For three summers (since my daughter's diagnosis) when we are on holiday I have come to get supplies (in the true sense of the word) from Signorile. A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the professionalism of the owner. We ordered two gluten-free burgers and they were spectacular: very good scottona meat, thick, perfectly cooked, excellent pistachio sauce, rocket, tomato, cheese... a real pleasure and all accompanied by french fries! Maximum attention and seriousness, both for gluten-free and for other needs (counter products also without lactose and maximum attention in the preparation and cleaning of raw vegetables).
