Beautiful decor, staff always welcoming and pleasant, service without waiting, very good and well served dishes. I was even able to drink a gluten-free buckwheat beer and it's the first time that a restaurant has one: I loved it and had a great evening, I'll come back more often!

According to the manager's comments about gluten <zero risk does not exist> we can clearly conclude that the <gluten free> so much promoted in this establishment is outdated. Thank you again for your very unpleasant and insulting rating towards coeliacs.

ATTENTION CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP! It's no longer the menu from before nor the same gluten-free principle etc...
It's important to say this because the opinions and dishes in photos are no longer the same.
That being said, here is my opinion:
We had the breaded veal escalope with mushroom and vegetable sauce and the cordon bleu, well served and very good.
Desserts: gourmet coffee and cheesecake, it was also good but in terms of the dosage of cream there is an imbalance in the tiramisu and the cheesecake where the cream dominates a little too much, say the pastry chef. But the value for money is very good, we had a very nice evening, we also feel that it has only been 6 days since the restaurant was taken over, the staff needs to get their bearings 😉
We will come back.
Thanks to the whole team.
Good luck and success, catering is not an easy job 😉

I enjoyed my lunch here very much. Items are marked gluten free on the menu. I had the Vigneronne Salad which was delicious. It had cheese and sausage on it along with salad vegetables. I've never had a salad exactly like this one and I would love to be able to get it at home. The restaurant is in a great location and had good people-watching views. The service was friendly. I highly recommend.

Found this wonderful restaurant whilst searching a gluten free app. Set in the heart of fabulous Troyes which is abundant with medieval buildings, culture and atmosphere.
Lovely greeting, drinks ordered, then what we’d come for - the gf galettes! Ham, mushroom & cheese for Linda then a salmon one for me & a side of ecrasé pomme de terre.
Food came quickly and we were stuffed when finished!

This place was recommended by our host and it was really tasty. It had 3 gluten free dishes, we tried 2 of them and they did not disappoint. The waitress was mega friendly and the price was reasonable - 2 mains, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine for €80. It might benefit from ditching its football theme, cos the food was enough of a pull.

Went searching for a GF accommodating place while in the area. Found this gem. Other websites showed there were 300 5-star reviews.
Able to make a reservation and check off “sans gluten.” Also was able to talk to the owner regarding what I was allergic to specifically and that items could not “touch” one another.
This meal was out of the park. There is no menu only options of courses and adding on a wine pairing. The food was fresh, unique and so delicious. The wine paired with each course was also amazing.
The owners were accommodating and I felt very safe about the prep of my food.
Our experience was about 2.5 hours and we left feeling full and really happy with the evening.
Things to note: you MUST make a reservation. It is expensive. It is also fine dining and would not recommend it for children.

A pause in time... that's the feeling I had throughout my experience at this extraordinary restaurant.
Yes, I say experience because you have to experience it to truly understand the concept of taking the time to eat in a restaurant.
What can I say about the simply exceptional welcome from Marie-France and Claude? They are genuine people who love to please their customers, who are attentive, and who love their work. The dishes are all homemade without exception, with alternatives for vegetarians or those with dietary restrictions (gluten-free). The tiramisu is a piece of heaven that melts in the mouth.
The setting is magnificent and calm, ideal for getting away from it all.
After an exhausting day, it was a true haven of happiness. I arrived tired but left with stars in my eyes and a full stomach. Meeting Marie-France and Claude was a true pleasure, with an exceptional respect for French values... they are rays of sunshine. I wish them all the best and we will not hesitate to make a detour to Troyes just to visit their establishment.

Excellent little brasserie serving alsatian food plus rosti and tarte flambee. Good beer and wine too. Offer a separate menu listing allergens like gluten in their menu items which was a great help for my spouse. Tight seating. Lovely spot with excellent service ! The team here are truly kind and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. The servers go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. I was advised on wines for each course which were spot on. They also have a selection of local craft beer including some less traditional options like a smoked ale.
Then of course, the food is excellent. Beautifully plated and served in a timely manner. I had a seafood entrée, a perfectly cooked beef main with a variety of roasted veggies and a cheese plate. They were even kind enough to bring me gluten free bread when I mentioned that I avoid gluten.

We were welcomed very warmly in this pretty inn. Once seated at our table, we look up and discover a large room, nicely decorated in a “mountain” atmosphere. A very varied menu that will please everyone (meat, vegetarian, gluten-free menus, etc.) and which also favors the short circuit and organic products. We wait a little before taking our order but whatever, we feel good there. This is where the surprise comes. We had barely ordered our starters when they were already in front of us. Good thing, we were hungry. We tasted our very good starter and were surprised by the quality of the products, very good! Second surprise, barely the last leaf of salad in our mouths, our plates are taken away to make way for what comes next. The latter was not long in coming! Our food arrived just 5 minutes later. Once again, a very hearty dish, very good, very hot and so on. Too bad we hadn't digested our starter, we unfortunately didn't finish these exquisite dishes. We are unloaded and asked if we want dessert. With great pleasure! We are given the dessert menu and decide not to make the same mistake twice, we take the time to think, even too much, to leave a little space in our already very full stomachs. We order and the desserts arrive just as quickly. Third surprise (positive this time), we are asked if we want a little digestive to accompany this final dish. We accept and end the evening in style.
To summarize, a very good location, tasty dishes with excellent value for money, which unfortunately arrive a little quickly and force me to remove a star... If you are passing through this magnificent place, do not hesitate Note to wait a little between the starter and the main course. Your stomach will thank you.
