This is the best airport food I've ever had!! Seriously phenomenal. As someone with food allergies, I almost never find an option while flying. Vessel Kitchen had plenty of options to check the gluten free and dairy free boxes. The restaurant is clean, fast, friendly, and informative. The food is delicious!! I got the shoyu tuna, thai noodle salad, and roasted sweet potatoes. Each item was great and went so well together. The sweet potatoes especially exceeded expectations! Highly recommend if you are a traveler with food allergies.

Great place to stop while in the SLC airport. Items were marked as Gluten Free and Gluten Friendly and also had items where you can sub for Gluten free items. I was not disappointed! The brisket grilled cheese sandwich on Gluten free bread was delicious!

Very nice place for being in a airport. Food was great and almost reasonably priced but airports are airports if ykyk 🤷🏼♂️. Gluten free options. Portion size great we had leftovers for the plane. Service was great from a gentlemen with longer hair. Great place to recharge before our journey.
