⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Path Plant Based Metaphysical Café is truly a treasure in every sense of the word. Their food is always delicious, but what sets them apart is the incredible care and thoughtfulness they show toward their customers. Recently, I asked if they could make their gluten-free nuts and bolts mix—a seasonal favorite of mine—and they joyfully agreed, even though they no longer focus exclusively on gluten-free offerings. When I picked it up, they mentioned they had trouble sourcing some ingredients and had to improvise, but they still put so much love into making it. They even gifted it to me, which was such an unexpected and heartwarming gesture. This kindness turned my entire day around. It reminded me how special this café is, not just for their food (which is amazing—I even got to enjoy one of their gluten-free pretzels, my favorite!), but for the heart they pour into everything they do. If you’re looking for a place with tasty plant-based treats and a team of people who genuinely care, The Path is the place to be. Love this place. We live across the road and will surely spend way more money here then we should. I have a few dietary restrictions, but their gluten friendly burgers are great and I can always find something to eat.

Hands down without a doubt everyone should visit Lovely. Not only are the flavors for every taste, age, everything is Gluten Free and nut free, everything!!!! 100/10 Dessert before dinner, desert anytime, Lovely Ice Cream you are da bestest!

Drove all the way from Calgary. Got amazing service. Love the amount of dairy free choices and to my surprise gluten friendly cones. Great taste and amazing cones! Will definitely be going back

Tasty ice cream but highly sensitive celiacs be cautious. Non-celiac had the peanut butter Oreo and it was 11/10 delicious. However, visited with my celiac sister, as they advertised Gluten-Free cones on their menu. While a good option for gluten free dietary preference, the facility is not true Gluten Free due to same scoop contacting regular products going into the ice cream buckets and cleaning in contaminated water.

Came in for a coffee and to warm up and was pleasantly surprised to find there was a yummy apple muffin I could have. I'm gluten and dairy free. The coffee was also delicious.

We probably spend more money on ice cream than anyone should, but we love Marble Slab! Jaspreet, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She is so friendly and it's obvious she enjoys her work. My youngest daugther is Celiac, so Jaspreet took the time to go over the menu with us so we would know what she could eat. When we brough in gluten-free oreos, Jaspreet didn't hesitate to get the slab cleaned up and mix some cookies and cream ice cream so my daughter could enjoy her favourite flavour. She also made the most beautiful birthday cake for my daugther this year. We love this place and highly recommend it!

A Sylvan Lake classic with a huge selection of ice cream. The gluten free and dairy free options are clearly labeled. And if you aren't feeling like hard ice cream, they have slushies and screamers (slushee + soft serve) available.

Great experience at Parlour Icecream today! The staff was super friendly, helpful and nice. The icecream was tasty. They had a good amount of gluten free options. And they took my celiac seriously and made sure to reduce the risk of cross contamination as much as possible they got new buckets and such. It was really great. And the scoops are huge.

Really awesome place. I kept seeing them on social media so i thought “hey why not” had to go with a classic chocolate chip and even though I’m not a person who has to have gluten free stuff it’s still a great cookies. I wanted to specifically shout out Dianna who was super welcoming and explained what they sold after me telling her it was my first time there. I also appreciated her comment she made when I had to angle my watch a little bit to pay. saying how awkward it is overall it’s a great place and I will definitely be back soon.
