I have celiac disease and ordered a variety of things from the gf menu woth no issues! The spring rolls were not what I expected, but ended up being better than I expected. They were so good I could eat them every night. The fish batter was excellent and the hot dog was good as well. The building itself looks run down but the kitchen was clean, the prices were excellent and the service was wonderful. Seriously was the best experience I've ever had at any gf fish and chip shop anywhere!!!

I got a $18 burger and I feel like I ate a $36 burger filling and tasty and gluten free. My partner bought a fish burger and finished the whole thing (that's a 1st) and those chips where mean as! 💯

Had the best kumera chips of my life here today. Cooked perfectly. Was also happy to see gluten-free options (photo attached). Next time I’m definitely getting the GF corn pattie. Coeliacs: note that the GF food is cooked in the same oil as gluten products so it won’t be safe for you.

The best fish and chips I've had in a long time! So happy to find somewhere semi close to home that offers some gluten free items (GF fish and chicken nuggets are super tasty and reasonably priced!). My family were happy with their massive meat patties and spring rolls too. I'd like to note it was also the cleanest fish n chip shop I've ever been to and the service was great. Will definitely be returning!!

It was the recommended for us to go for fish and chips.I asked for gluten free batter and was asked if I was ceolic ,excellent . I'm not.Fish : we just got the usual cheaper one ,chips chunky. Not greasy. Recommend this shop.

Staff very friendly. Coping admirably despite coffee/hot chocolate/hot water > tea machine being out of service. Although in a tight place, 2 other customers (Chinese and Pakeha) polite and friendly. The latter wished me well as she & children left with takeaways. Obviously, the staff's demeanor has an effect on customers. Gluten free wrap 6", cheese toasted, turkey with fresh salad, very tasty. Staff did well for heart patient with newly fitted partial denture. (I told them of my limitations). Cookies delicious. Dark chocolate, oat bran, walnuts & dill Herb, are anti cholesterol. I went to belfast tonight. The 4 young blokes were professional and great at their jobs. built the best pizzas I've had in years, made kaiapoi dominos look like Muppets. My wife's gluten-free because she's a celiac. They were very careful to keep her pizza separated as well, and they cut it with a clean cutter. I enjoy pizza !🍕 I'd go as far as to say they made the best pizza I've ever eaten! A fare amount of everything on it. Not like kaiapoi, where it's more base and sauce than toppings. Thanks guys your boss should give you a raise because word of mouth is going to bring people in. Top work

I had the low carb salad bowl with falafel. It is very filling and a great selection of salads to go with my falafel. The atmosphere is welcoming and if I wanted to dine in seating is comfortable. They are very good with my dietary needs and let me check the ingredients of the bqq sauce I wanted to have. The hummus is homemade and excellent. They always put on fresh gloves for me when I order because i tell them I am coeliac when ordering. I can request they turn on the gluten-free fryer for me to cook my falafel. This is great as it makes it safe for me to eat. I've added some photos one is after I've mixed it together which I love to do. I've tried a few of the drinks and they all go well with the food.

This place deserves more than 5 star. Apart from the confusion on how to order this place is seriously THE BEST we ordered 5 different flavoured soft shell tacos, it was hard to pick the best because they are all sooo tasty and FULL flavour, my fav was the mince then pork then chicken. My bottomless pit boyfriend ordered the macho burrito for lunch and I didn't have to cook him dinner, it was massive! This place has a menu and also is set up like a subway, so quick and you get to choose what goes in. Also gluten free friendly

I had the best customer service experience ever here today. I made a mistake and ordered something with bacon despite being Muslim. Totally on me and when I went back to check the menu to see how it happened the staff were AMAZING and understanding! I can’t believe how kind they were. They resolved the issue for me without any extra cost to me and honestly I was just blown away by how amazing they were. 100% I was just dumb and there was no necessity for them to do anything but they did and I will now send every person I meet to eat here 😊 The food is amazing too. They can adjust it for gluten free and halal if you let them know. Definitely go here 👍🏻

This was sheer delight to enter these beautiful premises so clean and shiny…. Oh and the service I couldn’t fault it. And adding to this my order was for a gluten free wrap. The response and knowledge for putting together gluten free protein veges salads sauces condiments etc was no less than perfectly executed This was Monday the 14th in the evening where the two staff members on duty made my experience so easy for me in this allergy situation which I’d so often not the case They were right into knowing what was gluten free every step of the way My mood was definitely lifted that day
