They have a wide variety of gluten-free dishes, and the dishes are delicious. If we return to Lisbon, we won't hesitate to come back.

A gem for celiacs and those with gluten intolerances in Lisbon 🍕✨ We visited Pizzeria Totale in Lisbon and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We started with a bresaola carpaccio with arugula that was simply delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and was pleasantly surprised: thin, crispy, and delicious crust. They have two separate ovens, ensuring no cross-contamination, which is essential for those of us with celiac disease. Vinicius's service was impeccable, very kind and attentive at all times. My partner is also lactose intolerant, and he also found adapted options for him, which isn't always easy. A place we would definitely return to and that I highly recommend, both for the quality of the food and for the care taken with different food intolerances. A 10!

Very pleasant atmosphere. Fast and friendly staff. Me and my partner had the gluten free pizza, really nice and fresh. To top it up there had gluten free tiramisu which was delicious.

A good pizza place to eat staff was nice and fast. Good seating place and not too crowded, have good options for glutenfri and vegan options, all of their food could be done whit glutenfri options. Would recommend eating her if you want to try something new, pizza, or some of their other options

A great Italian restaurant! We had to wait a while for a table to open, but it was definitely worth it. The food was delicious, the wait was reasonable, and the service was very friendly. We had pasta with pesto and gluten-free risotto with pear. All pasta dishes and risottos were also available in gluten-free versions. We really enjoyed it and would gladly come back :)

EN: I had lunch at Aqarina yesterday and, although the atmosphere was pleasant and the food (gluten-free pasta with truffle cream) tasted good, the experience ended up going very badly. I clearly informed the staff that I have celiac disease and was told that the gluten-free pasta was cooked separately. However, I spent the rest of the day with diarrhea and still feel unwell today, with symptoms typical of gluten contamination. This shows a clear lack of care when it comes to customers with dietary restrictions. Being celiac is not a choice — it’s a serious medical condition that requires strict handling of food. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves its procedures, so others don’t have to go through the same experience. not an area i usually go to, but this was such a great find. the specialty coffee is simply amazing. they have a few options of toast, cakes, and small dishes, everything we tried was amazing. i was especially happy to see gluten-free options, which is still rare in europe. some dishes are already designed to be gluten-free, not just adapted. definitely a great spot for anyone living nearby and looking for a calm café to work from. the playlist is great, the service too.

After popping my head into a few places and looking at menus, Yosef’s friendly face and greeting when I peaked my head in did it for me! I have a gluten allergy and have been struggling more than I thought I would. I felt comfortable enough to share this with my server Yosef and he offered gluten free pasta which wasn’t listed on menu. This is a safe place for gluten allergies! I ended up burata salad with fig, hazelnut and arugula as well as a small plate of risotto. Perfection! Yosef it the best 🫶🏻 highly recommend this spot.

On vacation with my family in Lisbon June 27, 2025 After visiting the monument to sailors, this place seemed like an oasis in the desert...after all, today it must have been about 38 degrees. We entered comforted by having read "Italy" and obviously once we entered and asked if they had gluten-free pizza they gave us good news... but in English. Nobody speaks Italian.. we communicated in English, patience. We ordered two normal Margherita pizzas, a plate of pasta Bolognese and a gluten-free Margherita with sausage. While waiting we entertained ourselves with what they served us at the table: breadsticks (with gluten) and tuna paté. When the pizzas arrived they made a mistake with my son's pizza which was not gluten free, but normal, like ours, fortunately they noticed and immediately took the plate away.. to bring a new one 10 minutes later. We didn't like our margheritas: the dough was tasteless, the cheese, let's not even talk about it, was almost non-existent, thin and "all one piece" with the rest, the sauce barely contrasted everything... and, nothing disappointed. The spaghetti alla bolognese was good, my daughter liked it. The gluten-free pizza was delicious and surprised us, excellent on every front and as good as in Italy, the right proportion and quantity between sauce and cheese (sausage a little less) if I had to choose to eat pizza in this place again, I would choose the gluten-free one.. We then had a cup of ice cream with Nutella, guaranteed gluten-free for my son, for me tiramisu to which they accompanied a scoop of frozen coffee with a strawberry on top and for my wife a cup of mango-flavored fruit ice cream. Rating for the ice creams: 6 The service was standard: all the guys were efficient and polite. Everything was always clean and well-ordered. High prices.
