Very chill, local vibes spot with a vast menu of options for everyone. Everything that I have ordered is great…loaded fries with bacon, deep fried pickles, crab cakes, baked cod, mozzarella sticks, pulled pork tacos, all good! Probably the best Gluten Free meals that I have eaten on the mid Cape! Plus for all you non drinkers, like me, they have top notch zero proof mock-tails. Really cool atmosphere however their matcha was not good at all. It was a really pale green (iykyk). I got a lavender matcha with oat milk. It tasted like straight milk no matcha or lavender flavor at all. I was so disappointed:( Their gluten free muffins were really good though

Ring Bros is my favorite store, yes they’re a bit pricey, but it’s very easy for me to find what I need (gluten free options in their own sections!). It’s like a little Whole Foods, but you’ll find better options than you will at the store across the street. Plus the Smoothie Bar is AMAZING! You can order your drink, get your shopping done then grab your smoothie and go! You can also order everything online! Groceries, smoothies, pizza, wings, burritos … very convenient and all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I walk down for smoothies while my car is getting inspected too!

Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Beautiful backyard dining area, little One Piece wanted posters on the fencing, wedding lights, whole shebang. Food was incredible, we had the lobster Benny’s which were only $20 each and filling. I have Celiac disease and they had replacements for most things- Anthony was our server and he knew it all! He was also the nicest human alive. Anthony won America’s Got Talent in 2012 by performing active listening and politeness. Golden buzzer n everything!

This place is the real deal! It’s the original location and recipe for fried seafood on the Cape, so this is a must try! Plus, for anyone with a shellfish or gluten allergy, please notify the staff and they will safely navigate the menu with you! I have celiac’s disease and I more than enjoyed the grilled swordfish, sweet potato fries and cole slaw. They have a dedicated fryer for their french fries plus gluten free chicken tenders too. 1st time trying this establishment. Got Door Dash delivery. Our driver had to wait an extra 15 minutes for our order once he arrived at Paradise, but it was worth the wait. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks, Baked Ziti, two Meatballs side orders, and a Gluten Free “The Bahamas” pizza (no cheese.) The Meatballs were excellent and the sauce scrumptious. There was a lot of Baked Ziti, so 1/2 was saved for another day. The Mozzarella sticks were very good (6 came with order, but one was eaten before I could get a picture!) The Gluten Free crust was delicious, but (due to the garlic & oil) could have been cooked a bit more in the center (next time I know to order it “well done.”) Ingredients on pizza were scrumptious but I expected the fresh tomatoes to be sliced, not whole chunks on the pizza. It was a bit much. LOVED the amount of garlic used!! Chef after my own heart! I definitely recommend Paradise Pizza!
