We ordered for take out some gluten free sushi and a seaweed salad. Eveline was our server. The sushi was fresh and I was thankful that they went the extra mile to make it gluten free for us. Also Eveline provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience this Sunday! Molly was our server and she was such a joy. I’m quite indecisive when it comes to picking something to eat, but she had great patience in describing some popular menu items as well as her favorites. My defined is gluten free and didn’t know that they had an entire gluten free menu, which she brought out. If you come back to the Lexington location definitely ask for Molly!

Our family loves eating at Konnichiwa! The food is amazing and they are able to accommodate a gluten allergy which has been such a blessing! The staff is always so friendly and attentive. Yogi is so kind and always calls us by name. Our children beg to eat at the restaurant and we also often enjoy getting take-out. Both are great! Highly recommend!

First time getting the gluten free dough build my own pizza. My gluten free is an allergy when when the guy was told that he immediately changed his gloves and he as the only one to handle my pizza. When he got done he told the person who puts the pizza in that this was a gluten free was an allergy. My pizza was amazing. I love being able to get gluten free pizza out definitely won’t be my last 😁🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕. Very friendly and nice staff. For me personally the place is very loud with not a lot of people there just the way the place was built. If it was warmer I would definitely sit outside.
The restaurant is always grungy. The Salad bar has old food stuck on the bottom part. I had Gluten free burger the bun was like a rock. I ate the meat and pickles. Wasn't really that good

Lowes always has a great selection of food. We were looking for potato flour, and unfortunately could not find any. Otherwise, it is a great selection of gluten-free foods.

This is not a brazilian steakhouse, which should not deter you. Consult my pictures to see how the food counter is set up.
Good food and good people. I told the owner this is a great place that was needed to add more flavor to the Lexington area.
Food: 5 stars due to all food being fresh and hot. It's different cuisine than what most are used to but there is something on their menu for everyone. The combo of brown rice, pinto beans and kale alone come together with their sauce. I had the juicy chicken and my wife had the juicy pineapple.
Service: 5 Stars due to the owner coming around and checking in on patrons looking for constructive feedback on the music selection, food selection and atmosphere. This is something that's not done in most establishments and can reap great results.
Atmosphere: 5 Stars due to the music, cleanliness, and presentation of the food.
The food is flavorful so it's probably not a place we would bring our kids to. However, my wife and I loved it. Make sure you try the soft gluten-free cheese bread!

The owner was there and greeting people at the door along with his staff when we came. Even on a very busy afternoon he made time to talk to our table and every other table there like we were all guests in his home. The staff was helpful with gluten free foods and polite and prompt.
It’s definitely a family place and even has an arcade for kids to play in.
Danny did a great job with our gluten free needs. 1 child with Celiac Disease but Danny thought that perhaps another child might want to share fries so made sure that those were prepared GF and plated separately. Thank you!

I love this store! They run sales frequently on a variety of items, so if price is your concern, buy when on sale! Every Thursday and Sunday from 1-5 is the produce sale (30%). Huge selection of supplements, hair and skin care, makeup, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, etc. Great coffee bean section. Baking items, gluten-free items, frozen foods. Nice little deli department for a quick bite (quality organic clean ingredients, no more expensive than a Starbucks sandwich wrap and MUCH cleaner ingredients). The store also hosts events such as “Thanksgiving” where you can sample a full meal and get the recipes to make at home using store ingredients. Fun place to browse! Highly recommend.

Stopped in for brunch, was amazed at the menu food and drink options. Four of us all had something different and a couple of shareables. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive too. One party member has celiac disease and requires gluten free options of which there were several and our server understood cross contamination is a major issue for this.

Great store, lots of selection. It's always a little pricey compared to most other grocery stores. However, they usually have a good selection of gluten-free items. This time, I could not find a specific item, but it seems that no one carries potato flour.

have been to Menchies on Sunset boulevard a couple of times with my family in the last couple of months.
Menchies is a frozen yogurt parlor. They also have asiag bowl, pints, and cakes you can purchase. Menchies has a wide variety of flavors of frozen yogurt, and they are not your average flavors like blue sonic, cake batter, pineapple. They also of keto and gluten free flavors as well. They also have little cup that you can try the flavor before you put it in you bowl, which is nice. One of my favorite features is that they have flavors for the months like, cinnamon hot cocoa and eggnog for December. Menchies also offer a huge selection of toppings like candy, chocolate, gummies, and fresh fruit.
When you first walk in you pick up a cup and fill it up for every oz is 63 cents, pints $7,and cakes ranging from $20-$30. In my opinion it can become pricey, so what how much you put in your cup.
Recently Menchies has changed their $6 Monday fill up your cup. It used to be you can fill your cup up as much as you want too, but recently the owner changed this he claims that you're stealing from him when you fill it all the way up he told me when I was there. Now you can only fill up your cup to up to 18.75oz and anything more is regular price with $ 5 off
your purchase. This means that you are only saving $5 and change when you think about it; there fore, you are not really saving much money. when a full bowl of frozen yogurt can be $25 dollars
Menchies has a reward program. With their program you get a smile for every dollar you spend, and when you get to 50 they give you $5 dollars. Also the app you can order off of it as well. Also Menchies gives you $5 on your birthday; which is nice in my opinion.
Menchies has a very clean environment. Their is a ton of seating inside and outside as well. They also have a water bowl for your pets outside. Menchies is open on Sunday- Thursday 12pm-9pm and Friday-Saturday 12pm-10pm.
I would definitely say if you haven't had Menchies before you should go try it, but try to go on a Monday to save some money, or you can go on a regular day if your prefer.
Quirky and cozy vibe with outstanding homemade sauces and a stylish flair that keeps visitors coming back for more.

We’ve tried a few dishes, my wife has celiac disease and requires gluten free options. They tend to miss little things like a gluten free salad can’t have croutons and you can’t just take them off as the salad now contains crumbs of gluten. The pizza is pretty good and they have several options. Not our first choice, but we will give them a couple of tries as we like the staff and they do have a good selection of Italian dishes that we’d like to try.

The most enjoyable lunch with friends I had not seen in over 2 years!!! Turns out my friends drive from NE Columbia (Wildewood S/D) a 30 minute+ drive!!! The food was amazing and the staff is equally amazing!!!
They also had a Gluten Free entree, that was wonderful and I loved it and will have it again❣️ It was cauliflower rice with grilled shrimp, I ate every morsel ❗️❣️💗
I ordered a Coconut decaf latte and it was delightful. There were no gluten free options so I could not order food. Small food selection and no snacks at 11:30am for even a person w/o dietary restrictions.
Well corporate tried to give me 2 expired vouchers for small sandwiches to make up for 2 large sandwiches one gluten free that were made wrong and with nasty expired ingredients. The store would not accept these vouchers and now the person who gave them to me wants the original receipt number again. I'm sorry but I threw it out when I thought this was resolved. Bad enough I paid 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches we could not eat and they would only replace with 2 smalls. I will never go to any of these places and I will never recommend.
A menu packed with amazing options and a welcoming vibe makes it a must-visit spot for those craving a delicious experience.

There food is amazing and really super good, there whole menu is gluten free except for their tortillas but they do have corn tortillas for gluten free peeps out there!! The employees are super friendly and awesomeness. I would ❤ to come back for the yummy food.
First time to this location and I wasn't sure what to get because the menu was different than the one I normally go to. I ordered something different and after they made it I noticed on the sheet up front that it wasn't possibly gluten free. I asked the girl what possibly it was considering it was just fruit and dark chocolate. They went and got the box and sure enough it was the chocolate. I have celiac and can't have Gluten. They were nice enough to let me pick another drink and make it free of charge.
I should have come here first, at least for the gluten free buns i was looking for. Of course i was able to find everything else too, so this is going to be my new spot.

I went to try Pelican Snowball with some friends, and I had a fantastic time. Pelican Snowball has over 100 flavors of shaved ice. They also have a variety of sugar free flavors as well, but you have to ask for them;there are also gluten free flavors as well. You are allowed to get 2 flavors in one snowball, but if you want more flavors it is 50 cents per extra flavor. The sizes are Kiddie($3), Regular($4), Large($5), and Avalanche($6). At Pelican Snowball you can also get topping on your ice; it is 50 cents per topping. My friends had Tiger Blood with Sweet Cherry, Grape with Sweet Cherry, and Pina Colada with Sweet Cherry; all the flavors they got were sugar free, and they were delicious. When eating the snowball you actually taste the flavors; it doesn't taste artificial. Pelican Snowball's only has outdoor seating, and there are no bathrooms. I would highly recommend trying Pelican Snowball.

My husband and I visited from Augusta because he saw the eating challenge on youtube and wanted to give it a try. I immediately loved the atmosphere. The 50s theme is over-the-top as any 50s themed diner should be and we immediately were greeted by multiple employees. Once my husband told them he wanted to do the challenge, they had us move to the bar and started his burger right away. I'm pretty sure every staff member chatted with us at least once and everyone was so sweet and genuine. And they all seemed to have a good working relationship with each other - I know it's normally a toxic term for a workplace, but it really felt like family, and we felt included in that. Needless to say my husband didn't finish his burger and gave up just to order a concrete. I had the chicken basket and it was great! I have a gluten allergy so having the option for grilled tenders made it even better! Thanks to everyone working at Hwy 55 for making our day awesome!

Waffles were burned (you could tell as soon as it was placed in front of us. They were hard!)
Bacon was burned (I'm talking black and like chips).
Hash browns were cold.
Eggs, egg benedict and gluten free pancakes were AMAZING and very well cooked! Just not sure why half our food was perfect and the other half was so over cooked it was like dust when you bit into it.
Also when I asked our waitress if they had kids menus she asked what I said, so I asked again and she just looked at me and walked away. So I guess the answer is no??
