They accidently gave our order to someone else on a togo order. It did take awhile before it was noticed. Paul the manager not only remade our order himself but credited us what we paid. Which was greatly appreciated as after waiting over 30 minutes i was getting little upset as we needed to get on the road. We always eat here in lubbock when we come as their cauliflower crust is awesome. And being gluten free, we have nothing but dominos where we live

I have purchased from the Ruffled Cup on many occasions, both special ordering through their website and picking up ready to go items. The staff are friendly and the cupcakes are excellent! They have a variety of gluten free cupcakes available without special request, which is great for my celiac family members! I was also impressed by the cookie cake I ordered which was leaps and bounds above others I’ve had. Ordering online was very easy and required no staff interaction for special ordering. 100% recommend!

Came today after church. I live out of town and im gluten free so ita hard to find a place that takes that seriously. I came during the busiest time and yet my food was made great and they took the time to switch the cutting board and knifes for me. I love that you can see what they are doing through the glass. Even during the busiest time they took care of my allergies and made me feel safw to eat somewhere. The food was delicious and hot. The person that brought mw my food was very nice. Fresh made hot food and great service is what i got today at Jasons Deli!

Great customer service. Charles was very attentive and accommodating. I have gluten allergies and he was able to help me navigate through the menu. I got Singapore noodles and prawns in lobster sauce. They were both excellent. The noodles definitely won though. The manager came over to make sure everything was good. I think that makes all the difference. It shows that management actually care about customer satisfaction.

Stacked is a solid breakfast place. It’s usually crowded at breakfast time, which is a good indicator that it’s pretty legit. Some things are better than others. The biscuit is special. The biscuit with green chili gravy is worth the trip. The pancakes are always dependable. The gluten free pancake is awesome, especially if you are celiac and need to eat gf. Mimosas are fun. Bacon is always crisp. You won’t be disappointed. Just be sure to get a biscuit. :)

I’m celiac and saw they had gf cake, cupcakes, and macarons. Let me tell you, there are few places that make good gf baked goods, this is one of them! The cake wasn’t dry, the frosting was delicious and not overly sweet, so you could taste the flavor and not just powdered sugar! I appreciate this so much as most places have overly sweet frosting which I usually leave behind. Everything we tried was delicious and reminded me of regular cake. I will definitely be back for BYO GF Cake sampler day!

This place is the best GLUTEN FREE chicken in Lubbock!!! Everytime we go we have phenomenal service and food. Only thing is that they are super busy and it’s very loud in the restaurant. But it’s worth it to go!!!!!

Jacques 🤩 the manager took extra time to check ingredients to make sure they didn’t have gluten or soy. I have food allergies that make eating out a challenge. Jacques even cooked the Brussels sprouts himself to make sure they were right. The best meal I’ve eaten out in forever. The steak was absolutely perfect and they even have gluten free bread. Thanks to Jacques the brussel sprouts were Amazing, as were the potatoes. He took the time to make my meal an experience and a pleasure. I’m so happy. The best part of my experience was Jacques and Caitlyn. Great staff, and they made the experience good and fun!!! The cake and icing tastes amazing, however they aren’t the best option if you have a gluten allergy or dairy allergy. They have one gluten free and a couple dairy free options. I got a cake on the day of my engagement by a friend who knew my now husband was proposing.. I threw up all night long after having a slice of their cake. I didn’t want to believe it was their cake and maybe something else I ate instead, I got a cake, again, during our shower and once again, I spent one of the best days of my life in the bathroom throwing up. They taste amazing, but not the best option. I would love to see them expand their menu more for people with sensitivities.

Top notch food and wine. Fresh calamari appetizer was perfect. I had the Chicken Marsala-it was superb, our guests had the burgers and my wife, who has celiac, was able to order a burger and capresie salad off the menu and their kitchen is well versed in ensuring there's no cross contamination. Great atmosphere, live music, superior service, and the best food in Lubbock. Get over there now!

We had a last minute catering order during a large dust storm. They were wonderful to work with and accommodated our struggles with the ordering system. They even adjusted the dessert on a gluten free order with fruit, even though we did not ask for that. They noticed the special request for bread and gave fruit for dessert so that individual could still have something. They worked in a relatively short period of time to put together boxed meals for over 20 people. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful during the process. We appreciated their patience and attentiveness to our order, even when they were busy with other customers.

A friend and I had lunch at the 82nd st location. Our order was taken within five minutes of arriving. The food was delicious and its delightful to get a great sandwich on gluten free bread! Passing through Lubbock and staying near TTU we decided some Italian would be good at a place near campus. Good gluten free pizza crust but we also ordered Balked Ziti with chicken and a side salad. We didn’t get the chicken or salad. Place was almost empty so no excuse for fouling up this simple order.

I usually don’t leave reviews at restaurants but tonight I was served by Bianca and just had to leave a review. Bianca has the most positive and enjoyable presence. She made our meal absolutely amazing. She talks to you as if she’s known you for years and makes you feel so welcome in Ike’s atmosphere. Along with her social skills she’s incredible at her job! All drinks were refilled promptly, all of our food was perfectly made with no issues, and all restrictions like gluten allergies were met. I would recommend going here and most definitely would recommend sitting at Bianca’s table!
