We've just spent 6 carefree and relaxing days. It was so good not having to worry about gluten-free food and contamination! Special requests (vegetarian) were also accommodated. The evening menu was always a feast for the eyes! There's truly a lot of love in it! The packed lunches were delicious and perfect for hiking! Very nice rooms and super comfortable beds. There's only one "complaint" ;): since the (super-awesome) guided e-mountain bike tour, our son has been talking about full suspension bikes only and now absolutely wants one of those ;), or rather, only vacations in the mountains with a mountain bike! But now we know where we can have such a vacation! Thank you for the wonderful time! A hotel with charm and warmth!

Newly renovated hotel, in a spectacular position on Lake Molveno. It stands out for the excellent welcome that the staff offers guests. In the dining room the service is precise and you feel truly pampered. Thanks again to Nicoletta, Walter and chef Ceci and his collaborators, who made us celiacs enjoy delicious breakfasts and dinners: there was never a shortage, among others, of homemade gluten-free bread and desserts. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel located on the mountain, with a fantastic view of the city of Merano. We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. After requesting an upgrade from a garden room to a suite, we were granted this for an additional charge. Both rooms were great; attached are photos of the standard room for the first night and the suite for the following nights. The staff is very friendly. The entire hotel has a very modern and stylish feel. The food is excellent, offering excellent value for money. Gluten-intolerant guests will also find something to suit their needs. A full menu of gluten-free delicacies and gluten-free beer is available. The heated and well-tempered infinity pool offers breathtaking views of the Merano Valley. The two saunas have varying temperatures from 65-95°C. Small refreshments, apples, and teas are available in the wellness area. You can also enjoy the 1-meter-deep unheated rooftop pool on warm summer days. Dogs are allowed and welcome throughout the hotel (except in the wellness area and the rooftop wellness area), as well as in the restaurant. Upon check-in, you'll also receive the South Tyrol Guest Card, which allows you to take the bus to Merano at any time. For those feeling energetic, this journey can also be completed with a 50-minute walk to Merano. Plenty of free parking is available. A charging station for vehicles is also available. The adjacent campsite also makes a great and clean impression. We'll be back, Family K.

Had a great stay here. Lovely staff and great view from the room balcony. The location is also close to the lake and the village centre. There is a jacuzzi which you can use every day on reservation (for free!). The breakfast is great (gluten free possible) and the rooms are also nice.

Delicious food. Ordered the risotto, wienerschnitzel and fish, everything was amazing. The portions are quite big but a dessert was still in, which was perfect as well > panna cotta (vegan) and a chocolate ball. They tried their best to accommodate my needs and made sure there was no lactose and gluten in my meals. The restaurant is very modern but still super comfortable and cozy. Want to come back soon and try out the other meals on the menu. Very pleasant waiter as well, he was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming here 👌🏽

We stayed at the Astoriaresort and unfortunately booked the smart room. Unfortunately, this room is very lifelessly furnished. There is hardly any light, especially in the bathroom. The fixed ones go to the underground car park entrance. Unfortunately I can't recommend the Smart Room for the price. Everything else was top Super nice park with a nice wellness area The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choice, there was something for everyone and many gluten-free products. Would love to come back. But definitely with a different room.

I stayed at the hotel for three days and requested gluten-free meals, which were consistently available each evening and very delicious. For breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to receive gluten-free rolls along with a variety of other safe options right at my table. The staff was attentive, confirming my gluten-free choices with each meal, which made me feel secure and well-cared-for throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their awareness and commitment to my dietary needs

In this hotel with enchanting landscapes I spent the most beautiful 4 days of my life, excellent location, close to the center of Riva and the most beautiful routes. rooms well-kept, clean, cool in summer, well organized and not at all noisy. The breakfast was impressive, nothing was missing, and the staff was always very friendly! No difficulty even for me who am celiac. I highly recommend it, we will DEFINITELY be back!

We only dined at Gasthof Falger and are very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. The pork knuckle was deliciously juicy and the tagliata was cooked very well medium rare. At Gasthof Falger you have a wide choice of gluten-free options and the service has extensive knowledge of allergens.

The stay at the Posta Pederoa hotel was fantastic! When we arrived we immediately felt a genuine and friendly courtesy and hospitality. The staff is the kindest we have met in recent years and we were pampered in every way. As a celiac and lactose intolerant person, I found excellent cuisine, extremely professional and dedicated to this problem. They even went out of their way to cook for me on separate grills etc.! Friendly reception, large rooms. Dogs welcome. Gluten-free breakfast is also available. Underground parking is available right next door. Located in the historic center, everything within walking distance. The hotel will close on January 10, 2022, and will undergo a complete renovation.

That was definitely the best service we have ever received for a high price! From the beautiful, alpine-furnished rooms to the excellent service at the meal, the variety of dishes, even for me as a gluten allergy sufferer, I was absolutely surprised. Wishes were always fulfilled, the spa offers everything you could wish for and the Alpenpalace even offers an all-round shuttle service. We will be back :-)

Otternberg family (July 21st - August 9th, 2024) Location - TOP Ambiance - TOP Service - rarely found such courteous staff Cleanliness - some 4/5 star hotels can do better than that Price/performance - absolutely fits Staff - in general, the Seeperle and the Rainer family can be very satisfied with their staff, who really leave nothing to be desired and respond to everyone A 3 star hotel that, overall, clearly deserves four stars. It's also great that Seeperle caters to intolerances (gluten) in such a way that you can enjoy a carefree holiday even with celiac disease. You can also tell that the hotel management by the Rainer family (senior & junior) is really very good and lived.

Hotel with an enviable location and cuisine! Very convenient for skiers, located in front of the Ciampinoi and a few steps from the Costabella chairlift. After a week spent in this wonderful hotel I asked myself why there are only 3 stars. And I didn't find an answer. The level here is very high. Impeccable room cleaning, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast/snack/dinner really varied, abundant and with refined and high-level dishes. They are very careful about gluten-free. Beautiful wellness area: indoor/outdoor pool and saunas, Turkish bath, relaxation areas, gym and massage center. Everything is in its place. This hotel really deserves it.

Unfortunately, this pizza cost €18.50. It's absolutely discriminatory to pay €6.50 more than a non-lactose and gluten-free customer. I will avoid such outrageous restaurants! Above all, there was no mention of the additional costs. I urge everyone to avoid this restaurant!

I can recommend it. Friendly service, good food. Gluten-free options were always available; there was always a good alternative! During the main sauna infusions, it was sometimes a bit crowded, but not a big problem. Very pleasant pool temperatures, both inside and out. The rooftop pool, at 36 degrees Celsius, with its magnificent view, was fantastic!

We spent New Year's Eve at the Tanzer. The hosts, Melanie and Michael, are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was first-class, simply fantastic! Even my gluten intolerance was always taken care of, and I even had my own menu. It was truly an experience! The Tanzer also offers a great wine list, and you can even get excellent recommendations from the host upon request. There's a ski bus right in front of the hotel for the Kronplatz ski area. The nearest larger town is also a 20-minute bus ride away (the bus stop is 5 minutes away). The only thing we missed a little was room service. The bedspread was always made. We don't need fresh sheets every day, but we really appreciate it when they're hung up nicely. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and comfortable; basically, nothing is missing.

I would like to thank all the hotel staff...from the chef (celiac family) to the room service (Domenico) to the bar and reception staff, the cleaning staff, the shuttle service and last but not least the owner...you managed to make me appreciate the mountains...I who if it's not 40 degrees I feel bad...I felt pampered and with me my children...only positive notes in this particular moment they adapted to our needs...with so much affection we thank 😘😉🥰

We stayed here during our Alpes crossing. The best was the five course dinner for only 25EUR, we can absolutely recommend that. This was really high cuisine and glutenfree vegetarian option available. The room was very large, however a bit outdated and dark (did not correspond the images). I personally also found it a bit overpriced at 75EUR per person per night in a 3 person room. The wellness and spa area also is outdated, but does its job.

Very beautiful structure in a strategic position in the town. The room, part of the completely renovated third floor, was amazing, finished in every detail. The gluten-free service could be improved, attentive at dinner but reduced to a minimum at breakfast, and in general the buffet service at dinner, which is limited in quantity compared to the clientele that hosts the hotel. Very good cuisine. The owners are kind and helpful, the dining room staff very attentive, polite and efficient. Cleaning in the room, apart from making the beds, must be requested by placing a tag on the door.
