The place is gluten-free, ideal for celiacs. The arancinis are very good. They also have vegan options. We ordered a vegan pistachio ragu and a vegan ragu, both of which were very good. They're large, and one is enough for lunch. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about them not being filled or crispy; you can see in the photos that they were filled well. We really wanted to try the cazzillos, which are like arancinis but with potatoes instead of rice.
The only things that could be improved are the service and the fact that they have bathrooms. But considering that it's street food and at a good price, I'll still give it 5 stars.

There is the option to customize your toast by choosing from different bases, toppings and sauces. The staff was extremely helpful and ready to suggest the best combinations. Capatoast is also attentive to dietary needs: I noticed vegetarian and gluten-free options on the menu, which makes the place accessible to everyone. In short, Capatoast is a place where creativity meets quality. If you are a toastie lover or simply looking for a quick but satisfying meal, I highly recommend you stop by. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the prices, which in my opinion are high. I forgot....they also accept meal vouchers as a payment method.

After inquiring about gluten-free cuisine (my celiac daughter) they made us sit near the kitchen. Looking at how the orders were carried out, and having noticed the passage of bread with gluten in the kitchen, given that any of the staff came and went from a kitchen where they should be at risk of contamination, I took the liberty of asking the waitress for information and she replied in a pedantic and annoyed way and above all with untruthful answers (the staff in the kitchen absolutely don't use gloves, anyone who touches SG dishes after touching bread and dishes with gluten).
He didn't pay for his rudeness, as he walked away he called me a "pain in the ass".
Having paid the bill, I kindly pointed out what had happened to the owner. Nothing resolved because in the end I also argued with him who also raised his voice.
