Absolutely amazing experience here. Truly celiac safe. Dedicated gluten free area. Gluten free wraps. I’ve never gotten to have shawarma before in my entire life so this was amazing. Staff were so friendly and quick to ease our cross contamination concerns. Well worth the trip out here.

they did not accommodate to my celiac and wheat allergy. every time i have come before they take ingredients from the back for me because i can’t have my food be contaminated. the guy said “there was nothing in the back”and that “since there is a rush he won’t do it”. it would have taken him 4. seconds extra to take it from the back like every other employee has done for me before so rude and did not consider allergies and for that 1/5.

Food & Service were excellent. Being Celiac it was amazing how they catered to my dietary needs. Had a great burger wrapped in lettuce & the fries are done in a fryer that does not have other foods done in it. The staff were very knowledgeable & made sure my food was gluten free. My friends and I went here because it’s always been just around the corner but never tried it. Today we did and it was so good. Extremely friendly lady greeted us with a really warm welcome and helped us with the menu and even thoughtfully catered to my gluten free needs. The food was amazing (and even the tortilla soup was crazy good) and we will definitely be making more stops here! I only wish we came sooner.
Please do not advertise your food as gluten-free if it is not actually gluten-free. I inquired in person what my options were as someone with celiac disease, and the answer was nothing. The website and menu state there are gluten-free options, but the staff informed me all the utensils, counters, etc, were contaminated, and nothing could be done gluten-free. A very disappointing experience.

Wow wow wow!! What an amazing spot in the heart of byward market. Delicious authentic Mexican food. Some of the best tacos and quesadillas. Their different sauces are to die for. And then to top it off they have amazing delicious freshly made hibiscus tea.
The staff and service are second to none as well. Oh and of course lots of gluten-free options since they have corn tortillas for both the tacos and quesadillas. Highly recommended and will be coming again for sure.

Probably my favourite place to eat at in Ottawa!
I highly recommend the Piri Piri bowl, it’s full of flavour and my whole family loves it too. I’ve been getting it for 3 years now and my favourite thing about Mad Radish are the various healthy options. Not to mention the friendly service, Brian was amazing and helped my family and me with such great customer service!
Don’t forget to get a chocolate chip cookie, those are my favourite cookies ever and are gluten free!
Mad Radish is truly such a gem to have in Ottawa.

The food was very good and the server was incredibly knowledgeable and careful about celiac-safe food handling. I didn’t even have to ask her to use the sandwich items that had not yet been touched. She got all her fillings from the new bins under the counter. The gluten-free pita was really yummy. Overall, a great experience.

Absolutely amazing pizzas and incredible service. The people that work there are amazing! As a former Montrealer, I find this pizza as close as you can get to a Montreal pizza. It is so full of ingredients and tasty. Without a doubt, this place is the best pizza place in Ottawa. I really didn’t want to give them a good review because I didn’t want everyone to find out how amazing this pizza is but I had to tell everyone how amazing they are. The combination with extra pepperoni and mushrooms, well done is our favourite! Also, we bought the gluten free chicken pesto pizza. We do not like gluten free but this one changed our mind. Absolutely amazing!!

I have not tried their other dishes but if I go based off of the burritos I am sure they are just as good. Check the app or online ordering for deals and promotions. Had the gluten free pizza there last Saturday. The pizza was very good. The service was not. The staff acted like we were a bother and were giving us giving attitude. For this reason I would never go back.
Some of the staff are always cheerful and kind while serving. I have seen some customers being rude but the staff are always positive anyway. Clean store and very fast despite long lines. One girl went an extra mile to change her gloves and wash the knife to serve me a gluten free bun even when it was very busy and extra effort. Well trained.

Came here for the first time with 2 poke noobs. I had the spicy chicken bowl gluten free. It was great. Everything was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent. Ritcel was amazing. She walked my buddies through their first experience, answering all their questions and made them delicious bowls. The place was clean and looked good. We all would definitely come back again.
