This place has amazing pizza. They import their flour from Italy and you can tell the difference. I am gluten sensitive and I can eat their pizza without trouble. We prefer the take and bake. The pizza came out hot and delicious.
Service was awful. It took 2.5hrs to have lunch. The server often disappeared for long periods of time and everything took much longer than it should have. Me and my dining partner were never brought the same course at the same time- drinks, appetizers, and mains were all brought out one by one and with significant time in between. I had to ask 3 times to get gluten free soy sauce and sat with food waiting for at least 15min in an empty restaurant. Desert was brought without utensils and we asked for utensils immediately - the person we asked disappeared completely and 5min later I waved down our server to get spoons. The “chefs” were very unprofessional- standing around joking loudly and whistling for the servers when food was completed. The food tasted
acceptable but not exceptional and it was definitely overpriced. I was careful to let them know about my food sensitivities, ask questions and ordering according to the GF menu items and I still got sick when I came home. My experience was disappointing and I will not be returning.
A busy spot with a lively atmosphere, it's great for trying delicious options, but be ready for some noise and a bit of a wait.

First time coming to Fuller House the wait was about 20 minutes which I expected seeing that it was packed. We got seated and the waitress seemed very rushed (which I’m sure due to the restaurant being super busy) our table was a very wobbly and we asked if they had anything to put down so we can avoid spilling our waters she quickly said no then we re asked again and she said there was something she can put. That whole situation already threw me off. Besides that the food we ordered was really good I had the burger on the gluten free bun and my wife had the Greek chicken and naan 10/10. Will comeback to try out the other options on the menu.

Great addition to downtown Hinsdale! Tried the gluten free pizza last night and it was one of the best-tasting ones I’ve had. While it seems to be hard to get a decent salad from a pizzeria, Brasi’s Italian chopped salad hits the spot.

Fantastic food, amazing service, atmosphere and presentation were great! The seasonal strawberry rhubarb sorbet twisted with vanilla soft serve was out of this world. So accommodating for gluten free too. Definitely will be returning

Such a cool spot!
I had heard about this place from a friend and took the BNSF to Hinsdale to check it out; it surpassed all my expectations.
The place has a warm modern feel with exposed brick and candlelight making the whole place feel cozy and fun in equal measure.
Even though the restaurant was packed I was seated immediately and had a drink in my hand within two minutes of walking in the front door. They somehow even knew my dietary restrictions and pointed out all the gluten free options as soon as I sat down.
I sat at the bar in the cantina and the bartender, Michael, was so welcoming and funny; it felt like I had been going there for years and he knew my exact tastes.
The food was phenomenal (especially the scallops) and chef Rhae Brown came out to talk about the dishes which was a fantastic surprise. The (very young) owner took the time to speak with everyone in the restaurant and made sure we all had exactly what we needed and even gave me a tour when he saw I was eating alone.
This is such a cool hidden gem and feels just like those super Instagrammed spots in the West loop.
I can't wait to come back and see how this place progresses.
