I'll start by saying that I'm a celiac girl First of all I asked the waitress what the gluten-free dishes were so I could look beyond the pizza (which I've already eaten there several times) and the answer was alarming for me: I was told that there is a possibility of contamination EVEN for the pizza when the menu says "suitable for celiacs" and I was never told this since it's not the first time I've been here. Let's move on to the pizza.... Terrible dough. It was hard, not leavened and seemed to have been there unused for a long time. I'm very sorry to write this review because I've often come to you and here in these areas there aren't many gluten-free options, that said I'm sorry but to charge a lot for a pizza like that when in my opinion it's inedible it's better not to do it! I'll reply here to the restaurant's reply: Reviews exist precisely to help you improve! Not everything should be taken as a personal attack, because reacting in this way only damages your image and makes you seem touchy. A twenty-year-old girl tells you this. Having said that, regarding gluten-free: if you have no intention of improving the offer and prefer to eliminate it, making it appear EVEN as a threat, go ahead. After all, you only need to move a few kilometers to find restaurants that offer much more, and I could name many. Your attitude only confirms a narrow and heavy mentality, unfortunately typical of certain small towns. I'm sorry that you expect praise for a mediocre gluten-free pizza just because it is intended for those with an autoimmune disease: it will not happen. Accepting criticism is the first step to truly improving.

I was there last night with 2 friends. 1 gluten-free margherita pizza (which also arrived wrong, not for celiacs, and we waited a long time for the right one) 1 focaccia with scamorza, porchetta and cherry tomatoes 1 focaccia with bresaola, rocket and cherry tomatoes 1 still water and 1 friz 1 coffee €50 An average of €17 for pizza + water It still seems crazy to me, even though the first pizza had an extra €3.50 because it was gluten-free! We won't be back, too bad the place was nice, apart from the poor soundproofing!

June 2025 Nice restaurant, we sat outside, with very good service. We came because of the very good reviews for the gluten-free pizza and were not disappointed. I would even say it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, if not the best. The crust looks substantial, but it's fluffy, soft, and not at all filling, rather airy, perfect for a hot day. I would really like the recipe ❤️ My husband had the vitello tonnato, and that was also delicious 😋 For all those who suffer from celiac disease and are still looking for the perfect pizza, you'll find it here. Only the pizza is gluten-free, not the pasta. Just a little info.

We were very surprised by the quality of service at this place. Very young boys and girls will welcome you with kindness and above all with a smile. This would be enough for a good review! spacious and welcoming place, equipped with air conditioning and a large summer terrace. in addition to the normal pizzas, which are delicious, they also offer gluten-free pizza, but I think you have to book in advance. I ate an appetizer of fassone tataki that was out of this world..... really good.. but I would like to compliment the waitresses who were delicious, kind and fast. a place where I will definitely return, and that I will recommend, both for the excellent food and for the staff. I would like to point out that the order was placed at 8:14 pm, with delivery scheduled for 8:48 pm, arriving home at 10:10 pm :), but in any case, working in the restaurant business, I know that there can be problems with the riders, it's a shame that the products (especially gluten-free) arrived with open bags, avoiding any type of contamination, but above all cold and hard. You can tell that they weren't just made and delivered to the rider straight away, but they will have remained there waiting for the rider, thus losing quality. every order I've placed with them has always arrived without the sauces listed on the menu. It's a shame because we wanted to inform the restaurant but they always had the line busy even after half an hour.

All really very good. They are very equipped with gluten-free, there is a variety of choices, even for gluten-free pasta you can choose from all the sauces on the menu. Compliments to the chef, it's a shame he was in a hurry, or at least that's what we were told. We were initially served by a younger waitress who was apparently kind to us. Subsequently, another waitress, a middle-aged lady with light eyes, came to take the empty appetizer plates and told us: "I'm taking everything away because the cook is in a hurry because he has to leave". (we specify that when we asked if we could sit down for lunch even though it was 2.00pm, nothing was said to us, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed, not even during the booking was this rush mentioned.) After having also eaten the first course, one of us went to the bathroom, while we were rightly waiting for her at the table, the same waitress came to clear the table saying: "no, but you can stay, we're leaving, but you're staying, eh" with a tone of mockery, I would have liked to say that for me she could have left, in fact it would have been better if she hadn't been there :) both for us and for the place which unfortunately loses a lot with this antipathy. Even if the food was good for me kindness is everything, something that is priceless, so I'm sorry but I didn't even advertise it on my glutenfree on the road page. It had never happened to me.

Osteria that we chose thanks to the good impression made by the menu. My wife has an intolerance to fructans and it is always difficult to find a place to eat, but we had a great time at the tavern without rushing. For me menu €28 starters (7 different, very creative and particular) first course and dessert, my husband menu €28 first course, second course and dessert. All enriched by the kindness of the owner. Friendly, helpful and highly trained staff. Just walking into a place and asking for gluten-free without them looking at you bewildered is a joy! In the Vecchia Cascina they go further: a nice and hospitable place, excellent dishes. Everyone at our table was satisfied: omnivores, vegetarians and gluten free. We went to this restaurant for a lunch with friends, the owner was courteous right from the booking phone call. Attentive to the customer, courteous, they pay particular attention to everyone's dietary limits (our celiac friend was enthusiastic about their proposals), traditional but beautiful and good dishes. We had dinner here after a day spent in Dogliani. There is the possibility of having a tasting or à la carte menu. The food was good, and the location suitable for both couples and group dinners (one was present, but not noisy). It's a fairly intimate venue. It's nice that there is a stove to heat the place. parking is located on the street. I appreciated that they offered me the first course in a gluten-free version, and that they brought me crackers. Satisfied and happy celiac.

Today I have lunch in this fairytale restaurant with a splendid view! The lunch was excellent. I have celiac disease and they are very attentive also because only gluten-free flour is used in their cuisine! So celiac friends, don't be afraid if you pass through these parts, it's a must to stop here! I will definitely be back! The owners are very nice people and make you feel like one of the family.
