We booked for lunch as The Cosy Club offers a good variety of gluten-free food and a couple of tasty vegan dishes. I have Coeliac disease and my friend eats a vegan diet. Very good understanding of cross contamination, and the food and service was excellent.

Always go the cod pot for our fish and chips! My husband has a gluten intolerance however the chef is able to cater for us all! Has a wide range of gluten free opions and does kids boxes that the children love! Will be coming back every week as always!

Prefect! Great food, Great Prices and Great Selection. Plus, they also sell GLUTEN FREE on Friday's and Monday's! (PHONE THEM to tell them you want gluten free). Celiac's will know Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats... are useless when it comes to trying to find Gluten Free takeout, BUT, you can easily Call The Chip Shop to tell them you world like Gluten Free and Your Order Number, and they'll sort it out for you! Whenever we need to add a gluten free part to our order, we place the order through one of the delivery companies, then, as soon as the payment is conformed, we immediately telephone them, letting them know what parts of the order we need as gluten free, plus our order number, and they do it without any problems. The times we've place mixed orders (both normal and gluten free), they wrap the gluten free completely separate to everything else, with Gluten Free clearly written on the gluten free packages - they send fish and chips out in big rectangular food boxes, and add one of the traditional brown paper chip shop bags over the gluten free boxes, with gluten free written on it. I've put a lot about the gluten free because I know it's a nightmare trying to find gluten free takeout, especially chip shop stuff! But, they have a huge selection of both normal and gluten free foods. The portion sizes are good and the food really nice! Definitely recommended and we use them regularly!

Although they say they can’t guarantee 100% free of cross contamination, most Indian curries are naturally gluten free, so as long as you stick to those, you shouldn’t have any problems. They have gluten free options on their menu and if you tell them you’re coeliac, they will let the chef know and make sure to take extra care with prep.

We ate at Bill's today, the menu caters for gluten free and vegetarian. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. We sat outside in the sun and the atmosphere was chilled. It was quite noisy inside I noticed, but that maybe just the volume of people in the place. Food was lovely and so was the drink (peach and mint iced tea). Staff were attentive and answered any questions we had. Paying is simple and you can split the bill by scanning the QR code which I thought was a great idea. Would definately return again 👍

Had such a good time!! Staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming, food was delicious, wide selection and very inclusive with a vegan and gluten free menu. The cocktail menu had lots of options and the drinks were equally as delicious as the food. It's a really nice size venue and the toilets are accessible and well maintained.

My partner is celiac and this is the only Chinese place that has done gluten free food making it able for her to enjoy a Chinese but for some strange reason they have suddenly stopped the gluten free menu which is extremely disappointing as eating Chinese food is no longer an option for a takeaway treat, we had birthday plans tonight with some family and was going to place a large order but suddenly found out they no longer do gluten free food which made things rather difficult. Such a shame as I always spoke highly of this restaurant but unfortunately this is a huge disappointment.

What a great place .First time visit with 9 people. Easy to book on line .confirmed by restaurant plus reminders during the week .Arrived on time seated on time our waiter was Ryan who looked after us throughout. Great service here with particular attention to dietary restrictions- gluten free. Kids menu was good value and we enjoyed the new honey chicken. It was a little fatty in places and the gyoza could have been cooked a little more. Really attentive staff who looked after us throughout and made sure we had a nice table and were happy with everything. Fast turnaround on freshly cooked food and lots of options. Would recommend for families needing gluten and non-gluten containing options.

The service industry is hard, I work in it in a different sector. What really makes the difference is not perfection but how minor issues are resolved. We went to the Cosy Club Brindley Place yesterday for a treat, I have coeliac disease and the cosy club chain always feels safe which is huge for me. There was a small mix up with the order which was noticed almost as soon as the first dish was laid down before we even had to ask and then fixed as fast as they could. We felt that the care Sophia took looking after us was absolutely brilliant. Having coeliac disease it's fairly common to feel like an imposition and we avoid eating out because of that. Yet Sophia couldn't do enough to help us feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks Cosy club we will be back and thank you Sophia - if there were more of you in the world, life would be so much more sunny.

Excellent friendly service, when I advised one of our party was gluten free they knew exactly what do to do and which menus and allergen info we needed, food was very nice, gluten free pizza base was pretty good, not the best we’ve had but far from the worse. It was great to find a nice restaurant like this open before 5 because we had to travel and getting sat at 4pm was fantastic! Convenient parking meant it was a 5 minutes walk from the carpark to the restaurant which was even better because we were starving. It was quite empty when we arrived and they sat us straight away. The atmosphere was so nice, but I've dropped a star because there was a heavy smell in the air that was reminiscent of incense. It might have been the candles burning on every table, but with zero airflow it was massively overpowering. BUT everywhere was so clean and tidy, the decor is wonderful, the toilets were clean and they had a disability toilet downstairs. The plates and chopsticks and little hand towels were so cute. I loved the effort they put into it all. The servers were attentive and so polite. Really high level of hospitality and they checked in on us throughout. Some of the best service I've had in a restaurant before. They cater to gluten free with their own gf menu, which was fantastic! There weren't a great deal to choose from but honestly I think the variety was still really good. I chose the spring rolls which were crunchy and hot, and the special pho which looked amazing when it came out. Unfortunately it was jam packed with coriander which was very over powering, but that's more a personal preference and it was really fresh and crunchy. It was also quite under seasoned. I had to add some salt to the broth to bring out the flavours. There were also a lot of small chicken bones in it. Small enough to swallow but it was still a little off putting. My partner had the slow cooked lemongrass beef that was slathered in ginger. Hes Filipino and even he said it blew his head off. But it was super tender and came with fresh and crunchy salad, so it wasn't a heavy dish. For the price I'd have expected it to be a little better in flavour and a greater portion size. Especially with the starter as 3 tiny spring rolls shouldn't cost £7.50 But it was still an exciting experience after a long and tiring day!

This is our second visit and just as great. We were visiting from Brighton and had originally seen the restaurant recommended on Facebook on a gluten free group. There are so many choices and a great knowledge of gluten free food. All the food was delicious! Service was speedy and very friendly. We would highly recommend!

We visited here Friday 14th around 1pm. The food was amazing, the drinks were great and the service was 5star. We were served by Jack and he was super attentive and friendly, he made us feel extremly welcome and as if we were the only people he was serving. He took my Moms allergies to gluten super seriously and explained everything they would do to cater to her allergies, which is great as she is always dubious eating out due to lack of care, which had made her ill, in the past. The restaurant was very busy, therefore loud, and as a result the atmosphere score is down. The service was really friendly, but when we first arrived (17:00) it didn't seem like there was many staff. This improved by the time we left, and the service did also. Irrespective of that, the food was actually really good. Both of us are gluten-free and both our meals were delicious.

First time trying Tamatanga honestly it did not disappoint the Thali was amazing so delicious the food was hot and very good quality. It was a bit chaotic as it was a Saturday but the service and standard of food was top quality! Very good if you are vegan/ gluten free lots of selection. A really great place and good value for your money would definitely be coming back here. The service and staff were friendly and helpful too.

We love The Ivy! It's become a date night staple. We are a queer interracial BIPOC couple; I'm from The States and my partner is local. We always feel so welcome here and so well cared for. The drinks are always on point - beautiful and delicious. Ask the bartenders for recommendations! We are pescatarian, dairy -free and gluten-free. They work really hard to meet dietary needs with tasty substitutes. We have enjoyed the Afternoon Tea here a few times. Looking forward to sharing this place with out of town friends.

The workers were very polite and professional. We booked in advance and on arrival we were asked if our preference was table or booth, even offering us an extra chair if the booth was too tight. They were attentive throughout, clearing plates and checking if we were okay etc. Overall excellent customer service which created a genuine welcoming atmosphere. They accommodated us with a gluten free pizza inclusive, despite gluten free pizza not being a buffet dish. We were also given the allergen book. Our party included 3 children who all enjoyed the food and buffet experience. The child with allergies had no complaints. I was very appreciative of the kids eat free (when you spend…) deal! The flow of food and range was very good! Delicious pizzas, salad and ice cream. Next time I will also try the pasta!
