I am grateful for the gluten-free options. I wish the gluten-free naan bread was included in the buffet, instead of costing extra. The entire buffet selection is very limited - for $16, there could definitely be more choices. The staffs' behavior was odd - they stand around watching you eat. Made me slightly uncomfortable.

A mom & pop, hole-in-the-wall treasure! Such tasty food! Yummy options I can’t wait to explore everything on the menu! Plus, the menu lists out multiple gluten free options! We had the lamb kabobs and essentially fried onions that were amazing! Amazingly, I haven’t had any allergic reactions (gluten)so I feel pretty confident in coming back again soon! Atmosphere: romantic in my personal opinion but still great for friends and family groups. I saw a very large family group while there as well as more typical group numbers. And even people eating solo. I overheard a waitress say that she and her husband co-own & operate this cute restaurant and she mentioned her husband is originally from India. (So trust them on their recommendations for spice levels!)

Delicious! Everyone is happy Indian food came to town. Prices are steep, but the food delivers. Gluten-free naan is a big plus for us as is the butter chicken! Can be loud on weekends. Highly recommend

Truly a unique experience. I was unaware of Burma's (Myanmar) geographical local and treasures. The influence of SE Aisa, China and Bangladesh make for an eclectic menu, of which much is gluten free by result. Their fried chicken is carefully bribed and marinated in an array of spices and fried to perfections. Just a light dusting of rice flour is all that is needed for such a satisfying crunch. The rice dumpling (GF) was so savory and satisfying. The vinegar and umami hits from the the fish sauce did wonders. The staff is passionate and the chefs are very approachable (when not busy). We talked food for quite some time. A must try for anyone looking for a unique array of menu options. Oh, their cocktails are also carefully crafted and executed to perfection.

I am so impressed with this place. All the dishes on the buffet were gluten free. Of course if you go ask to make sure. I’m am not celiac but have a sensitivity to gluten. There are a few obvious things like the naan, that have gluten. I called ahead of time to ask and when I showed up Raj immediately took me over to the bar and showed me what contains gluten, very few things. He had the kitchen prepare me hot GF naan that tastes like naan! All the things on the bar were delicious! We felt welcomed and all employees were very friendly and gracious. My son and I will be back!

The food here is delicious! Huge servings, too. I get 2 meals out of every entree. The fact that they have gluten-free nan is much appreciated, and it's delicious, especially with all the garlic and cilantro. Yum! Our server was the antithesis of dynamic, but he took good care of us. We were the only ones eating in that night, but it was a Tuesday, so I'm not surprised. I highly recommend this restaurant for dining in and takeout.

Simply outstanding Indian restaurant. I was initially drawn to it because the variety of gluten free options and the fact that they identify them on the menu. But as the other reviews state, the food is also simply outstanding. Service is also wonderful. Very nice gentleman. Whether you are passing through or staying local, I highly recommend this restaurant. A lot of options so even if you are new to Indian food, there is definitely something you will like.

This is one of the best restaurants in Newport in terms of variety of options (including several for vegetarians, some vegan and many gluten free), depth of flavors and quality of food. I’ve eaten Indian food in many larger cities, and this is also very good Indian food. Great service in the restaurant and quick for takeout too.

This place is amazing. I have celiac and had to double check that most of the buffet was gluten-free. It really did not taste like dry sadness so I really thought that perhaps it had wheat in it. There were these round bread balls that were in a sweet sauce that were amazing and made from corn flour and totally gluten-free. I'm very reactive and was fine after eating at the buffet. There were a few items that had gluten but the staff were very knowledgeable and let me know what to avoid. We had fresh mango juice with our meal and it was amazing too! My kids loved everything and the pond out front was beautiful. Everything was just amazing and it was very reasonably priced. We plan to visit every time we go to ashland from now on. It was a family hit!

Amazing Indian food, our first time here and it won’t be the last. Butter Masala is awesome and the other two sides we ordered were super yummy also. Vegan and Gluten Free are market which is perfect. Super friendly staff. You can’t gi wrong. Highly recommend!

This place is great. The food at the lunch buffet was amazing, but even better was the service. Went with my folks who are gluten free. The host showed them the gf options at the buffet and then followed up to offer to have the cooks make then a gf version of one of the dishes. Absolutely 10/10.

A little pricey for the portions. Curry was good but fried rice was so greasy. They cook with canola oil which I don’t like to eat so probably wouldn’t go again (even though it says non GMO canola oil 🤔). Service was good and efficient and I like that they can make items gluten free, I always appreciate a labeled menu with allergens
