My gluten free dreams came true. I haven’t had fare food in at least eight years. To finally have found a gluten free restaurant that serves corn dogs and funnel cakes that taste 10/10 was just the best thing ever. The corn dog was sweet, crunchy, salty, and flavorful. The funnel cake was sweet, soft on the inside and crunchy and chewy on the outside and exactly how I remembered from my childhood fare days. Super quick service, my food was ready in 8 minutes.

I was so excited to discover this cart today, as it's very difficult to find places that are both vegan & GF. Much to my surprise, everything here is gluten free, safe for Celiacs, and most of the items are vegan as well. It took me a few minutes to pick what I wanted to order, as I'm not used to having so many options, but I finally decided on the peachic with the tofu and the black rice pudding. Both were amazing! I was skeptical because I thought this would be asian cuisine (I'm sometimes intimidated by asian ingredients and sauces) but it turned out to be the same food I am used to, just with a subtle twist. I was unsure about the "Yumm sauce" even after the nice employee described it to be so he gave me a sample. It was great! It reminds me of a subtle tangy sauce, like tomatillo without the spice. The other ingredients were exactly what was detailed on the menu, and were very fresh. The flavors came together deliciously! In addition, there are many gluten free options and what the celiac in our party ordered did not cause her to get sick.
