I often come back to this place. The pizza is very good, even in the gluten-free version that they produce directly. Also positively impressed by the fish starter with raw and cooked options. The owner is a lovely person and informed us well about what we were consuming. I was able to eat freshly baked scaccia, nucatoli, pastieri, casatelle, rumh chocolate, mpanatigghi. We got 5 takeaway pizzas ordered by phone. The prices were higher than the menu on their Facebook page, which is updated 2 days ago. They wouldn't tell us the total order over the phone. The quality of the dough is low. Ditto for gluten-free pizza which has worsened compared to the previous year. To compensate for the complaint about the price, at our request, they gave us 2 cans as a gift.

On holiday in Ragusa I went to this shop on the recommendation of a friend. The place is very nice and welcoming. Mrs. Serena is extremely kind. I purchased a focaccia and some brown rice and sorghum bread. I hadn't eaten such good focaccia since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 15 years ago. Even the bread was no exception, I was only sorry not to have purchased other products but I thought I could return, which was not possible. It's a shame that I don't have such a laboratory in my city of residence. Congratulations to Serena!!!

I chose pasta with Ragusa pesto. Good with fennel! My partner said the pistachio schnitzel was really good.

Great ice cream! Delicious gluten-free cones and lactose-free/vegan flavors with rice milk. It's a shame that the vegan flavors come in a cup and can't be had with a cone, but they are very good. Friendly staff. From the outside it doesn't look very attractive, but I recommend it for a takeaway ice cream.

I found myself in Modica to visit the City with my husband and children. I have celiac disease and unfortunately finding a place to eat safely every time is not easy. Opposite this restaurant there is a fast food restaurant always linked to the same family and my children, attracted by the menu, wanted to eat there. My husband and I moved to the front. Precisely at the Dabbanna restaurant... I asked the owner if they made something gluten-free and when she replied that the entire menu could be made without it, I lit up. I ate a freshly made gluten-free tagliatella with a broad bean puree, crispy bacon and stracciatella which to say was DIVINE is reductive. I also had the opportunity to try some gluten-free bread with their delicious oil. The owner of a delightful kindness! I highly recommend celiacs and non-celiacs!!!
