Attempted to go today and they were closed. It’s a Saturday and it was about 2:30 when we went by. Unfortunately, there were not good options for celiac friendly/gluten free in Pienza.
Perched with a breathtaking panorama over Tuscan vineyards, this intimate terrace offers an enchanting setting for those seeking extensive gluten-free options. The accommodating staff and spectacular valley views create a memorable, inclusive dining experience.

I admit I was influenced by a tiktok about gluten free options in Val d'Orcia, but I can confirm that this time I was right to trust it. A glimpse of the valley is the backdrop to our table. The entire menu can be transformed into gluten free and this made the experience for our agglutinated and not very pleasant. The pici were out of this world as were the tortelli. The bill was fair and without surprises. The coffee was very good
Set on a breathtaking terrace with a panoramic view of Val d'Orcia, this elegant spot offers a tasteful ambiance within an ancient cloister. The attentive staff ensures a comfortable dining experience, making it a top choice for gluten-free diners seeking both atmosphere and care.

We chose this place because it has a gluten-free menu.
The staff is very friendly and it is clear that they have the gluten issue under control, they made me feel safe in this regard.
The views are incredible, it is worth eating at this place.
I give 4 stars because it seemed a bit expensive to us, we ate two plates of pasta and a bottle of water and we paid €47, but I understand that you are also paying for the environment. Even so, it wouldn't be bad if the ravioli dish were a little more filling.
They gave us a homemade starter, very delicious, which they also adapted to be gluten-free
Set in a historic building, this trattoria offers a rustic and welcoming atmosphere with a large, comfortable dining space. The staff are courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The venue is gluten-free friendly, with careful menu adaptations and quick, efficient service.

This restaurant is in a great location at the heart of Pienza. They have a great menu to try pasta and local Tuscan dishes. Gluten free options are more limited, and the pasta is not homemade. The service was extremely quick and efficient, and the servers took the time to double check desserts to find a gluten free tiramisu! The place itself is cosy but can get loud
This eatery offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly, attentive staff and a setting that balances quality and comfort. Its gluten-free pasta available for takeout makes it a standout choice for those seeking safe, delicious options in a fairly priced, well-regarded environment.
