For the non gluten / non dairy lifestyle CBO is the Best natural food Restaurant In the PNW, the food here is amazing, the desserts are delicious. Cheese cake is life changing for those of us that have had to go without, (I have even shared it with chef's that make standard cheesecakes and THEY think it is fantastic) EVERYTHING is good here and that is hard to find. Easy on the wallet, homemade, natural. This family has created a menu that is a dream ❤️ I get teased for buying so many desserts at one time and it is a title I am proud to hold

Delicious food, great atmosphere and friendly staff! Love that they have food clearly labeled as dairy-free and gluten-free! Would love to be able to have sandwiches on gf bread, but having them made into a salad or on a baked potato are great options! Love their spuds and salads ❤️
Sink into a cozy vibe where amazing pasta and delightful service steal the show, making your dining experience truly memorable.

If you’re looking for an exceptional dining experience in Sandpoint, Arlo’s Restaurante is the place to go. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for an evening of incredible food, top-tier service, and thoughtful culinary craftsmanship.
We started with the Artichoke Heart Francaise, which was a revelation of flavor. The burrata was an extra treat next to the tender artichoke, which was perfectly prepared. Each bite melted in our mouths, leaving us craving more.
For our main course’s, we indulged in a variety of dishes. My in-laws both had the Cioppino, which was a seafood lover’s dream. It was bursting with fresh flavors from the ocean, featuring a very generous mix of mussels, scallops, shrimp, clams and calamari in a fragrant, tomato-based broth. It is a generous serving - hearty yet refined, with just the right balance of spice and acidity.
My husband couldn’t stop raving about The Penne alla Panna with Sausage. The creamy, velvety sauce clung to the perfectly cooked pasta, and the sausage added a savory depth that elevated the dish to pure comfort-food bliss. The dish was a very generous portion. My husband is thrilled he gets to eat his leftovers today!
Being gluten intolerant with an onion allergy is usually a challenge. However, what set the evening apart was the personal touch from the incredibly talented chef, who curated a special gluten-free scallops dish just for me. The seared scallops were absolute perfection - caramelized on the outside, tender and buttery on the inside - paired with a medley of mushrooms that added an earthy, umami richness. It was a dish crafted with thoughtfulness and care, showcasing the chef’s dedication to accommodating all guests without compromising on flavor or presentation.
Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. The chef himself checked in throughout the evening, ensuring every detail was just right and making us feel like honored guests in his kitchen. This level of hospitality made the evening all the more special.
Arlo’s Restaurante isn’t just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience. Every dish tells a story of passion, family tradition, and artistry, making it a must-visit in Sandpoint. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
A lively, modern cafe with a great vibe in Sandpoint, offering excellent espresso and a variety of tasty options, plus indoor and outdoor seating!

Very very slow service. Took over an hour to get the crepe I ordered. It was a good gluten free crepe however it was very sweet. I tried something new and it was fun but too sweet for me. I also ordered a coffee which came after my food.
A standout spot with amazing service and a vibe that keeps you coming back for more—it’s a must-see when you're in the area!

I loved my Chicken Apple Bacon Salad and the Buffalo Wings, but my friend specifically chose this restaurant for lunch because of all the gluten-free options. Unfortunately, although she asked several times and was assured her meal was gluten-free, she got sick soon after leaving the restaurant. :(
A must-visit spot with a vibrant atmosphere and a menu that offers a unique variety of delicious options, drawing guests back for more!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!! Everything about this place is 5 star for me...the atmosphere, the service and the food! I am celiac so eating out is always a gamble...nearly everything on their menu has been made in a gluten free fashion and it is fabulous!!! It was four of us and we went two nights in a row it was so good, we had no interest in looking for anywhere else! I think between us all we ate just about everything and there isn't a thing I wouldn't recommend :-)
Prepare to be amazed by the mouthwatering flavors and hidden gem vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more!

I love the people who work here, I love the food, I love how everyone is willing to help me with my gluten issues. It's a wonderful change to be able to just go somewhere and know I'll get safe, delicious food 💗
Very friendly staff, no knock on them. Food was not great, very greasy and unremarkable. They have gluten free options, but there was bad cross contamination, so eat at your own risk. Did not observe any cleaning solution when wiping down tables. Dirty dishes. The environment was very uncomfortable, strange arrangement of seating and their store.
With a cozy vibe and a diverse menu, this spot has something for everyone, including delicious pies and fresh homemade dishes.

There's nothing on the menu that isn't great. It's a friendly atmosphere where the owner knows the regulars by name. There's a large variety of pies, fresh sandwiches, homemade soups, quiche, and salads. Something for everyone, even vegetarian and gluten free.
Came for lunch. High quality ingredients and great taste in the food. Fresh juices and nice outdoor seating by the water. Gluten free options are great. Will be back!
The gluten-free chocolate cookies are exceptional! Will come back for these! We did not care for the Snickerdoodles - The flavor was very bland and the fat seemed like shortening instead of butter. Looking forward to trying other things soon!
Awesome food! Some of us have gluten, dairy, and MSG sensitivities and we love the fact that we can eat out here. They are our go to quick bite to eat when we're downtown.
This spot offers fantastic burgers with well-seasoned patties and a perfect crunch from fresh toppings, making it worth the trip!

This burger spot is delicious. The patties are seasoned well and had great flavor, add the crispy cold lettuce, onions, pickle and juicy tomato and the condiments you have a fantastic burger. Also they have gluten free buns, I would make the out of state trip for this place again. The employees are awesome and it is very clean. 10 out 10 recommend.

Great place to grab a coffee and snack! Like the atmosphere and they feature local artist works!!! Super friendly and prompt service! Gluten free options! So after shopping downtown or coming from city beach is the perfect place to get refreshed!
The brewery is extremely clean inside, but still comfortable and welcoming. They also have a wonderful patio if you want to enjoy the outside. The beer list is usually 6-8 beers, all brewed in house. I love their pale ale. Most of the beers I’ve had are a touch malt forward, but well balanced overall.
The food is amazing. Very, very fresh and full of flavor. I love the Pakoras as an appetizer and I usually opt for the Korma or Tikka Masala. They are very open to making items vegan or gluten free. It’s been hard on ALL the restaurants in town this summer. This spot has been crushing it, and I love having it close by!
That’s a review.
Upscale yet cozy vibe with a stellar menu, stunning presentation, and top-notch mixology makes for an unforgettable experience.

We had the most delicious dinner at 113 Main in downtown Sandpoint and are still raving about it. We were immediately welcomed upon our arrival. The vibe is very upscale, mountain modern yet cozy, which we loved. From the inviting ambiance to the thoughtful, elevated menu, everything about the experience was pristine.
We started with the Poached Pear Burrata, which set the tone for the evening—perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, with just the right touch of sweetness and creaminess. It was beautifully plated with the crushed pistachios & micro greens and even more delightful to eat.
For mains, our table explored a range of offerings, and every dish was a standout. My husband had the Blackberry King Ora Salmon, which was expertly cooked and accompanied by couscous. My sister-in-law opted for the Shrimp Special and could not stop talking about the sauce—she said it was one of the best she’s ever had.
My brother-in-law had the Duck Ragu, which he said was rich, comforting, and layered with deep flavor.
As someone with gluten and onion allergies, I was thrilled to find an option that didn’t compromise on taste—the chicken satay with chimichurri sauce was absolutely perfect. The chimichurri added a fresh, herbaceous brightness that made every bite satisfying. It was understandably small, as it was off the starters menu, so my only small regret was not ordering more.
It was an exceptional culinary experience for everyone and we will definitely be back very soon. I would be remiss not to mention our incredible server Hayley, who was kind, very knowledgeable and made the night seamless. Oh and the drinks! All I can say is YUM! The mixologists know what they’re doing! I don’t think you can go wrong.
113 Main is a must-visit spot in Sandpoint! We can’t wait to share this find with our family when we are back in April.
With stunningly plated dishes and standout flavors, this spot promises a memorable dining experience that's worth returning for!
