I found this place by chance while I was on holiday, it's a small place, but it's really worth it. The gluten-free pinsa was excellent, the owner was very kind and informed me that lactose-free mozzarella was also available. Excellent value for money and the pinsa was very light! The products used are the result of a careful selection of local suppliers. Food, a spectacle for the palate. Long cooking. balanced flavors and cooked with care. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant. The alternatives have always been up to par. No dull or bland dishes but full of flavour. The service was up to par with great care and kindness. In the end, a chat with Jacopo confirmed the impressions we had had at lunch. Customer care is their philosophy. It starts from the kitchen and reaches the palate with attentive and polite service.
