Came as part of a group of 15. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The service was terrific and surprisingly quick with how many people were in my group and the amount of other customers in the restaurant. They had both a vegan menu and a gluten-free menu, which was fantastic. I love that there were 3 types of cheese, which is beneficial and most dairy-free cheese to choose from. It also noted that the cauliflower crust was not dairy-free, which most restaurants do not note. The vegan veggie pizza with gluten-free crust follow-your-heart mozzarella cheese was nice and hot when I got it. The crust was thin, which made it crisp but not hard like some gluten-free crust. Because the crust was not hard, it meant I was able to eat all of the crust and not waste the edge like most crust I have eaten. This is definitely a new favorite.

My husband and I are club members (for about 6 months) and have dined here once prior today. Both experiences were great, but today was exceptional!! Our waitress, Jaden Rain, was very helpful and just the right amount of attentive. She gave helpful insight to the menu and even offered me gluten free bread before the meal (I had no clue that was even an option). Our meals were delivered quickly, were generous portions, reasonably priced, and were incredibly delicious. I was blown away by the gluten free pre-meal bread. It was warm, soft, sweet, and so tasty. The other two non-GF people eating with me agreed that it was very tasty. The GF menu was extensive, including 5 dessert options. Additionally, we feel like the wine club membership is really worth all the perks that come with it, even coming from people who don't maximize the benefits each month. Will absolutely be back and we are grateful for the amazing service we received from Jaden today! And 10/10 for gluten friendly options! (Photos include my gluten free meal - pre-meal GF bread and GF Thai wraps (after I'd devoured them, haha!))

My kind of place! Fun, open, industrial vibe with a small amount of outdoor seating. The parking was close and easy in the parking garage. And the food…. The FOOD!! What I strive to do every day, prepared and planned by someone else. I felt confident I was eating good and fresh food. Like a vaca to eat here. Plus so many options to choose from. Bowls, wraps, fish, lasagne, gluten free, dairy free options. On and on and on. I also believe they have seasonal choices that means you can to eat something different every time you go back. I can’t wait to go again.

Dined in during our staycation with Collin as our Server. Very timely and helpful. Josh the GM stopped by and checked on us, we really appreciate managers checking in on us. The helping of food we got for the cost was perfect. If you have restrictions as far as Vegetarian or Gluten Free they do have these options, we did not use, but it sounds like they take this seriously when brought to their attention.

Stopped here for my lunch break. Not only is this location super cute but also has fast and friendly service. Drive thru was busy but the inside was cozy, bright and pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Perfect spot to read and enjoy some lunch! Plenty of healthy options to choose from including gluten free. The Mint Chip Energizer tastes EXACTLY like mint chip ice cream, but without the guilt!!! Delicious!! Sesame chicken salad was very fresh and tasty. H2O #5 was wonderfully refreshing during a long work day. This location will definitely be my go to place.

We live in the neighborhood and have eaten here a handful of times, all to the same conclusion. This place is fine but massively overpriced. In spite of being lovingly reviewed, it’s really nothing to write home about. It is not a spot I would take friends visiting from out of town, but I have gone back repeatedly to try their rotating menu and more of their drink list. Nothing - and I mean nothing- has hit it out of the park, which is a bit upsetting at this price point. The service has been fine every time and some of the dishes are good (although most leave us wanting for something) but none are even remotely worth the price. As a chef myself, I can confirm the upcharge is extreme at this restaurant. The restaurant claims to have gluten and dairy free options but also asks that you don’t make substitutions and we have found that many of the items labeled “gluten free” on the website are actually not and can only be made gluten free with the omission of significant portions of the presentation. Basically you get half the overpriced dish to make it gluten free- like ice cream and a cookie without the cookie. Frustrating snd misleading and this situation applies to about half their “gluten free” menu.

Insomnia Cookies has the best gluten-free cookie I’ve ever had! Every bite is soft, chewy, and packed with flavor. It’s hard to believe it’s gluten-free because the texture and taste are just like a traditional cookie, if not better. They offer a great variety of flavors, and every time I indulge, it’s a treat I can count on to satisfy my sweet tooth. Plus, the staff is always friendly, and I love how they deliver fresh, warm cookies late into the night. Whether you’re craving a late-night snack or a midday pick-me-up, Insomnia Cookies is the place to go! Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Kansas City! They have a number of vegetarian and gluten free options, and their food is outstanding. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing (love their rooftop seating), and the staff is the best! They even remade my order for free when I forgot to ask for it without cheese (dairy allergy). 10/10 recommended this place!

I reached out privately to address this issue but never heard back. A bit over a week ago my friend and I ate here. We have eaten at the Plaza locations numerous times but this is closer to us so wanted to check it out. I regret that decision. I have celiac disease and a vegetarian on top of that so eating out can be more difficult. To start, server was nice, but not knowledgeable. I had to ask for the Gluten Free bread and he had no idea what I was talking about. About 10 minutes later he brought it out and it was super dry. I ordered the GF gnocchi without meat and extra peas. My gnocchi was made with chicken. He said, "there was some confusion, they made it with chicken, do you want them to redo it so you don't have to longer or just take it like it is?" I said, I'll just eat around the meat. Which is a complete waste of meat because either way it would have been thrown away. He brings it out, it was super dry. I assume they kept it under a warning lamp while my friends was being prepared. About an hour after I get home, I am so sick and bloated. I am assuming they didn't give me the Gluten free option I asked for. I have never had issues at the Plaza location. I suggest using allergy markers for food like most restaurant do. So $4.99 for a sods and $28.99 for mediocre food is just not acceptable. Be cautious if you have food allergies. So disappointed.
