Yikes. Don’t even know where to start. Long story short - don’t come here. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and after that we walked out. Never typically leave reviews for restaurants but this was an exception because it was so bad. I mean the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We kept getting different excuses from the waiter and the manager. At one point it was that “gluten free pizza takes longer” (which has never been a hold up in the past at Mellow), another time it was “the kitchen made your orders wrong,” and the third time it was “the kitchen lost your ticket and your order hasn’t been made.” After over an hour and a half of waiting and the server asking us our order again and getting the order wrong on the ticket, we decided to leave. Manager and waiter never seemed to care that we had been waiting over an hour and a half, there was no sympathy or apologies, and they were rude. Exceptionally bad customer service. Other tables were waiting for their food and the food pick up section had a large amount of people waiting a long time too. So don’t count on pick up being timely either. Understand delays can happen because of staff shortage and busy hours, but the restaurant was half empty and tons of servers standing around. None of our group will be coming back. Highly recommend you don’t go here or if you really want Mellow Mushroom to visit the Cary or Durham location.

Love Brixx. Since my discovery in 2023, I've been 6 times when I've been around the Raleigh area. I have Celiac, and they have 2 types or GF crust. I have not had a problem. The servers are well educated and helpful in ordering. The price is a lot for the size, and until there is a big shake up in the restaurant industry, as a gluten-free diner, we know we pay extra to stay safe. The wings go well with the pizza, too.

Why can’t you take gluten allergies seriously? One time I get told that if I say no toppings on fries, then it’s gluten free. Another time I get told that none of the sides are gluten free. You will take nut allergies seriously, but not gluten. This is the difference between me being bedridden for anywhere from a week to a month+….

Five stars thanks to Devin at the Brier Creek location! He took the time to read out the ingredients of the gluten-free pizza due to many family allergies ! We could NOT get the Knightdale location to do the same thing-although we called back 3 days in a row! I see many good reviews of the Brier Creek location! tTme for a raise for Devin and the crew there! 👍 Thanks guys

Gluten free meal options are available as well as ciders. I had Mojo Pork Tacos (pictured). The three small tacos came with an orange and green sauce and were good. I’m not sure what they were since they were not named on the menu, but the orange sauce was SPICY! I’ve been a few times and more times than not the beverage I’ve selected on the menu was out of stock when I requested it, but the server was quick to make alternative suggestions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we really enjoyed the outside seating area with so many shopping options nearby.

Came for July 4th. Two of the AC units were broken, which we were notified about. For the most part, food was good, except for the Mac and cheese. It was super watery so the kids in our group didn't want to eat it. A lot of good options for vegetarians and even those who are gluten free. Menu is well labeled.

Cheesecake is my favorite dessert in the world and when I tell you this is hands down the BEST cheesecake I have ever tried, I mean it!! No other cheesecake compares! The original cheesecake was so good, we had to go back and try every other flavor they had- which was equally as delicious!! We also appreciate they had some gluten free options and the owners were so kind and humble. Will definitely be coming here to fill all my cheesecake cravings 😊

The wait staff was wonderful. Our waitress was not trying to rush us out even though we forgot that they were closing early since it was a Sunday. And even when we asked her, she essentially said we could sit as long as we wanted! My favorite thing at this Pub was their selection of ciders. As someone with celiac disease, it's rare that I get many options that are different. Generally just a plain cider and a gluten-free beer, if I'm lucky. I tried their Pineapple Cider as well as their passion fruit cider and they were delicious!

Beautiful selections of cakes and slices of different flavors and balanced in sweetness. The macaroni are gluten free and attract a lot of attention. Good place to visit with family and have a different time. Not only is there a selection of coffees but there are refreshing lemonades and a variety of unsweetened teas.

Great service and great food! I took a first generation Mexican American friend of mine who is very picky about Mexican food and he loved it too. I have been here for lunch a few times but never for dinner. Lunch service is fast with good size portions. Parking is not bad, there is easy handy cap access. The outdoor seating is great. Lots of options if you need to minimize gluten or meat. Drink menu seems like fun even though I have not had the opportunity to enjoy any of their beverages.

FF Chicken is fantastic! Their delicious menu is healthy and flavorful. The fresh, never frozen chicken used is so juicy. You can taste the difference. Don’t let the cartoon chicken fool you, their African-European blend of flavors is sublime! Mrs. H and I got the Party of Two with Hello Yellow (lemon garlic) and What A Jerk flavors. Both are mild heat. The lemon flavor is so savory and the jerk chicken especially had a divine blend of seasoning. I cannot recommend either highly enough. And try the deserts! The fried cheesecake is glorious and the chocolate torte is a heavenly, dark, (gluten free!) elevation to a higher plane of chocolatey existence meant to be experienced slowly. Give this casual, relaxing place a try. You will not be disappointed ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean friendly store. They have lots of vegan and gluten-free products and continue to expand their selection. The employees in the bakery, deli, and meat departments are wonderful and make my experience there worth the visit everytime.
