Celebrating an Anniversary, we enjoyed a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival. We selected a banquet and the staff were wonderful and very accommodating with our gluten/dairy free daughter. Our server was Emily and she was exceptional đ. Thank you for a wonderful night.

The menu highly recommended the hot chips. We ordered it and the chips were served warm (photo). We send it back and asked for hot chips. It was served hot this time but hard and dry like it had been re-heated in the fryer. That was a bit disappointing. My partner was craving Spaghetti Bolognese commented the flavour was ok but it wasnât al dente. My gluten free gnocchi was the better part of the meal. Overall the food served had no wow factor hence 3 stars
A cozy spot with a chill vibe, tasty options, and attentive service, perfect for a casual hangout or a special meal.

Food was good and good range of gluten free options, but cocktails are a joke. I paid $23 for a cocktail that Iâm 90% sure had no alcohol in it at all, and what it lacked in alcohol it certainly made up for in ice. For me, if Iâm going to have a nice dinner out, the cocktails need to be good. I could have bought 1/2 bottle of tequila for that price.

Excellent food and good sized portions. The spice level was just right and I can tell very authentic Indian cuisine.
Also great to have everything labelled so I can tell which items were gluten free.
I will be back next time Iâm in South Brisbane.
Nestled by the river, this buzzing spot boasts amazing Italian cuisine, stunning cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for any occasion.

My wife went there yesterday and had a shared menu, as she is coeliac she had a slightly different menu as expected, however she was given one less dish than all of the other people in the group (the steak/fish which would have been easy to cook gluten free). She was shown the different menu beforehand, but didnât realise that it was missing that dish relative to the rest of her party
She commented that the food she did have was delicious, but the experience fell short of expectations.
Expect a cozy spot with beautiful and delicious crĂȘpes, a great atmosphere, and plenty of topping options that keep everyone coming back for more.

Greek food would never fail you. Craving for another yiros wrap after having one in Melbourne. Friendly staff. Gluten-free pita available. delicious. But they all got one common thing, it's a bit pricy for the amount of food you get. Other than that, great taste, not too greasy. Pita tasted fresh. Clean professionally food packaging. Will come back for sure đ

We had dinner here last night and it was amazing. The waiter Jimmy (the French guy) was funny and attentive. The lobster spaghetti was beautiful and so was the beef carpaccio. Very amazing gluten free bread!
Great service and yummy food! Gluten free options too. I ordered the salmon sushi taco, chicken, and gluten free gyozas chicken and lemongrass and mushroom.
Visiting Brisbane and caught up with family here, beautiful spot, staff friendly, meals were big pub style meals and delicious, options for gluten free.

Kinda overpriced food and not the best Chinese food. Chicken was kinda dry, the jasmine rice was bland and everything was just overpriced and average. The dumplings were good and tasty, but nothing special.
Although I think the portion sizes were really good and large. They are also super allergy friendly and I think thatâs really hard to find in restaurants. Iâm glad that they have gluten free dumplings and options. Iâm a food vlogger and reviewer so Iâm pretty honest with my reviews so this is my honest take of the restaurant.
Get immersed in a crafted experience full of love, pride, and even Lebanese birthday songs, with quality that impresses even the toughest critics!

Really yummy restaurant and I love the falafels!!! They were gluten free too! The espresso Martini was not good though. Donât order that. The portions are also very small. But cute and vibey ambiance to the restaurant!!

Stopped here for a late lunch (like 3pm), it was a miserable wet day but the restaurant was very cosy & warm. The staff were lovely. Hubby had a seafood platter & I had the GF Barramundi. The platter was a bit small for the money but lovely. The Barramundi was delicious & they were very mindful of the need for it to be Gluten Free for me. Overall it was really nice & we will definitely go there again next time we are in Brisbane.
A serene riverside hideaway with excellent service and consistently great coffee, perfect for a relaxing escape.

Lovely quiet spot by the river with great service and high quality food. Just wish they had a few more gluten free options like easy swaps for pasta or bread or the chips!

Very average food at very high prices. Caesar salad advertised as having âhoney charred chickenâ had smoked processed chicken. $30 for a bowl of cos lettuce a couple of bits of bacon, one anchovy and no egg is not ok. Turns out the online menu was different to the paper one, so paying via QR code is a lucky dip. Couscous salad is listed as gluten free, which could be dangerous if you arenât switched on. Clearly they rely on foot traffic and beach patrons. Management seemed very non plussed by the issues and offered no compensation or apology other than âthanks for telling usâ.
Enjoy imaginative breakfast options with creative twists and a surprising sense of calm, making it a hit for both families and adventurous eaters.

I ate lunch at Southside today for the first time. I am a coeliac and chose this restaurant because of the extensive GF options on the menu. I advised my waitress that I am coeliac and asked what would be a safe menu choice for me. She brought me out a detailed menu which identified all the GF options, and then also went on to explain that all GF dishes were prepared in a seperate part of the kitchen to limit cross contamination. My friend (who is not coeliac) and I wanted to try the banquet menu, which included some non GF items. The waitress said they could tailor the banquet menu to me specifically, so that I would have GF food while my friend had non GF. I can't believe how extremely helpful and accommodating the restaurant was. And they made it seem like absolutely no effort at all to deal with my dietary requirements. They barely even batted an eyelid! The food was incredible. 5 stars.
The chicken with the special 24 hr marinade is delicious, spicy level on choice. The staff is fairly friendly and hands the allergy list with the menu upon asking. The allergy list good structured. They are honest about the possibility if the food might contain even traces of gluten. That there are no gluten free burgers is still disappointing.
The best 'kebab style' wrap I've ever tasted in Brisbane đ it was fortunate to see that they even had gluten free wraps too! The lamb is of high quality and they make the best chips đ đ I wish they had better seating for larger groups of people but we still enjoyed the dine-in regardless âș âș
Great atmosphere with unique and delicious meals that are beautifully presented, perfect for sharing and enjoying with friends.

I went for lunch in late December 2022. I am a coeliac, I told the waiter and he assured me my meal would be gluten free. Sure enough, I got extremely sick not long after eating and it lingered for weeks. Tried to contact the restaurant but no response. Disappointing. Donât go here if you have dietary requirements.
Enjoyed a delicious Pumpkin salad today. New to the menu. They stock gluten free Hahn beer as well. Staff were friendly and interacted with us. It is a lovely place to visit when in Brisbane.
Newport's is a cafe close to the Cultural Centre bus station halfway down fish lane and to the left. It is not really accessible to people with disabilities. There's a small entryway with about 10 seats and then an additional 10 seats upstairs roughly, with lots of open windows and plants. The space is quite rustic and welcoming. On Saturdays there is a 10% surcharge, on Sundays 15%. My friends were told they were sold out of waffles, but my friend who came five minutes later was able to order them. I ordered an almond latte and the haloumi brioche gluten free. They gave me a cookie which I gave to my friend as it was not also GF. They burnt the almond milk but were able to remake the coffee for me with a different milk, which was appreciated. The food was tasty but quite expensive for what it consisted of.
It was fine honestly, probably just wouldn't go again.

Some of the yummiest and freshest bowls I've tried, and I eat a lot of poke! The ingredients are always so fresh. The pre designed bowl options are really carefully thought out but if you can't find one you like, you can design your own. Most of the bowls are gluten free or low gluten and dairy naturally as they're based on rice or a salad base like kale. Yummy and healthy, all around the $20 as at time of writing.
Unique flavors shine with delicious fried rice and crispy hot chips, making for a delightful dining experience despite limited options.

We ordered the chicken fried rice, hot chips and plain bibimbap. Fried rice and hot chips were both gluten free but the bibimbap was only GF if it was plain, not sure why they couldn't just add some chicken like in the fried rice lol but either way, everything else was delicious. They sadly don't have many other gluten free options but they made up for it in the deliciousness of the meals that were GF. Thanks staff for a lovely meal!

We ate here 2 nights ago. We were a bit skeptical after reading many of the negative reviews but needed somewhere affordable to eat. If u want a 4 or 5 star place to eat then this isn't for you. However our food was great & they have a good range of Gluten Free options. it was super tasty, good value for money. Everywhere was busy that night including San Kai but the food came out quickly, it was warm/hot, it was tasty, it was a good serving of food & the staff were friendly & helpful. All the people in our group were extremely happy - even the gluten free member. We will certainly go back again.

I also recently went to Punjabi Palace for a celebration and this restaurant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food I Definitely recommend their lamb Vindaloo, all their food is of incredible quality and with pristine presentation,
With plenty of options for common dietary needs such as gluten free and lactose free options.
the atmosphere is very comforting too; I say happily, Please make this restaurant your next outing in Brisbane City.
We love coming here - even if we always forget the name and canât pronounce it! The food is great - best wedges weâve ever had and the gluten free Reuben was amazing! Friendly staff and nice space. Only suggestion would be to make it known on the table menu about the gluten free optionsâŠ.they were at the counter but not easy to find.
The lively atmosphere and fantastic service make for a vibrant dining experience, perfect for those seeking a bustling night out.

This was such a lovely restaurant to go to for dinner! Not only was the restaurant extremely welcoming, they had great music and a beautiful and fun belly dancer!! Natalie served me at the restaurant and was exceptionally accommodating to my dietary needs. She made it a mission to deliver incredible service throughout the entirety of dinner, and to be attentive, caring, and kind. She was so careful to point out which dishes were available for me to eat with my Gluten and Dairy intolerances, and even gave me first picks off of the plate of fish to prevent cross contamination as it was a shared dish amongst the tables. That small detail made an impactful and big difference, as it showed she cared and understood how careful you have to be when it comes to anyoneâs intolerances and allergies! She was so lovely and it was such a fun and welcoming atmosphere!!!! Thank you!!!!
