Offering a mouthwatering selection of baked goods and pizza, this spot is a must-try, though takeout only and some order mix-ups are common.

we ordered coffee, bagels and cinnamon buns. The coffee was lukewarm. we asked the worker if it was possible to warm it up a little bit, and he gave us the dirtiest look and attitude ever. He did offer to remake it but made it sound like it was like a huge inconvenience (I refused). The bagels were average at best. the cinnamon buns were very dense. Overall a bad experience.

The empanadas were gluten-free, which is great for my wife and I, and they were delicious. We both had tostones with different toppings on them, and we loved those as well. This was a great find.
This spot offers a diverse range of specialty products and a vibrant selection of ready-made options for those on a gluten-free journey.

Holy crap!! Gluten free heaven. I couldn’t believe it. They have EVERYTHING. Prepared gourmet foods, pastries, breads, focaccia, packaged grocery items. Amazing. Pricey but worth it. Blueberry scone is especially amazing.

I really like Isle of Us. Healthy options for a light meal or coffee and pastry. Try the Mochi cake for a gluten free treat. The tumeric latte is excellent, and a nice alternative to coffee. There's a holistic spa adjoining the restaurant. I have been there many times and plan to go back. There's some okay seating outdoors in front.
Chill vibes and stylish decor make this spot perfect for weeknight dinners, with amazing value on wine and plenty of veggie choices.

Really nice happy hour! 4-7pm, lovely chianti red for $8, and a really nice staff.. I haven't eaten here yet, but they have gluten free options, but not for happy hour.. only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is the loud music and relatively bright lighting for my taste in such a cute space. I'll def be back.

A little bit expensive but a solid and reliable diner option. The staff are friendly and get to know you. They have gluten free options if you ask but I don’t know if they have a gluten free menu. I really enjoy the gluten free pancakes here. The gluten free buns for burgers are decent too.
If you are celiac be sure to be very clear about your needs and cross contamination dangers. I have on occasion been too meek to be thorough in my requests and gotten glutened a little but other reviewers have stated that if you are clear about your dietary restrictions they are very accommodating.
Brunch here features standout dishes with unique flavors, and the inviting atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for family gatherings.

We had a lovely family gathering for brunch! Our server Justin was very helpful in making sure everyone had what they needed, especially one guest with a gluten allergy. Delicious food - look forward to our next visit!

The vibe here is very cozy and friendly. Loved the two gluten free pasta options (regular gluten free and a spiraled butternut squash). The gluten free and vegan items on the menu are clearly labeled and the staff could answer any questions. Pasta experiments seems really fun but I forgot to ask if you could do it gluten free. Would definitely return here if in the area!
Overall good, but I went specifically for a gluten free bagel because the reviews said they had really good ones. Unfortunately they didn’t have any gluten free options so was pretty bummed.

The food at vegan grill was amazing and very filling! I made my own bowl and the portion was huge, which I was not expecting. The menu is extensive and even has some gluten free, nut free and soy free options. The staff was also very nice and answered all my questions about ingredients since I like to stay clear of gluten and soy as well. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a quick, dine-in, plant based experience on the UES!
Favorite vegetable korma (or they call it navratan) and saag paneer! Vegetarian and gluten free! Ask for papadam! Great raita too! Outdoor seating with a heater for covid safe!

Amazing hospitality and a memorable dining experience. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The food was also incredible, specifically their zucchini noodles with Pomodoro sauce. I have celiac disease, and Rocco personally ensured my food was prepared safely. L 'Incontro by Rocco is one of my new favorite restaurants on the UES. I will definitely be returning for my next special occasion!

Awesome spot for late night pizza. They have gluten free pizza and seem to take cross contamination seriously. If you get a gluten free pizza they even give you a little disposable pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination from their pizza cutters. First time I’ve ever seen that and it was such a nice touch. Made me feel so much safer about eating there. Pizza is delicious too.

We had a very good time, we went on Sunday for lunch and the place was quiet. Gluten-free sandwiches are available and they were all delicious. The price also included a packet of gluten-free chips which we appreciated.
Small, cozy (some might say small) dining area. Staff is wonderful, barely realize they are around. Food is outrageously good AND reasonable . Had strachitelli followed by lemon sole with crusted parmesian coating covered w/tomatoes. Wife had gluten free pasta with garlic under grilled chicken. Looked great and must have been, there was nothing left. The desserts are even better. Half block from the 2nd ave Q line 86 st stop, east to get to.
Unique dishes and a solid wine selection make this spot a must-visit, with plans to return for more tempting options.

Had a lovely dinner here… linguini and clams were delicious. I subbed gluten free penne due to allergy and it was al dente, perfect. Friend enjoyed his pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe. Wine selection is good; we had Montepulciano by the glass. Service just attentive enough. Tab was reasonable. It was our first visit and with more tempting entrees to try—like cornish hens—we plan to return.

I love this spot. Been back 5 times. The Beef Bourguinon, Pulpo a la Plancha (octopus), and French chicken curry are excellent! It has great gluten free options as well which are not common for some of the French inspired dishes.
The coffee shop is so cute and the service is very friendly, the coffee is always on point too. The main issue is the prices. I am fine with the markup on the coffee because they're using beans from farms in Puerto Rico and are paying the farmers are fair wage BUT at the same time the cost of the baked goods are outrageous. I ordered a caramel latte and a pre-packaged gluten free pumpkin bread cake which came up to $16! I would not suggest coming here often unless you have a lot of disposable income. It's such a shame how the cycle of poverty works, we need to support our own but when we have limited resources ourselves it becomes difficult. They are worth a visit every now and again if you're local though.

Had a great experience at this location. I had the gluten-free bread avocado toast with smoked salmon and it was delicious. The staff were very nice and friendly. Overall great experience definitely will go back.
The environment here is very good.
I remember eating here almost every week!
They serve food very quickly.
The highlight is that the food is very tasty and fresh!
I could eat a whole slice of pizza by myself..
The crust is very chewy, not as crispy as biscuits.
It still has a little taste...
You can see the chef baking it, it's open inside
This time I had the gluten-free series with two cheese slices on top!
A bit tough (pretending to be a cool little ant)...but I still like it very much
Each dish costs more than a dozen yuan plus a glass of wine... almost 30 yuan
Food is delicious, atmosphere is chill and nice, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about food allergies. They have gluten free pita bread and little gluten free desserts :)
