The staff are super friendly and the food is delicious! I went with a group to carry things back for the family, and I'm convinced the only thing we didn't take was the bakery with us :) Things we got: date, key lime & strawberry squares, cinnamon buns, lemon blueberry danishes, chubby bunnies, bourbon tarts, a chicken pot pie, and a cherry pie. For a family that has egg allergies, gluten & dairy intolerance, everyone enjoyed the food. The only constructive criticism I'd give is maybe that the sucrose could be a bit less? However, overall, we enjoyed ghe food and will absolutely be back :)

This shop carries a small but beautiful selection of desserts, all vegan and gluten-free. I had the chocolate and pear tart, at the recommendation of staff. It was tasty enough, though not the best of the GF desserts I've found in the city. Wouldn't recommend it for non-vegan/GF folks.

Adorable cafe with a small selection of food and a great selection of treats! My friend was craving pasta at a good price, so this is where we went. I tried one of their paninis and it was so delicious! I love that they also have gluten-free options for another friend I was traveling with. The staff was all so kind as well! This was the second time I've had their pizza! The cashew cheese is sooo good! All crusts are wheat free, and they have separate oven and fryer for celiac. The cashew blue cheese dip was the perfect pairing. One thing I wanted to add is the last time I had the BEST vegan ice cream flavor I've ever had. Lavender and butterfly pea! Please do that again!

I haven’t had an ice cream sandwich since going gluten free about a decade ago so when I heard this place had GF ice cream sandwiches on TikTok I bookmarked it. Thankfully we had a chance to order delivery from here on our recent trip to Victoria and it did not disappoint. The flavors were not typical but they were quite enjoyable. The texture of the cookie was also superb. No telltale cardboardy-ness that GF cookies can sometimes get. Definitely worth a visit - especially if someone in your party is gluten-free.

Had a great time catching up with my bestfriend here. She is Celiac and wanted to try this place out for quite a while. We both ordered the Chicken Fajita Poutine. It was really tasty and really healthy. I got a special drink called "Rachael's Tears" which was a mix of earl grey tea and chai, with their sheep's milk. It was absolutely delicious. My bestfriend got the matcha organic tea and she loved it. Care and thought is put into everything here. They offer so many health friendly products and foods. They also had a fridge with fresh local produce. Lots of parking in the front. It is not wheelchair accessible, and does not have a washroom on the premises.

The ice cream here is delicious as always, but tonight was an extra great experience. I asked for a scoop in a gluten free cone, and the server asked me if I have an allergy. I said yes, and she asked if I’m Celiac, and I said yes, and she offered to go to the back and wash her hands and get a clean scoop and ice cream. It was such a relief that I didn’t need to ask or explain. And she was SO KIND! Thanks as always for keeping those with allergies/restrictions safe 💛

Their food is always delicious, but what sets them apart is the incredible care and thoughtfulness they show toward their customers. Recently, I asked if they could make their gluten-free nuts and bolts mix—a seasonal favorite of mine—and they joyfully agreed, even though they no longer focus exclusively on gluten-free offerings. When I picked it up, they mentioned they had trouble sourcing some ingredients and had to improvise, but they still put so much love into making it. They even gifted it to me, which was such an unexpected and heartwarming gesture. This kindness turned my entire day around. It reminded me how special this café is, not just for their food (which is amazing—I even got to enjoy one of their gluten-free pretzels, my favorite!), but for the heart they pour into everything they do. If you’re looking for a place with tasty plant-based treats and a team of people who genuinely care, The Path is the place to be. So happy to find gluten free options. Raspberry cheesecake was good. Nanaimo bar was flavourless. When I was young they had a barely-sweet, chocolate graham cracker base, custard buttercream layer (sweet) and real semi sweet chocolate on top. Now, everywhere not just here, they have no contrast, every layer is sweer, no custard taste and the base is greasy like a keto fat-bomb. Curious if this was a change to the original recipe or new style of Nanaimo bar?

Probably my favourite ice cream place in Vancouver. Try to get there a couple times per summer. They have seasonal flavours that are always interesting. Had the easter egg on this last time and loved it. They list gluten and vegan friendly options and are very accommodating.

Great local ice cream franchise with some fantastic flavours (and even better gluten-free options). The Vanilla ice cream is probably the best in the business. From a celiac/gluten-free perspective staff are pretty knowledgeable and watch their scoops between usages. This is a must stop when we come and visit Calgary.

Hands down the best Lebanese food we’ve ever eaten! We ordered arayes, batata harra, baba ganoush, zesty eggplant, and halloumi and we devoured it all. This ice cream is so good that I wanted to go back for a second cone! I did their “pro tip” and got hard chocolate ice cream on the bottom & strawberry soft serve on top. My friend did mint on the bottom and cheesecake strawberry on the top. Both waffle cones are good. The gluten free waffle cone is not celiac friendly (made in the same waffle iron), but the ice cream is safe. There are marshmallows at the bottom of the cones, and the one in the vegan cone is vegan! This was such a lovely summer treat in a nice environment. I can’t recommend it enough.

I was introduced to chaeban by coworkers, so I decided to take my 12 year old out there. I found that they are a family-friendly location, great for people of all ages. They have tons of different ice cream flavors and a very welcoming staff. My kiddo and I have celiac issues, and we were able to confirm that they make gluten friendly waffle cones as well! - they have a separate press and do their due diligence with minimizing cross contamination. They do have wheat flour and flour products in store, so use your discretion as one would with any restaurant. Once my daughter and I decided what we wanted, they took our our order and then brought it out to our table. There are games(cards, Jenga, sorry, etc) around the shoppe in easy to access areas without being in the way. We had a great time, would highly recommend.

If you're celiac, gluten intolerance go celiac or dermatitis have performance, they do have gluten-free french fries totally gluten-free It's the only thing in their fryers, and also a couple of other items. And of course you've got to try their orange ade!

My child has a dairy and gluten allergy but loves ice cream! We came across this place on google and thought we would give it a try. When we walked in my son asked me which one he could have because usually he only gets a choice of 1 or 2 at most he was so confused when I told him he could have pretty much anything. They offer gluten free cones as well which was just the cherry on top. He’s always wanted to order ice cream in a cone but has never been able to. All in all great experience the staff was really nice and there was enough seating etc. Thank you for offering allergy friendly options. You are creating core memories for some families which is invaluable.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The pistachio is to die for. Same with the Sicilia flavour (mascarpone and pistachio). The vegan chocolate is amazing. They’re so friendly and let you sample 2 flavours. They have so much other stuff too - cakes, cannolies, pies, gluten free cookies.

I love this place! The gluten free vegan poutine is INCREDIBLE! I have no idea how they make their cheese curds so realistic, the first time I tried it I thought they made a mistake but nope it's just amazing. I just wish I could get it back home in penticton. The staff and owner are super nice and friendly. Only "downside" is the place is small inside so don't plan to eat in when it's busy, but that really doesn't matter.
