Vegan Scoops is a game-changer! The owner was incredibly friendly, generously offering samples to me, my husband, and our kids. We chose Chocolate Chip, Choquito, and Cookies—hands-down the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had! Creamy, flavorful, and 100% plant-based, these scoops were a hit with the whole family. The owner’s passion for vegan, gluten-free treats made our visit special. A must-try in Orlando!

Sushi tasted old, especially bad when considering the high cost. They did have gluten free soy sauce, which I appreciated, but I still wouldn’t go back. My husband got food poisoning. The staff were very nice.
A standout spot for delicious and nutritious dishes, where quick service guarantees a satisfying experience every time!

They purposely put a noodle in my Gluten Free steamed edamame after I chose it off of the gluten free menu online. I just got out of the hospital and had a major abdominal surgery. I literally just wanted to eat some safe real food without vomiting it back up or having full body pain and histamine reactions. I have celiac disease and a wheat allergy; I dont know if they thought it would be funny to hide a noodle in the GF edamame, but if I have to go back to the hospital, I promise it will not be funny for them. I have eaten here previously and been fine but the employees on shift today, 5/9/25, around noon did not take the gluten free protocols seriously.

Wonderful yakatori grill and bar to hang out and eat good food. Bartender made me a delicious mocktail, he's more of a mixologist I'd say. The marinade for the yakatori is gluten-free, so I could eat all of the wonderful flamed meats and veggies.

If you're looking for a dining experience that combines flavor, innovation, and compassion, a vegan restaurant is a great choice. Vegan food has evolved beyond basic salads and tofu dishes, offering rich, satisfying meals that even non-vegans can enjoy.
The atmosphere of most vegan restaurants tends to be warm and welcoming, often with a modern or eco-conscious vibe. Many emphasize sustainability, offering eco-friendly packaging, locally-sourced ingredients, and a menu that reflects seasonal changes. Whether it's a cozy café or a sleek, upscale dining space, the ambiance typically complements the wholesome, plant-based menu.
The food itself is often the star of the show. From hearty bowls filled with grains, veggies, and proteins to creative dishes like cauliflower steaks, jackfruit tacos, or plant-based burgers, there’s a vast variety of flavors and textures to experience. Vegan cheese, dairy-free cream sauces, and plant-based meat substitutes have come a long way, making many dishes feel indulgent without compromising on ethics or health.
One standout feature of many vegan restaurants is their ability to cater to multiple dietary restrictions. Whether you're gluten-free, nut-free, or soy-free, the variety of choices makes it easy to find something that works for you.
Service at vegan restaurants is generally friendly and knowledgeable, with staff eager to help newcomers navigate the menu and explain unfamiliar ingredients. Many places also have a focus on providing nourishing, balanced meals rather than just "junk food."
Delicious offerings and a welcoming vibe make this spot a go-to for many, with standout items and great service.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have Celiac disease and often have a hard time finding a place to eat.
This was amazing. I did a pork and rice plate. I will admit after living in Hawaii I miss hulihuli chicken and I could not have the hula chicken as it was not gluten free. My husband got it and said it was yummy.
The chairs and seating could be more comfortable but the food is sooo good-

Have been to this place twice in the past 6 months and their service and food is the same. The food tastes really good, there are a lot of vegetarian options and even a gluten free menu. The drinks are reasonably priced. Yesterday, I was served by the waitress named Maya, even if it was closing time she was patient and friendly, explaining the vegetarian menu very clearly to me, so I don't end up eating any meat. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for tasty Asian street food.

Visited in November 2023 for dinner. Experience was fabulous overall. Drinks were solid, I had a couple sangria, and my wife had a variations a Moscow Mule.
Food, we had an Argentinian Chorizo appetizer (that came out after our dinners), that was very tasty. Wife had a trout dish with asparagus, she said it was VERY good. I had the lasagna, and i exaggerate NOT when I say it was the BEST lasagna I have ever had in my life!! It was rather moderately priced too, added bonus.
Restaurant is in a quiet residential area, lo-key unique surroundings. We actually could walk to restaurant from where we stayed, but it didn’t look like parking would be difficult.
Dessert was a very unique looking and tasting pumpkin crème brule. Wife really liked it, I was a bit ambivalent towards it.
Also, someone on staff has a good music ear because they play some solid music while you dine.
My wife is gluten free, and while they did have a couple of options on the menu, it would have been nice to see more.
Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Experience a vibrant atmosphere with a diverse menu, delicious flavors, and solid value during happy hour.

I had the best experience, so safe for those with allergies! I have gluten and lactose intolerances. They have an extensive allergen chart online, as well the menu is clearly marked GF. Their own website says to please ask to speak to a manager about allergies, which I did. His name is Jerry and he kept an eye on my ticket himself, and knew everything about the menu. I had a mixed green salad with cilantro vinaigrette, salted baked potato (so good!), and a NY strip steak (one of the best I’ve ever had). Being lactose intolerant, the typical steak was not safe for me because of the marinade/shared wood grill, so Jerry had them sear my steak separately, simply seasoned, and finished in the convection oven. I was worried it wouldn’t be great, but I was so wrong! I will definitely be back. Sometimes the servers aren’t super knowledgeable, so always ask for the manager and you’ll be fine.

It's alright, pretty expensive for some average tacos. Not many gluten free or vegan options. "Asian fusion" part was alright I guess. Recommend getting a burrito if you want the price to be worth it. Yuca fries were dense, felt like they were just air fried from the freezer

Our server Elvis was great and knowledgeable about the menu and allergies.
I do think it’s strange that gluten free noodles are offered but none of the broths are gluten free. At least one gluten free broth would suffice.
The only gluten free options are edamame and white rice.
If you have gluten free Japanese vodka, it’s possible to make a broth.
This place is absolutely amazing. The food is so good, so well constructed and presented, and the waiting staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We visited this place for the first time yesterday and were pleasantly surprised to find all their gluten free options very well labeled inside their display case + when we asked we learned that all items not explicitly listing wheat in the description are gluten free - which is nearly everything. I only wish they'd mentioned that more clearly online, because we would have visited sooner. It's a rare gem to find so many options both vegan and gluten free, it was hard to choose!
We ordered the veggie & tofu pho, Banh Canh pho with udon noodles, Bun Bi amazing veggie vermicelli noodles, and Hu Tieu Xao sweet potato noodle stir fry + several items from the display case. Everything was beautifully made, fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. We will definitely visit again!

This place was great! Vibes were there for sure. Had many milk alternatives for no extra cost, which is amazing. I had a con leche, with macadamia, from Milkademia, which is a favorite. The baristas were nice and knowledgeable. My husband had a siphon coffee, which was both interesting and delicious. He even got to choose between a variety of beans. Gluten-free and vegan options for food as well. Tons of local artists' art available for purchase. House made syrups were awesome and had a couple for sale. Craft sodas. Komcucha. Loose leaf teas. Hot cocoa. Food available from local Buttermilk Bakery. No one turned away for lack of funds. Everyone should be able to afford a good cup of coffee, just ask the staff. Please don't abuse this great system!
I recently discovered that I have celiacs disease I spent a while calling different restaurants that claimed to have gluten-free menus that did not. I was pretty frustrated when I called Chipotle asking them what their gluten free menu was the very sweet lady on the phone Crystall informed me that the only thing that had gluten was their all flour tortilla. I was very excited and they were closing soon so I rushed in, the lady on the phone actually took my order. When it came time to pay I made a joke saying that you guys should offer Disney cast members a discount and Crystall said tonight you do get a discount and gave me The meal for free! After the day I had working all day at Disney and then calling different restaurants to try and find food to have something so amazing happened to me thats so small I started to cry! I told her she did not have to do that and she said I do because my father recently develop celiac disease and he can't eat anywhere and it's very hard on him mentally so I understand completely! It was so nice to be made to feel special in this time when Im going through so much! Huge thank you to Crtsrall Oliver for your generosity and kindness!

The food wasn’t bad. I had the duck, but man it was salty. She has the salmon and she said it was very good. Unfortunately they DO NOT have gluten free pasta. They’ll give you some options but then you get tasteless red potatoes. NO gluten free dessert. Their smoked old fashion was very good. It’d be nicer if the waiter would leave the lid on my drink that way, I would have had time to take a cool picture.

This place was amazing!! The beers we had were all so good. Service was quick and friendly. The flight had a lot of different but great flavors. The gluten free PB&J beer was one of the best I’ve ever had!! I bought a 4 pack since it was so good. There are a bunch of food trucks set up so you can easily get lunch next door too. The seating is comfortable and it has a freer vibe. Come check it out!
Me and my mom went here a few weeks ago the food was amazing I only had 2 issues which wasn’t that bad. First one was they didn’t have a lot of gluten free options at the time and second I was not crazy about the peanut sauce wasn’t a fan. We came when they freshly opened the doors wasn’t nobody there so it was nice and quiet. We order 2 types of sushi 1) avocado roll 2) sushi delight roll, also we ordered summer rolls, fries, potstickers, fried tempura and fresh Squeezed Lemonade which was the absolute Best 😍🤤 so refreshing it didn’t taste artificial, it was like it was made from love and fresh ingredients. 🏆👍🏾😍 I loved it here I highly recommend and tender to go back, great atmosphere, customer service and Food. I appreciate the lady that took our Order had great conversation and she recommended some movies to watch about veganism, sweet lady good vibes.
This place is good pizza place. Ordered several times from here and not disappointed so far. I'd offer *14-16 gluten free as well since they already offer *12.

Overall, Lineage has been my favorite coffee shop experience in downtown Orlando. The vibe is very chill, clean, inviting, and lots of people studying/ working. There are outside tables and seating, couches inside, bar seats, and tables. They cater very well to allergies and health - I see a lot of gluten-free options, as well as a chocolate bar made from oat milk and sugar-free! My espresso was $3.75, which is expensive but normal, I guess. It was a LITTLE bitter, but so much better than the other shops. This espresso had a really nice chocolate flavor to it and came with a palate cleanser. Zack helped me out and welcomed me in - very kind and cool guy. Overall, this is probably my favorite place to work and chill and I'll definitely be back soon.

Drinks were amazing and cheap, and service was quick! Our server Meralyz was amazing - she not only noticed our burger wasn’t prepared right, but went ahead and took initiative to fix it, gave us a discount on the burger for the mistake, and even was thorough enough to notice we’d been upcharged for a gluten free bun when we didn’t get one, so she removed it without being asked. I’ve rarely had a server so attentive to detail - thank you, Meralyz! I wish I could have afforded to tip you $50!

This was honestly a very disappointing place to visit. We had high hopes looking at the menu but everything sucked about this place. Starting with the food, nothing had any flavor or seasoning. Everything tasted like absolutely nothing and bland and disgusting. My best friend also has celiacs and when asking about items on the menu the only answer the staff could give us was “I dont know”. We asked three different people the same question, “what makes the fries not gluten free”, a basic and simple question and each person just said yeah i don’t know. No one said oh lemme ask my manager or a cook or anything they just stood there and said i don’t know and ran off. The service was trash. We sat at the bar hoping to get a drink while waiting for our table and the entire staff ignored us for 20 minutes until we asked if we could get service at the bar. The guy behind the bar said omg i didn’t see you guys there I got distracted making a drink. Mind you he was making the drink in front of us literally the entire time. We were right in front of the drink week and no one else was at this bar. There were also probably 12 tables sat in this restaurant for the amount of staff they had on that is literally nothing. Then the host walked us to a dirty table with 3 chairs for a party of 4. Like that’s nothing I just find it weird that they didn’t clean the area and put the chair there before walking us over there. The host was a very personable and friendly girl with cute passion twist. Our server Fernanda was trash. She kept running away from the table, couldn’t answer any dietary questions, and our food came out before the drinks did which we ordered 20 minutes prior to ordering our food. We had to keep flagging her down to get things bc she refused to come check on us. I used to be a server and I know how hard it can be sometimes but she was purposely ignoring us. Checking on all the tables around us but avoiding us when we were waiting 45 min in a glass of wine and couldn’t get our water refilled or more napkins. In addition to all of this, all my friends and I have food poisoning from this food that’s not even worth it. I would rather be shot than ever come here again. I hate literally everything about this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone unless i really hated them. I would recommended they educate their staff and retrain them on customer service, expectations, and standards. I had better service at that mega McDonalds in Orlando than this place which says a lot. I felt like I was getting pranked while sitting in this restaurant honestly. I’m really not one to complain but this place sucked hard.

Recommended by some friends for the gluten-free crust. It was pretty good, a little heavy on the onions, so I will order light onions next time. Definitely good value/size for the price, still working on my leftovers! service was great, very friendly servers! The whole atmosphere was a little loud for my taste, but if you like somewhere hopping, that's the place to be.

I ordered no heat as usually in a Thai restaurant there is still some, but here it means none! My husband ordered medium heat and thinks he will move up to American hot next visit. Oh yes there WILL be a next visit. So good.

Visited for a friend’s birthday. Food was delicious. I was surprised to see a gluten friendly menu choices! Very helpful! The only negative, was that it was VERY loud. I simply couldn’t hear some of my friends at the other end of the table. Otherwise, very good!
The Moderne is a cute new addition with great drinks, very hit or miss food, and poor service. Think, expensive pre-game; it is NOT a place to kick back and relax with drinks and small bites. It was very loud and crowded. Apart from the staff being inattentive, they have a 2-hour table limit which is really annoying considering how slowly and sporadic our items arrived.
Would I recommend to:

Vegetarians - no
Pescatarian - yes
Gluten sensitive - no
Celiac or high gluten sensitivity - no

What an out of this world fun spot! I love the Mars Attacks alien at the front! 😂 The owner is so friendly and explains everything on the menu. I got a soft serve with gluten free Oreos (yes, I said gluten free!), cocoa pebbles and hot fudge. My hubby got The Greys milkshake which was Oreos, Oreo Os cereal, and a whole pop tart all blended into the shake! It’s so hard to find gluten free options when it comes to desserts and especially ice cream. I discovered this gem and HAD to come. It’s been years since I’ve had a blended blizzard-type ice cream with my favorite toppings and I’m so happy Alien Treats has made it possible. Everything was so delicious, the possibilities are endless when it comes to combinations. The atmosphere is fun and light and there are free games to play, movies and tv to watch, and cozy seating areas. 100% will be back, don’t you go anywhere Alien Treats!
Be careful going here especially if you have food allergies and restrictions. I was told they had many gluten free items and the menu did have gluten free items listed. They have a BOGO brisket platter special on Thursdays and I ordered with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli and asked them to hold the garlic bread and informed him it was due to an allergy. They brought out the first platter with the garlic bread place on top of the brisket and broccoli dish. No big deal except the mashed potatoes also were a weird brown color with dried gravy film on top (the gravy normally comes on the side not on top) and a scoop taken out. The meat was dry like jerky in some spots and crusty on top and separated in two separate chunks. I asked if they could make a fresh plate without bread and again stated the allergy. He brought out the second platter without bread and said they would remake the first one. This second platter had fresh mashed potatoes that were actually white not brown like the first plate with a side of gravy and the meat was fresh and moist. Well, they brought out the "remade" first platter only for it to be the exact same platter that had the toast on it before. The same old mashed potatoes with the scoop taken out and the same 2 chunks of old brisket. You could see the spot where the garlic toast used to be on the plate and where it touched the broccoli dish too. I'm a chef myself but it doesn't take a genius to know what food looks like when it has been sitting around for a while and this plate looked like it had been someone else's who sent it back. I think they tried to pull one of those moves where the customer complains and they pretend to make it again and give them the same dish and the customer doesn't notice. I told the waiter that I did not want to get sick and he agreed the food looked off but got annoyed and said "So what do you want me to do here?"
A different experience I had here was when I ordered a side of brisket and they brought out my plate with my sisters garlic toast on top of the meat and had to remake it due to my allergies. They brought out a different plate that was cold and everything was dried out and crusted over. I didn't want to complain again and tried a bite of the meat. It was so salty. Burn your tongue salty. My sister said I was probably being a Karen and tried a piece and spit it out immediately. She asked our waitress if there was something that could be done since the food was cold, old, and salty. The waitress eyes got really wide. She looked at me and said "REALLY?" then she stared at my plate with a crazy expression, pressed her lips together, flared out her nostrils, and started angrily blowing really hard and fast in and out of her nose for about 10 seconds then snapped out of it and said "Okay, no problem!" She took my food back and came out with the check and after another 10 minutes, we realized that I was never going to get my food. The waitress said since there was no pleasing me, I would probably be happier eating at home. She just straight up decided I didn't get to eat because they couldn't get the order right.
The only time I had a somewhat decent experience was the first time I went. But, even then, the waiter was drunk, still messed up the order, and told me and my mother several separate stories about how he frequently drives and speeds while nearly blackout drunk and since his family is rich and influential, he never gets charged when he's arrested. No wonder the place is always empty.
