere is relaxing, we went back for lunch on Sunday before heading back home. The smoked salmon is amazing, and the wife dreams about the gluten-free fish and chips. I wish we had a Pearl in Cleveland!!

The restaurant had a charming and homely atmosphere. The staff were amazing—kind, considerate, accommodating, and always happy to answer questions. The menu is primarily gluten-free and organic, and with some substitutions, all dishes can be made completely gluten-free. They even have a special protocol in place for people with Celiac disease. The food was fantastic; it was the best Mexican food I have ever had and possibly one of the best meals I've ever eaten. I have never written a review before, but this place was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share my experience.

Amazing place ! Super super clean! Love the dark blue vibe. The velvet benches were 💙 Very friendly staff the food was all gluten free and absolutely delicious. The bar service was great, drinks were crafted perfectly. They food and presentation was spot on. Went for a private party and everything was perfection. I would 100% recommend!!!

I have celiac disease and need to be careful with gluten and cross contamination. Red Robin offers gluten free options and dedicated fryers which is usually great. This location has unfortunately glutened me twice within the past year, first with including breaded jalapeno coins in my burger, and then with giving me a normal gluten bun instead of a gluten free bun. If you have any allergies, be careful with this location.

Great place to get casual food. Usually need Open Table or to call direct to get a reservation during peak lunch and dinner hours so you don't have to wait, can make reservations earlier in day to get a party of four in later. Really good food for the gluten-sensitive. Lighting can be a bit dark for visually impaired.

Completely gluten free. I had a vegetarian arepa (black beans, cheese and plantains) Delicious! Verde salsa was flavorful and the plantain chips were great. I have celiac and this is a delicious and safe place to eat. Staff is very nice.

This is my new favorite restaurant. Essentially everything on their menu is gluten free and so delicious even my nongluten free friends love it & cannot tell a difference. The food is an absolute 1000/10 BUT the service is incredible!! Megan & Eddie were SO personable, and they make us want to make this our regular spot! I can’t say enough positive things about this place! It’s a must try ESPECIALLY if you are gluten free!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and the experience was very good. I was lucky that the waitress spoke Spanish. If you don't eat gluten it's a good place to come because the sauces are gluten-free and they have gluten-free bread. I hadn't had a sandwich in a restaurant for years. The food was exquisite. I tried the Big Pig Sandwich and the fries. When I return to Cleveland I definitely have to go back.

Prebirthday girl's night dinner! Service was great. Drinks were great. Pretty heavy drink menu so lots to choose from. Our waitress was very good about answering our questions and they readily agreed to take our pic at the end of the night 🌙 😀 I will definitely return. I eat gluten free cuz it causes bad headaches and my body hurts like I have the flu & it causes belly issues for my daughter. I was in Columbus to meet a friend and googled gluten free bakery and this placed popped up. The staff member was very nice and helpful, explaining what was gluten free and preparation. I ordered 1/2 dozen donuts with various toppings. I got to my daughter's to share and on 1st bite our eyes grew wide and we both said "they aren't dense! They are light & airy!" They were sooo delicious!!! They are pricey (but what gluten free items isn't??!!!) but worth it to be eating a gf donut that tastes like a regular one. I highly recommend. I would not recommend for celiac because they do make "regular" flour donuts. We will be back!!!

Transcendental empanadas, arepas bursting with fresh fillings, frosty beverages, and a little shop where you can scarf up South American comfort foods and ingredients. The Arepa Place is amazing. My first bite into the chicken empanada sent me on a long journey to a far away planet named Delicious Prime. I landed, mid chew, in a great battle of shredded chicken, buttery flaky fried crust, and an assortment of salsas. There was purple smoke, the screaming of my teeth, and a salty wave of energy that made me urinate my pants. Moments later my wife and daughter shook me awake and I found myself on the floor moaning like a cow in heat. "Are you okay?" they asked, frantically. My response, "more arepas. And some of that aguapanela." The EMT team, curious, ordered some as well. Then, with my EMT team, I transcended back into the fever dream of flavor. Dedicated gluten free. Cute wall decor.

Good place! I'm not super adventurous so my meal wasn't anything great (my fault 100%). But the menus list what's Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, and what has dairy, which was great because we had three people who fell into one of those categories.

The food was amazing. Every part was seasoned individually and all the flavors worked well together. The price point per bowl was absolutely worth. I got the lunch meal with a drink and cookie. We questioned if the cookies were even gluten free that's how amazing they tasted. We stopped here on a trip down to Columbus and I would stop here again if travelling through Toledo.

As a celiac with 2 children that have it we have always loved this place...unfortunately today my daughter went with friends and order gluten free pancakes for a gluten allergy. She currently is having a gluten attack which for us is violent vomiting for over 2 hours, extreme cramps and sweating followed by a month of auto immune symptoms. I know mistakes happen, but we unfortunately will not be back.

Gluten free food options can be hard to find! Bibibop offers a nice selection and it's all gluten free. The food was filling and the bowel building method offers lots of combinations. Will definitely return to eat there again. Place was super busy and that made it a bit of a challenge for workers to keep everything stocked up.

first time ordering, all photos show noodles to have carrots, kale & flavor... clearly they just threw cooked noodles into my bowl, and my bowl was mostly noodles, barely anything else. I had rice for base as well and barely any in it. food was cold when i picked up, I arrived 10 min prior to stated pick up time, [out of 20 min wait] & food was older nagged and sitting there, I could tell it was made minutes after ordering with 0 update that it was ready: the drinks had melted ice and lots of condensation - those dont lie on how long it sat. pretty disappointed for a first time order - went here given the gf status for us celiac. bummer.

Alcove knows something that many restaurants could learn, that you can serve people with food allergies and preferences without limiting access to a variety of dishes. So many dishes prepared gluten free and they have a dedicated gf fryer. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was incredible. Even my gluten eating friends enjoyed it. The beet and goat cheese salad is not to be missed! The polenta with flamin' hot Cheetos was a favorite at the table. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. Definitely will be returning!
