All the pasta options are gluten-free except for the lasagna.
I ordered cacio e pepe pasta, which was delicious, but too peppery for my taste (I understand that's what the sauce is).

La Fata Ignorante is a solid rooftop restaurant base in the IQ. hotel, offering gluten-free pasta and bread, which is a big plus for those with celiac or diet needs.
