Fantastic Italian themed restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. Great place for a family celebration or just a quiet dinner with your partner. Always wonderful service from the entire staff. Our son is Gluten Free and the chef comes out to talk with my son and ensure us that he is paying attention to his needs.
Get ready for a pizza experience that combines big, delicious slices loaded with toppings and a wallet-friendly price, turning pizza skeptics into regulars!

I have chosen to give Mod pizza 5 stars primarily due to: 1) quality of pizza for price and 2) quality of gluten free accommodations.
For about $10, I got a very big gluten free pizza loaded with tons of expensive toppings and deliciously cooked in a woodfire oven. Other restaurants that offer gluten free pizzas usually give personal sizes with a much smaller diameter, charging 2-3 dollars for each additional topping. Not Mod. Great pizza, great price!
Expect a warm, family-like vibe with authentic flavors, amazing tea cups, and a menu that's impressively varied and caters to everyone.

Great place for weekend Dim Sum!!! Can't wait to try it for dinner, too. The staff are super friendly, both towards grown-ups and children. The bathrooms are clean. The menu has options for everyone, including Gluten-Free :-)
Everything we tried for Dim Sum was out of this world! Especially great soup dumplings, green beans, and BBQ pork buns.
Outdoor seating available. Saw other guests with dogs.
A charming café with bright decor that surprises with delicious crepes and a cozy vibe, making it a must-visit for locals.

Really enjoyed the food here. Have some gluten free crepe options closer to home but stopped here during a soccer tournament. Can't say how careful they are for celiac but they do have gluten-free options that were very good. My son uad a waffle, I had the turkey and egg crepe and then we split a cheesecake crepe. Staff was also really nice and the restaurant is very clean and comfortable, can tell everyone cares about what they do.
Expect a warm atmosphere where staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and cared for.

Chance who works there was so kind to my mom and me. I have gluten allergies and he was very helpful and polite. He was especially kind and solicitous to my mom who has mobility and dementia issues. Love it!

Went in on a week night. Just missed happy hour. I sat at the bar to dine in and the bartenders were delightful. The food was delicious and I appreciate the fact that they have gluten free fish. I didn’t care for the packets of hot sauce in the dish as I had a time opening since I don’t want to bite the package on but I made it work. The drinks were mid and could’ve been a bit stronger.
A vibrant spot perfect for brunch gatherings, offering a diverse menu and tasty cocktails, making it a great choice near Columbia and DC.

I have celiac disease, so I research menus before dining. The menu at The Food Market very clearly states that certain menu items may be made "gluten free." We reserved a table and I attempted to order items that were marked as being able to be made gluten free, informing the server that I had celiac disease. Later he returned saying that they couldn't be made for me because they were just "gluten-friendly." The manager came to talk to me (at my request) and said they distinguish between some foods being "gluten-free" and some being "gluten-friendly." That is not acceptable. No where on the menu is this distinction made, and it shouldn't have to be. If a restaurant is going to make foods for people who can't have gluten, they shouldn't make them "gluten-lite". There's plenty of training available for chefs to learn how to appropriately create and serve safe and interesting dishes for people who can't have gluten or other dietary restrictions; MenuTrinfo/Allertrain is the most well-respected. They should get trained. As it was, I was left with little choice on the menu and the dish I was served was bland and over-cooked. The manager did bring us free wine to make up for the disappointment, so I appreciate their efforts in that regard, but they can and should do better with the menu labeling and recipe creation.
Chic spot with a modern vibe, celebrated for its accommodating nature and solid overall experience, though prices might feel a bit high.

Nice restaurant with a modern feel. Has a good amount of gluten free options. I thought the food was pretty solid, but it could have been better for the price.
Burgers here are a must-try, especially the vegan options, and it’s super convenient for a quick shop-and-bite stop.

Was not notified that the chickn patty was changed and they are now using what seems like a gluten containing gardien patty without updating the website and allergen menu. I ordered it to be gf. I called the location I ordered at and they told me it was the same patty. They are different shapes and thicknesses how could this be the same patty? So did the patty change and the allergen menu is no longer accurate or did someone at that store just grab something off the shelf to that wasn’t the gf patty and decide it was good enough? Will never eat here again. Be wary of a lawsuit from someone who is worse off from gluten than I am if you dont change your allergen menu and website Plnt burger because this could really make someone ill.
Best sushi I have ever had. Open Christmas Day for shortened hours.
Gluten Free Sushi 🍣 with amazing classic options. Even on Christmas they offered to customize the few sushi items that had gluten.
Great for take out or eat in. Right on the Lake. Perfect for to go picnics when there are Lakeside events. I imagine that they have several other people who feel this way so I would be sure to place order at least an hour before pick up time when Lake side evening events occurring.
Enjoy a relaxed evening with fantastic live jazz, attentive service, and a memorable dining experience where every detail is thoughtfully crafted.

We went with our son and his wife. Needed to solve for both vegetarian and gluten free and this was the place. Attentive staff, easy ordering process and good, fresh food. You order a pot of broth and assorted meats and veggies that you cook at the table. Interactive meal with a lot of family sharing and engagement. One fixed price and all you can eat.
I tried this place for the first time, and the both the service and food are excellent. The staff was also helpful in adjusting their cooking to make dishes gluten-free. Definitely a place I'd recommend and return to again.

Chicken and Whiskey has fantastic food, drinks, and service. I love how you can make it a quick stop or hang out for hours. They are super sweet and accommodating to my toddler who also love their food. He especially loves the plantain chips with guacamole. I personally favor the chicken tenders (they are gluten free!) and yucca fries.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go to when I went to HCC, but hadn't been for a few years. I went back a few days ago, and it was as delicious as it ever was. Sandwiches are always generously loaded with awesome ingredients and employees are always friendly. I did see that they also have gluten free bread as an option, but didn't try this time. Currently, they still have plastic dividers up between booths and tables so customers can eat and still feel safe without a mask on. This is always a perfect stop for lunch.
A spot where attentive service shines, making it easy to enjoy a tailored dining experience with special requests.

So nice to see a venue that offers a lovely unhurried atmosphere to enjoy some delicious food.
Half Priced burgers on Mondays!
I have been wanting to visit this restaurant and this was the perfect opportunity to get a bite to eat and at a nice price to boot. The burger was generously portioned, juicy and cooked just the way I like it.
You could order it with or without the fillings it comes with. The pieces of bacon were cooked just right. The burger comes with a house “Comeback” sauce that I requested to be on the side. After biting into my burger, I decided it was flavorful enough to stand on its own, no sauce needed. There was sizable portion of French fries with good amounts of those crunchy crispy bits of potato that taste so delicious. I used the burger sauce as a dip for my fries and that worked perfectly.
Our server was very nice, explained the specials for the day and easily accommodated the requests we had made on our order.
I would definitely like to return to try another one of their daily specials or come for the Friday or Saturday night live entertainment.
The dining area is very warm and inviting with comfortable seating areas to enjoy as a group or as a couple. We walked around and noted a couple of private dining rooms and a larger room that is used for their Sunday buffet or could probably be rented out for a larger party.
If there are out of town guests visiting this would be a place I could recommend to enjoy a nice evening out.
They also provide choices for those who are vegan or need gluten free diets…it could easily be read from their menu.
