A unique place in Carcassone to enjoy a wide variety of delicious gluten-free sweet and savory gallettes. Very close to Gambetta Square, the restaurant is small but very cozy and the staff is friendly and understands Spanish, so there are no problems asking for any clarification about ingredients and allergens. The prices are affordable and the gallettes are generous. Given the size of the premises and the influx of people, it is advisable to make a reservation, and also be careful with the service hours. Highly recommended.

Many reviews have already mentioned the gluten-free pizza, and I think if you're here and want to eat gluten-free, you've also seen the photos of the pizza. But I think if you haven't seen the photos you could be disappointed, the pizza actually has more in common with a tarte flambée and tastes very little like a "real" pizza. It was pretty crumbly, which is what we know from gluten-free products. I only had a Margherita with olives, as there was a lot of meat and there was no pizza spinaci. And just having the cheese and olives on it was pretty boring, and halfway through it didn't taste as good anymore because I actually didn't like the cheese that much. Also there is no Coca Cola, only Pepsi :) Owner speaks good English! In the video you can see the normal pizza at the front and the one without gluten at the back.

A cozy pizzeria with a welcoming and responsive baker! Very good gluten-free base. I have silent celiac disease and felt it was ok when he said he couldn't guarantee contamination. Good food with gluten-free options. I am celiac and I was able to eat without problems even with gluten-free bread 🙌🏻 Also, a good detail is that they will not charge for gluten-free bread, just like for bread with gluten. Perhaps I would ask them to review the translations they have in the letter in Spanish. In most of them, either the type of meat is not correct or it is not the piece they indicate. Still everything very rich 😋

I work in a workshop not far away and it's nice to stop there and be able to taste things where there is attention to allergens! 👍🏼 Avocado toasts and others can be served gluten-free, without the Hollandaise sauce which contains cream. It is valuable that in the kitchen, the person knows these issues of allergies and intolerances well. It's plentiful, and it's good. I also like to order matcha lattes with almond milk. The place is nice, with a small terrace too if the weather is nice. Why I don't give 5 stars: -It's not open in the evening. -And it's quite expensive. Thank you 🙂

What a great experience passing through Foix and no restaurant open on Sunday evening apart from pizzeria or kebab shop, this is the 3rd time we have used the services of Et Quelle Pas! Takeaway sales during the day but also in the evening a refrigerated vending machine offers varied and original salads, delicious cooked dishes and exquisite desserts. I am so happy to describe this place to you that I had the pleasure of tasting lentil sausage and my wife a salmon fillet with rice and a gluten-free almond cake. I highly recommend!!

Great for gluten free, overall the food was stellar, but I did have to take lactaid since most of the hummus has dairy in it. The falafel and eggplant were some of the best I've had. We also got the sweet potato fries which were excellent. Also so many NA drinks, I was a little overwhelmed with the options and just got sparkling water but they had a ton of juices, teas, and sparkling options without alcohol..love to see it.

The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.

We have eaten €37 menus. It was stated in the menu what dishes a celiac could eat. It is appreciated that they are sensitive to this problem, something that we have not seen in many other places. Just for that important detail I give it five stars for service. The dishes have been generous, and well presented. The friendly treatment. The price of the menu, without drinks, is written on the menu, so it is clear what you are going to pay.

If we wanted to describe this restaurant in one sentence, we would say it was a performance for a role! The chef single-handedly cooks special dishes for the entire store with meat, seafood and several gluten- and lactose-free options. The prices for the quality offered are very reasonable. We are a gluten and lactose intolerant family and we visit this particular store very often, either to eat in or take away.

I can only order this restaurant again. Everything was perfect from A to Z, both the service and the quality of the dishes as well as the atmosphere. For my part I took the pasta de la quadra, my companion being gluten intolerant we really appreciated the fact that there were gluten-free options, he opted for the tagliatelle al pesto we were with a couple of friends who took the pizza modigliani and the ravioli al tartufo. If this is not possible, it’s understandable, but please don’t label something as 'gluten-free' if it's not truly safe. --- They offer gluten-free patties, but they are cooked in the same place as the other dishes, so cross-contamination is inevitable. It's frustrating, because I had dinner here the other day and I made it clear that I was celiac by showing a gluten-free menu in French.
