This was quite honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and down-to-earth, the decor of the restaurant was very charming, and all tables were tidy and clean! They had a wide variety of food options, and I appreciated the large gluten-free options (although not gluten-free myself). The food was all made in-house with a very high quality to its taste, and I would definitely come back next time I’m in Niagara Falls!
Charming spot with a cozy vibe and great ambiance, perfect for families or a romantic stroll afterwards!

I’m not someone who normally reviews, but our experience was so wonderful I had to do it! My 3yo daughter and I enjoyed a delicious lunch here and our server, Pascal, went above and beyond to make our experience so special. He was so kind and accommodating and made it his mission to put a smile on my daughter’s face! And a gluten-free menu was so nice too! I cannot express enough what a great experience we had together here and I highly recommend dining here! Especially with kids!!! Food was great and space is very charming too!

What a great find!! Traveling in Halifax as a family with several food intolerances, we could not have been happier with the Gluten-Free, Vegan, and dairy-free options. Cozy spot, great service, and everything was very tasty. We've been in town two nights and had dinner here twice!

The experience starts with a small crowded entrance space where you are supposed to wait until someone comes to seat you. Once finally seated, you'll wait for your simple order (crepes) for 40 minutes. Neither espresso nor hot chocolate are good, crepes are dry and tasteless. We only came here because they offer gluten free crepes and it was a big disappointment and a waste of time.

Classic Quebec snack bar, they have multiple gravies to choose from. My wife has Celiac, and this place has a dedicated fryer and most of their gravies are gluten free. Their gluten free poutine with sauce BBQ is probably my favorite poutine in Gatineau, with chez Bob and Gaga close behind (but they are not gluten free), but my wife prefers hers with sauce brun.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere with unique dishes, attentive service, and a great variety of options to ensure an enjoyable experience.

Our server was excellent, very attentive and kind also funny and engaging. Everyone went above and beyond to get us a perfect seat for our night out. My wife is celiac and it is very hard to find a place that she can safely eat at and has excellent food and Service. This place is hard to beat in Canmore. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially with allergies.
This cozy spot offers a nice menu, delightful desserts, and a chill vibe, making it a great pre-show hangout.

A Celiac Foodie's Dream! The food here is outstanding - chef Joseph goes above and beyond. It is such a treat to have delicious, local, farm-to-table style dishes that are also created with a knowledgeable kitchen and staff. Indoor/Outdoor dining is a definite plus and the ambiance is great. I regularly crave the Poutines and the GF Brownie, although every item here is a hit.
Enjoy a unique spot known for its diverse lunch options and a standout poutine breakfast that leaves a lasting impression.

Had a work night dinner with some out of country guests and oh my goodness did this restaurant went above and beyond. Attentive service, fully could accommodate the menu for each dietary allergy (dairy and gluten), and had an amazing variety of options from land sea and farm. A bit of a spend but it was worth it for a lovely night out, and the ambiance was divine.

My husband got sick from eating mussels here :/ - servers seemed to serve certain customers over others seemingly along racial lines, it was a frustrating experience and the food could have been better overall. There are gluten free options here including the onion soup but be aware the onion soup is a wine reduction and tastes different than your typical onion soup. Also note the regular menu is not available during brunch service.

We recently celebrated a night out as a family and had a great evening. Our server Stephan was excellent, the food was delicious, and as someone with celiac disease I felt very safe in their hands. For the amuse bouches they brought us, they made sure to bring gluten free options for me.

Charming restaurant with a nice patio in Pedestrian Village. The menu doesn't mention gluten-free options but they do offer a gluten-free, buckwheat crepe batter and I didn't experience any issues with cross contamination. Our waiter wasn't knowledgeable about dietary restrictions or how the food was prepared, but was very friendly and attentive. The sauces weren't gluten free and my crepe was a little dry without the sauce, but overall I enjoyed this place.
Modern vibes and spacious seating set the stage for a memorable culinary journey with beautifully plated dishes and an extensive drink menu.

The new location has a great atmosphere. I really enjoy their food and have options as a gluten free vegetarian. I often ask for a decaf espresso martini with no alcohol and most say they can’t do it - the bar tenders at Lee made the best one I’ve had to date! Thanks for a great experience.
Uodate: Received a call from the owner. Discussed the circumstances that led to my review. She advised it was a new menu and staff were not quite familiar with it yet. She has since spoken to her staff and will work on providing better information to future customers with food challenges. Although they lost me as a customer, they have completely reimbursed the amount of the bill. These folks went above and beyond in my opinion.
Terrible experience, poor food , over priced. I explained to the server I had food challenges and asked what would be open for me to eat. She provided only a few choices, one of which had cheese in it, so I was pretty wary. I ended up ordering the capacious. After one bite I did not like it and put the plate to the side. The texture was off, it felt slimy in my mouth. When she picked up the plate I explained I did not like it. Yes a few minutes later someone else came and said they could accommodate anything in the menu? Why was that not explained in the first place? At that point I declined. I did not realize my dinner companion still had a dish to come, not wanting my companion to feel awkward about eating while I had nothing, I requested fries, they were good thus the 1 star. When the bill icame i was shocked to see they not only did not take the carpacio off the bill I also got charged for the dry unappetizing gluten free bread? There was supposed to be garlic bread with the carpacio. In all my years as a server if someone did not like the food after one bite, you innediately removed it from the bill. Not here. Very poor quality, over priced food. An establishment more interested in making the $$ at any expense rather than building return clientele. Not recommended.

They have always been very accommodating for our reservations (placing us in a spot that would best suit dinner with our young daughter) and careful with my wife's allergies (main one is celiac/no gluten). The food has been great and the service is top-notch. We love it there.

Fantastic experience doing the Fall Dining Special. Our server, Robert, went above and beyond to make sure we had a flawless meal. They cater to most dietary restrictions/allergies, some of the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. All courses were delicious and presented beautifully. We only wished the main courses matched the flavour and execution of all the other courses, though they were not far behind. We would come back for another weekday/shoulder season special!

We travelled 2 hours to eat dinner here. Destination choice. Us and our friends (4 top) The dining room was busy, loud and full of laughter. The Kitchen was on a lull when we sat down for our 7 pm table, as we had a front row seat to see what they are up to. What they are "up to" is a LOT. As is the whole restaurant. Great greeting at the door, good well timed and solid service by the whole team, table visit from the Manager to say hello and chat for a minute. Very well made drinks, good wine selection by the glass, big tables, nice big chairs. Details. They have these covered. As the second rush hit, and the Kitchen crew was heading into what I know was the second stretch of service in a 10+ hour day, they did not let up. All of the parts of the dishes we ordered had their full attention. The salad, venison carpaccio and squash fritters were delicious, proportional and looked fantastic. The frites on the burger and flat iron steak (both cooked as ordered, delicious and served hot) were crisp and seasoned. The gnocchi was so good my wife purposefully did not finish so she could take some home to have the next day and my duck leg had crispy skin, soft delicious meat and slightly textured cabbage, with potatoes, proper lardons and a balance of tart mustard. There was dessert too after all of that great food, a smooth and full-of-real-vanilla-bean brulee and a light lemon tart. Espresso martinis after the meal instead of coffee. I am a full blown celiac diner who understands that there will be dishes that I just cannot have and yet I had numerous menu choices as well as un-requested thoughtful additions provided (gluten free crackers for my carpaccio) This is a restaurant business that you can go to knowing that all of the people that are here are working to put out the very best over-all experience they can, and have been doing so for the past several years. In a changing time of eating out and deciding where to go and what to get, my wife put it perfectly - "Go somewhere that can exceed your expectations" The French does just that.

A very nice restaurant in the heart of Winnipeg. The menu online was not the same as the one we were given on arrival. We wish there were more vegetarian options as the mains are all meat and fish. Gelato was a nice surprise!
*Celiacs-The messages about gluten free options were mixed. First server stated the fryer was not gluten free and the second said it was. The server was accommodating to requests to customize menu items. But then brought out a basket of bread. 🤦 Waited a few days to post this review and can say that happily I did not get sick. However I wish the messages were clearer as this kind of thing increases anxiety.

We recently dined at Buell Street Bistro and had a fantastic time. We sat on the patio, which had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. Our server was incredible—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.
The food was absolutely delicious! What really stood out was the fact that they offer separate gluten-free and vegetarian menus. This was a huge plus for me, as I didn’t have to browse through items I couldn't eat. It made choosing a meal so much easier, and everything I tried was flavorful and fresh.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and service, especially if you have dietary restrictions!

My friend and I were celebrating 2 recently passed birthdays. The restaurant is a 10 minute walk. We found a sheltered table and settled in. I am both gluten and dairy sensitive but today, I threw caution to the wind. I'm paying for it now BUT it was worth it. From the salads, a Ceasar and the Apple with blue cheese, the shared prawns and the chocolate cheesecake, it was all, absolutely, amazing. I didn't ask our servers name (I'm sorry) but he/you were also excellent. I can't remember the last time everything ordered was so delicious. Thanks for a memorable afternoon.
Charlotte and Grace.
Was expecting a lot more based on the reviews. Maybe I didn’t order the right dishes…
We started with the grilled octopus, which was pretty decent.
The mains (steak & tartare) were disappointing. The tartare was bland (even though they asked if we wanted it spicy, and we said yes). The steak flavor tasted grassy. The fries were the saving grace.
The orange flan dessert was good, though I’d prefer it more if the texture was silkier.
Overall food is average. The place itself is cute, and service is friendly & helpful with navigating gluten-free options.
P.S. Oysters are not on the menu at the moment 😞

Great service, even at maximum capacity the service was impeccable! The seafood risotto simply puts all other risottos to shame with how good it is! The portions are generous, the flavors perfectly balanced; the parmesan doesn't overpower the taste of the seafood and vice versa. There are plenty of gluten-free options and the ambiance is beautiful. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! Thank you to Renaud for providing us with personalized service.

We loved out brunch there, the staff is fantastic and the atmosphere chic & cosy. The eggs Benedict with salmon were accompanied with delicious stacked potatoes and the generous avocado toast had a gluten-free bread option. It was presented scrambled with shredded cheese and a poached egg, I really enjoyed it as well as the mimosa with what felt like real oranges. The prices were very reasonable for that kind of place, in fact we paid as much in more "laid back" cafes, maybe because it's brunch but the service & food quality would definitely be worth a dinner too.

Came here before a show. My wife is celiac and cannot eat anything with or contaminated with gluten. The menu used to clearly tell us what was GF, no more. Only mentioned vegetarian options. This is unacceptable for a restaurant like this. Our waitress tried to help with the choices but it was very limited. I don’t understand how a restaurant like this still fries other things in the same oil as the fries for example. In 2025, in the middle of downtown Montreal, it’s very sad. It was our 2nd upsetting experience at this place in less than 1 year. We will not return.
The braised beef I had was also below the expectations, used to be much much better. I received my french onion soup with my main plate! Who does that? I could see my soup under the counter for a good 10 min, doesn’t make sense.
My favourite restaurant in Vancouver. Excellent beef tenderloin and frites (which are gluten free, yay!), the ambience is warm and cosy and the service is very attentive and knowledgeable.
I had the table d'hôte and the soup and my main dish was really, but really good. Service was slow and they said it was due to a large group inside. They gave us a bottle of wine to palliate the delay. They had gluten free option and it was well indicated on the menu. Nice place with a nice terrasse in Magog.
