Picked up food for a family member and they refused to bag a fry separately saying "policy" dispite me telling multiple people I was asking for an allergy. Having one girl say "I think you'll be okay" while i'm visblely uncomfortable and offer a second empty bag. One steamy bag of hot gluten burger bun and fries later I'm now no longer comfortable ordering food here out of fear my allergy -that will make sick and break out- not being taken seriously. [Chick fila being the only fast food restaurant that's supposed to have designated fryers for the fries is the only reason I was getting them to begin with.] All seemed like a big red flag and I care too much about getting sick to be back.

I have celiac disease and am currently in the hospital. I sent my dad to get me lunch. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure that my sandwich was safe to eat. The gluten free bread is good but the effort from the employees is everything. If you are gluten free this is definitely the place to go!

I am gluten intolerant so I am always afraid about eating out, however this is an amazing place to go! Everything is prepared separate from the buns (which is the only thing that contains gluten) I ordered the single layer lettuce wrap with Cajun fries! It did not disappoint! Plus the staff was super friendly and worked really well together! We will definitely be back!

I love that Chick-fil-A has gluten free fries and grilled chicken. There GF bun is horrible. The only problem is it always seems chaotic. I am glad they are busy but ...the atmosphere shouldn't feel so chaotic that I eat in my car instead

So I ordered 2 chicken sandwiche meals in the drive thru. The guy told me they were out of white buns but they had whole wheat and gluten free. I was perfectly fine with that so I told him "whole wheat is good." I get to the person who hands out the food after 15-20 minutes in line. The guy handing the food out asks if I ordered sandwiches, which I answered yes. He responded "so sorry" and walked away. After about 5 more minutes he hands me my food and walks away. I look and there are 2 chicken patties for sandwiches, but no bread. Confused, I asked him about it. He went to the kitchen, came back and told me they were out of bread. I asked if I could get a refund and he said he'll ask. He left to the kitchen again and returned to give a partial refund for the cost of the sandwiches, but not the fries and drinks. The only reason this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star is because they provided a partial refund. After waiting for almost 30 minutes to get a partial order, they should have offered a refund or at least apologize for not having my full order and offered something else. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this Chick-fil-A location but it is definitely the worst.

Every time we order something for my gluten free brother they get it wrong like he ordered grilled nuggets and he got just regular gluten nuggets plus their all teens that just talk when we try making an order not to be mean but the teens don’t know how to take orders # not recommended

Careful if you have a real severe gluten or wheat allergy. Ordered a gluten free watched the guy put gloves on count the white bread then grab the bag of gluten free and open it.

The food was really good; the frozen custard ice cream was amazing. Having both vegetarian and gluten free options is really helpful. The decor is simple but pleasant, and it is a nice change from the gaudy touristy look. Despite the ToGo in its name, you certainly can eat in, as we did. We would certainly recommend it.

they have dedicated fryers, grilled chicken nuggets, and you can get a gluten free bun and a grilled chicken patty for a gluten free chicken sandwich. the bun comes in an enclosed package as well so no cross contamination!

We stayed overnight in Guymon, and I was discouraged by the lack of advertised gluten-free options for dinner. I was prepared to watch my family eat and snack safely after. However, the nice staff informed me they had 3 different option of gluten-free pizza crusts. They even took the extra steps necessary to ensure no cross-contamination with success of no anaphylaxis. My youngest even ate the crust of her personal size pizza and said, "The outside had crunch while the inside was soft and delicious."

American-style sandwich restaurant with the possibility of ordering gluten-free bread. The guy who served me took the trouble to thoroughly clean everything he was going to use to minimize the risks of cross contamination. As for the sandwiches, I didn't choose one of them correctly because, although it was good, it was still a cold cuts sandwich, but the chicken sandwich was very good.

This place was a blessing to me. we are waiting for our now place to be ready & staying at a hotel. I have food allergies & have to cook at home. I went 2 days without food, In search of gluten free, soy free food. . My son went to Chipotle for me & told one of the server, my dietary needs. He said she changed the spoons & everything as to not cross contaminate my food. I wish he would've gotten her name, so I can thank her. You have no idea.. what it meant to actually find something that, I can eat & it was DELICIOUS, I will definitely be back.
