Bad customer experience for 2 reasons:
- I go to the ice cream shop with my 2 little girls and ask for 3 cones with a scoop of ice cream. They ask me: "IS THE THIRD FOR AN ADULT OR A CHILD?". I DISBELIEVE I reply: "for my mother" I reply. "Then I can't give it to him unless he pays full price (small wafer 3.50). đĄ I'll leave.
- I ask to have a scoop of gluten-free ice cream on a wafer. "We don't give them a scoop, if you want it you have to pay full price, 5.50!. For 1 scoop of ice cream. đĄ I'll leave it.
Since when can't I have a scoop of ice cream if I feel like eating just one? Why do I still have to pay double or throw away half? I had already discussed gluten-free cones in the past with the owner who explained that these cones cost more. I understand it but I find that this reasoning doesn't suit the customer, who would pay anyway, they wouldn't steal the ice cream!
Charming spot with comfy rooms, stunning mountain views, and a lively bar that locals love for its cool vibe and tasty offerings.

Good diner catering to tourists. Gluten free pizza had a satisfying crust and fragrant cheese. Hearty and well-flavored burger and chips. American country music playing. Calm atmosphere. Heard it had good breakfast, but only for hotel guests.

We had dinner at del padre today. I myself have celiac disease and have to eat gluten-free. I decided on a carpaccio and asked if there was gluten free bread. I was then offered a fresh pinsa, which was extremely fine. Can highly recommend the restaurant: ambience, food and service were excellent. It certainly won't be the last time I eat there. Thanks!
