My daughter was in Heaven. She got the ham and cheese croissant, the traditional custard pastry, the chocolate croissant, and a small sugar croissant and it was all delicious!! I wished we would have known about this place on the first day of getting here. I’m glad we tried it out. The prices are great as well.

I loved it, it's all gluten-free but you have to tell the girl that you have celiac because they also sell cones with gluten. I recommend it, the girl also speaks Spanish. I give it a 10000000/10 Loool

Located on the beachfront, you might initially think the price is a bit high, but it's not. The pizza I chose was around €17, but most were between €13 and €15, and honestly, considering the size and how delicious it was, it's a pretty good price. The pasta was spectacular, with a good amount of seafood. The ice cream was delicious, too. A mention of their extensive menu and vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options.

I love the gelato. It was incredible. Gluten free cone and all. This review isn’t about that but the service I received. I debated on writing something but it stayed with me so deeply I felt the need to write it here. It was simply unacceptable. Tell your staff (two guys that look like twins or brothers — in this case it was only the one brother/coworker. The other worker actually stood up for me after his coworker wouldn’t stop and I appreciated it. Near the Rua sao bento da Victoria location to be clear, around 10-11pm) unnecessarily rude and mean. I don’t need to be bullied when I’m out on vacation just getting gelato with my wife. I was made fun of and he kept saying the flavor I chose wasn’t gluten free and made it really confusing and unpleasant for no other reason than his amusement, saying it was sarcasm. If that was “sarcasm”, it was the most blatantly mean and distasteful and unobvious sarcasm I’ve ever received. I wasn’t laughing. My celiac disease isn’t funny or a laughing matter. I was under the impression everything was gluten free but was really worried he was trying to get me to eat gluten or didn’t understand me and I was panicked. It’s not funny, it was cruel. This isn’t high school. I was more than nice and was treated like a kid being scolded by a bully.

My husband and I enjoyed this place a few times during our stay in Vilamoura marina. The staff are amazing, very polite and happy as they serve. The ice cream and sorbets are amazing. They take time out to go through the allergy chart mounted on the wall with you. Coffee is lovely. Thank you for making us feel welcome and taking tine to help explain things with my dietary requirements: gluten free and vegan options is not always easy in another country. 26th July evening was great. The lady who appeared to be in charge was a true team leader. As the queues stretched outside down the marina to be served, she continued to support her team stay calm, interact with her customers explaining every detail about what they offer with smile! Very positive experience :)

I praise the quality of the ice cream and the diversity. They are careful to offer ice cream free of gluten, sugar, and others. I leave the suggestion of environmental responsibility, adopting wooden or cardboard spoons, instead of plastic.

The best gluten-free ice cream I've ever had! My partner and I had one with coconut, Nutella, stracciatella and another with latte flower and vanilla. All very delicious except Nutella. They could try making some lactose-free, it would be an improvement. I would definitely repeat the next time I return to Lisbon.

Such a lovely little shop we stumbled upon during our visit in Lisbon. The pop bars are delicious! They offer gluten free options which is great and kindly made a fresh pop bar for us to ensure there were no cross contamination. Highly recommend as a treat when you’re visiting Lisbon. So much choice but we love pistachios!
